L'invention concerne un élément structural de type dalle, en module unique et modules amovibles, destiné au montage et à la consolidation de macro-structures s'intégrant dans un bâtiment, constitué par une dalle structurale (A) possédant une dimension conforme à la norme, ne requérant pas d'ajout de matière première et n'impliquant pas d'augmentation de coût de fabrication, outre le fait de réduire le coût total d'installation de systèmes électriques et hydrauliques grâce à un évidement (a1) qui, une fois adapté sur un mur, permet la formation de canaux (Ca) pouvant recevoir des conduits (Co) et/ou des tubulures (Tu).
