本发明的目的在于提供一种结构合理,操作安全方便、准确的带内部燃弧防护的开关设备。
本发明的技术解决方案是:
一种带内部燃弧防护的开关设备,包括柜体、手车、带动手车移动的丝杆、接地开关,其特征是:丝杆前端为与带动丝杆转动的摇把的连接的部位,在该连接部位上套装丝杆套,丝杆套两侧活动式装在螺栓上,一个可左右移动的丝杆套闭锁销插在丝杆套后方和螺栓的外侧,丝杆闭锁销上设有凹槽,凹槽前端部侧壁呈斜面状,开关柜柜体前门与丝杆的对应部位设有插入丝杆闭锁销凹槽、并使闭锁销向外移动的闭锁拨叉。
在柜体前门的手车进出部位设置锁扣板,在柜体侧壁内面固装与锁扣板配合的活动式扣门板,活动式扣门板呈杠杆形式,活动式扣门板的后端放置在由手车移动而控制的升降机构上。
所述由手车移动而控制的升降机构包括活门机构,活门机构与装在手车侧面的手车碰块接触。
接地开关的主轴与电机输出轴连接。
在柜体顶板与电缆室、母线室、开关室对应部位分别设置外翻式泄压盖。
柜体的后门板包括门板主体、门板主体两端的端板,门板主体为双层板形式,端板呈端部向后翻转的单层板形式。
柜体前门设有门内加强板,前门上设有摇把操作孔挡板,前门上设有防弹玻璃窗。
所述防弹玻璃窗包括内、外钢化玻璃层,在内外钢化玻璃层之间设置用防弹胶固定的金属屏蔽网。
柜体的前门上设有手拉式门锁,包括把手,把手通过销轴与把手底座连接,把手的游离端设有与把手底座端部配合的锁扣,把手通过上、下移动销与前门内侧的上、下拉条板连接。

具体实施方式
一种带内部燃弧防护的开关设备,包括柜体 1 、手车 2 、带动手车移动的丝杆 3 、接地开关 4 ,丝杆前端为与带动丝杆转动的摇把的连接的部位,在该连接部位上套装丝杆套 5 ,丝杆套两侧活动式装在螺栓 6 上,一个可左右移动的丝杆套闭锁销 7 插在丝杆套后方和螺栓 6 的外侧,丝杆闭锁销上设有凹槽 8 ,凹槽前端部侧壁呈斜面状,开关柜柜体前门 9 与丝杆的对应部位设有插入丝杆闭锁销凹槽、并使闭锁销向外移动的闭锁拨叉 10 ;当前门关闭时闭锁拨叉沿斜面插入闭锁销凹槽,使闭锁销向外移动,摇把 15 此时可以插入丝杆前端。
在柜体前门的手车进出部位设置锁扣板 11 ,在柜体侧壁内面固装与锁扣板配合的活动式扣门板 12 ,活动式扣门板呈杠杆形式,活动式扣门板的后端放置在由手车 2 移动而控制的升降机构上。所述由手车移动而控制的升降机构包括活门机构 13 ,活门机构与装在手车侧面的手车碰块 14 接触。当手车向柜台内移动时,手车碰块使活门机构带动活动式扣门板后端上抬,活动式扣门板前端与锁扣板扣合,保证门无法开启。
接地开关 4 的主轴 15 与电机 16 的输出轴连接。
在柜体顶板与电缆室、母线室、开关室对应部位分别设置外翻式泄压盖 17 。
柜体的后门板包括门板主体 18 、门板主体两端的端板 19 ,门板主体为双层板形式,端板呈端部向后翻转的单层板形式。
柜体前门设有门内加强板,前门上设有摇把操作孔挡板 20 ,前门上设有防弹玻璃窗 21 。
所述防弹玻璃窗包括内、外钢化玻璃层 22 、 23 ,在内外钢化玻璃层之间设置用防弹胶 25 固定的金属屏蔽网 24 。
柜体的前门上设有手拉式门锁,包括把手 26 ,把手通过销轴与把手底座 27 连接,把手的游离端设有与把手底座端部配合的锁扣 28 ,把手通过上、下移动销 29 、 30 与前门内侧的上、下拉条板 31 、 32 连接。
包括断路器本体 41 、触臂 42 ,触臂表面的封装采用玻璃纤维布与环氧树脂混合包裹的形式(即用玻璃纤维布浸或涂环氧树脂后包裹);硅橡胶密封套 43 套装在触臂的根部。在断路器本体的顶部设置散热器 44 。
