技术领域 本发明是关于一种枢轴定位结构, 特别是指一种工具的枢轴定位结构, 其得以控制工具头摆动至适用角度进行相关作业。
背景技术
手工具是为日常生活当中用以操作旋转对象的工具, 不论其设计为何种 形态, 均具有一握柄部以及一工作部, 以供操作者握持在握柄部, 而以工作 部套固对象。 而传统扳手的工作部与握柄部之间设为固定状, 但有时受到狭 小的操作空间所限制, 必需使工作部与握柄部之间需要调整呈一角度方能操 作, 因此有业者在握柄部与工作部之间设计有调整角度结构, 开发一系列相 关可因应使用环境而调整角度的手工具。
公知可调角度的手工具其结构原理, 主要在于工作部的尾端形成齿形, 当工作部枢接在握柄部时, 在握柄部上设计各式的控制结构, 控制结构一般 不外乎通过弹性组件与工作部尾端齿形 (或数个 ffl槽) 相卡合的组件 (多为 单一卡榫或钢珠), 当控制结构与工作部尾端的齿形相互卡合时, 工作部与 握柄部间即可成一固定角度。 当再利用其控制方式, 一般即控制弹性组件压 缩, 如此控制结构即与工作部尾端的齿形分离时, 工作部与握柄部间即可调 整适当的角度, 当调整至适当角度后, 使弹性组件恢复顶抵状态, 控制结构 即再与工作部的齿形卡合, 工作部与握柄部间即成另一固定角度。
由于现有技术需在工作部尾端形成齿形, 且此工作部尾端的齿形外露于 手工具的外部, 因此与工作部尾端齿形相卡合的组件也需露于外部, 所以整 体上, 手工具外观即因工作部尾端的齿形与握柄部的控制结构而较不美观, 进而降低消费者挑选购买意愿。 此外, 与工作部尾端齿形相互卡合的组件, 以及控制组件越多结构复杂等因素, 以致卡抵定位效果不够稳定, 有着使用 质量不佳的缺陷。
因此本申请发明人以上述调整角度结构外露不美观, 以及调整角度后定 位效果不佳缺陷, 进行相关产品的研发与设计, 而发明了一种工具的枢轴定 位结构, 改善现有技术不美观以及定位效果不佳等缺陷。 发明内容
本发明提供一种相关组件、 结构隐藏于工具内部, 且调整角度后定位稳 固的工具的枢轴定位结构, 改善现有技术有结构外露不美观的目的, 进而提 髙客户挑选的意愿, 同时工具头与工具柄锁定状态下具有定位稳固功效者。
为了达成上述目的与功效, 本发明工具的枢轴定位结构, 其包括有: 一工具柄, 其一端设有二相对支臂, 且各支臂都设有一侧孔, 并于二侧 孔相对孔端各设有一内环齿;
一工具头, 其一端对应该二支臂之间设有一枢转部, 且该枢转部设有一 与二侧孔相对的中央齿轮孔;
以及一枢轴组穿枢于侧孔与中央齿轮孔, 该枢轴组包括有一枢轴以及间 隔套设固定于枢轴的一中央齿轮、 一侧向齿轮, 而工具头相对工具柄呈锁定 状态时, 该中央齿轮啮合于中央齿轮孔与其中一内环齿之间, 而侧向齿轮啮 合于中央齿轮孔与另一内环齿之间;
如此, 按压枢轴同步操控中央齿轮与侧向齿轮轴向位移, 该中央齿轮啮 合于中央齿轮孔内, 而侧向齿轮脱离中央齿轮孔以及内环齿, 借此工具头以 枢轴相对工具柄转动至适当角度。
本发明工具的枢轴定位结构进一步包括有下列技术特征, 其中: 该枢轴组进一步包括有一挡片、 一按钮以及一弹簧, 该挡片固设于枢轴 一端并位于其中一支臂外侧, 而按钮设于该枢轴另一端, 并位于另一支臂外 侧, 该弹簧套设于枢轴且弹抵于按钮与侧孔之间, 以该弹簧推抵枢轴并同步 带动中央齿轮与侧向齿轮复位。
因此本发明可说是一种相当具有实用性及进步性的发明, 相当值得产业 界来推广, 并公诸于社会大众。 附图说明

为了详细说明本发明工具的枢轴定位结构, 在此列举一实施例, 且各组 件结构以及组件之间的组成关系, 并请配合参阅图 1 至图 6所示, 其中图 1 为本发明组件分解立体示意图, 本发明包括有一工具柄 1、 一工具头 2 以及 一枢轴组 3, 其中:
该工具柄 1, 其一端设有二相对支臂 11、 12, 且支臂 11、 12分别设有 贯穿支臂 11、 12的侧孔 111、 121, 侧孔 111、 121于相对孔端设有一内环齿 112、 122, 而工具柄 1另一端供握持操作使用;
该工具头 2, 其一端对应该二支臂 11、 12 之间设有一枢转部 21, 且该 枢转部 21设有一与二侧孔 111、 121相对的中央齿轮孔 22; 该工具头 2另一 端为一开口形态的扳手头, 也可釆用棘轮式扳手头或活动式扳手头, 在此以 开口形态的扳手头为例;
以及可轴向移动穿枢于侧孔 111、 121 与中央齿轮孔 22的枢轴组 3, 借 此结合工具柄 1与工具头 2; 该枢轴组 3包括有一枢轴 31、 一中央齿轮 32、 一侧向齿轮 33、 一挡片 34、 一按钮 35 以及一弹簧 36, 该中央齿轮 32与侧 向齿轮 33分别间隔套设固定于枢轴 31上, 而工具头 2相对工具柄 1锁定状 态时中央齿轮 32啮合于中央齿轮孔 22 与内环齿 112 之间, 而侧向齿轮 33 啮合于中央齿轮孔 22与内环齿 122之间; 该挡片 34螺设固定于枢轴 31— 端并位于支臂 12外侧, 该按钮 35设于该枢轴 31 另一端, 并位于另一支臂 11外侧, 该弹簧 36套设于枢轴 31且弹抵于按钮 35与侧孔 111之间。
本发明在使用时请参阅图 1 至图 4所示, 平时借由弹簧 36推抵枢轴设 有按钮 35—端, 让中央齿轮 32啮合于中央齿轮孔 22与内环齿 112之间, 而侧向齿轮 33啮合于中央齿轮孔 22与另一内环齿 122之间, 工具头 2无法 相对工具柄 1转动, 即工具头 2呈锁定状态。
而本发明解除锁定状态并调整工具头 2相对工具柄 1角度时, 请参阅图 5 至图 6所示, 使用者以拇指按压位于枢轴 31 —端的按钮, 使得该枢轴 31 轴向位移,该中央齿轮 32与侧向齿轮 33同步轴向位移,并同时压缩弹簧 36, 而中央齿轮 32位移至中央齿轮孔 22 内并相互啮合, 且侧向齿轮 33脱离中 央齿轮孔 22 以及内环齿 122, 使得工具头 2能以枢轴 31相对工具柄 1转动 至适当角度; 待调整至适当角度后, 借由弹簧 36弹力恢复而推抵枢轴 31复 位, 且中央齿轮 32 与侧向齿轮 33 同步轴向复位, 中央齿轮 32位移并啮合 于中央齿轮孔 22与内环齿 112之间, 而侧向齿轮 33再度位移啮合至中央齿 轮孔 22 与内环齿 122 之间, 本发明得以在空间局限的狭隘处所, 仍然可以 顺利操作使用进行。
经由上述说明后可明白, 本发明将枢轴定位结构设计于工具柄 1与工具 头 2之间, 并隐藏于工具柄 1与工具头 2内, 而不会有现有技术定位卡固的 齿形结构外露于工具外, 借此达到改善现有技术有结构外露不美观的目的, 进而提髙客户购买的意愿。
本发明工具的枢轴定位结构其组件简单, 不仅各组件可使用模制方式而 易于各构件的制造, 同时于也有助于组装作业, 不必像现有技术手工具需经 过加工孔、 洞等工序, 得以减少制造成本支出。 此外, 工具头 2与工具柄呈 锁定状态时, 由于中央齿轮 32、 侧向齿轮 33与中央齿轮孔 22、 内环齿 112、 122 相互啮合, 彼此的齿面相互啮合, 而具有定位、 锁定效果佳。 此外, 当 使用者单手握持工具柄 1 时, 可轻易使用拇指按压按钮 35达到工作头解除 锁定效果, 而借由弹簧 36 推抵复位并恢复锁定状态, 因此具有易于单手操 作锁定作业效果。
由上所述者仅用以解释本发明的较佳实施例, 并非企图具以对本发明作 任何形式上的限制, 因此, 凡有在相同的发明精神下所做有关本发明的任何 修饰或变更者, 都仍应包括在本发明意图保护的范畴内。
综上所述, 本发明工具的枢轴定位结构其实用性及成本效益上, 确实是 完全符合产业上发展所需, 且所揭露的结构发明也是具有前所未有的创新构 造。

1 . 一种工具的枢轴定位结构, 其包括:
一工具柄, 其一端设有二相对支臂, 且各支臂都设有一侧孔, 并于二侧 孔相对孔端各设有一内环齿;
一工具头, 其一端对应该二支臂之间设有一枢转部, 且该枢转部设有一 与二侧孔相对的中央齿轮孔;
以及一枢轴组穿枢于侧孔与中央齿轮孔, 该枢轴组包括有一枢轴以及间 隔套设固定于枢轴的一中央齿轮、 一侧向齿轮, 而工具头相对工具柄呈锁定 状态时, 该中央齿轮啮合于中央齿轮孔与其中一内环齿之间, 而侧向齿轮啮 合于中央齿轮孔与另一内环齿之间;
如此, 按压枢轴同步操控中央齿轮与侧向齿轮轴向位移, 该中央齿轮啮 合于中央齿轮孔内, 而侧向齿轮脱离中央齿轮孔以及内环齿, 借此工具头以 枢轴相对工具柄转动至适当角度。
