优选地, 所述集液瓶自动检测装置为超声波检测器, 所述超声波检测 器包括:
超声波发射模块, 向集液瓶壁面发射超声波信号;
超声波接收模块, 检测集液瓶反射回来的超声波信号;
处理单元, 根据超声波接收模块检测到的超声波信号判断是否安装集 液瓶、 集液瓶的型号以及集液瓶安装是否正确。
优选地, 所述集液瓶自动检测装置为视频检测器, 所述视频检测器包 括:
存储单元,存储集液瓶安装正确的视频,作为集液瓶安装正确的标本; 视频采样模块, 对集液瓶安装位置进行视频采样, 获取集液瓶实际安 装的视频;
处理单元, 将集液瓶实际安装的视频与集液瓶安装正确的标本进行比 较, 判断集液瓶是否安装、 集液瓶的型号以及集液瓶安装是否正确。
本发明的基于伤口渗出液集液瓶自动检测的负压伤口治疗系统, 由于 设置集液瓶自动检测装置, 可以检测负压伤口治疗系统是否安装集液瓶、 集液瓶的型号以及集液瓶安装是否正确, 为医护人员的研究提供方便。
进一步地, 设置数据采集及处理装置, 采集并处理集液瓶自动检测装 置检测获得的数据, 判断更换情况并存储检测所得记录; 显示装置显示数 据采集及处理装置所存储记录, 因此, 进一步地为医护人员对集液瓶的管 理及使用更换情况了解提供较大的方便, 提高了工作效率。 附图说明

以下结合附图, 通过具体的实施例对本发明基于伤口渗出液集液瓶自 动检测的负压伤口治疗系统进行详细说明。
实施例一
参见图 2, 本发明的基于伤口渗出液集液瓶自动检测的负压伤口治疗 系统, 包括:
集液瓶 5 , 用于收集伤口渗出液;
负压伤口治疗设备 8 , 包括负压源 6和控制器 7;
伤口套件, 用于填充并封闭伤口 1 , 包括伤口填充物一伤口敷料 2、 伤口封闭物一贴膜 3 , 伤口敷料 2通过连接管 4与集液瓶 5连通;
集液瓶自动检测装置 9, 检测负压伤口治疗系统是否安装集液瓶 5、 集液瓶的型号以及安装正确与否。
数据采集及处理装置 10,设置在所述控制器 7中, 采集并处理集液瓶 自动检测装置 9检测获得的数据, 判断集液瓶更换情况并存储检测所得记 录。
显示装置 12, 显示数据采集及处理装置所存储记录。
其中, 集液瓶自动检测装置 9为机械式开关检测器, 检测负压伤口治 疗系统是否安装集液瓶、 集液瓶的型号以及集液瓶安装是否正确, 可以设 在负压伤口治疗设备上与集液瓶的接触面处。
其中, 机械式开关检测器包括:
多个机械传感模块 9 , 获取集液瓶与负压伤口治疗设备的接触信号; 处理单元, 根据机械传感模块获取的接触信号判断是否安装集液瓶、 集液瓶的型号以及安装正确与否。 本实施例中, 集液瓶与负压伤口治疗设备的接触面的不同位置设有八 个机械传感模块 9, 当集液瓶正确安装时, 集液瓶与设备结合所处位置能 使每个机械式开关检测器产生相应闭合信号。
本实施例中, 只有集液瓶正确安装时, 八个机械传感模块检测发出闭 合信号; 集液瓶未安装时, 八个机械传感模块检测发出打开信号; 当集液 瓶型号不正确时, 左上、 左下、 右上、 右下四处机械传感模块不全发出闭 合信号; 当集液瓶不正确安装时, 中部四处机械传感模块不全发出闭合信 号。 这些信号的组合能反映集液瓶安装状态, 即: 正确安装、 不正确安装、 未安装、 集液瓶型号不正确。
数据采集及处理装置 10包括:
处理单元,处理集液瓶自动检测装置发出信号。其发出信号所指示的: 正确安装、 不正确安装、 未安装、 集液瓶型号不正确等状态发生更变时, 处理单元进行处理, 当状态由正确安装状态变更为非正确安装(不正确安 装、 未安装、 集液瓶型号不正确)状态时, 中间经过若干个非正确安装状 态或者不经过, 再次转变为正确安装状态, 判断为一次更换集液瓶;
存储单元, 根据处理单元的结果存储更换集液瓶的记录信息以及相关 事件信息;
图表生成单元, 以时间为基准,生成包含时间、更换记录的数据图表。 通过存储单元与图表生成单元的设置, 医护人员可以方便地了解伤口渗出 液的更换记录与时间的对应关系, 便于进行后续的分析、 研究。 本实施例中的显示装置 12, 可以显示图表生成单元生成的图表。 本实施例中, 还包括设定单元, 通过设定单元, 可以开启或关闭集液 瓶自动检测装置和数据采集及处理装置, 使之开始工作或停止工作, 实现 控制。 实施例二 本实施例与实施例一的不同之处在于: 本实施例中集液瓶自动检测装置为压力检测器, 其包括: 8个压力传感模块, 检测集液瓶承载处的压力大小; 处理单元, 根据压力传感模块检测得到的压力大小判断是否安装集液 瓶、 集液瓶的型号以及集液瓶安装正确是否。 集液瓶处于不同的安装状态: 安装正确时, 未安装时, 不正确安装, 型号不正确时,设置在不同位置的八个压力传感模块都会有特定信号发出, 这些信号的组合能反映集液瓶安装的状态。
在其他实施例中, 集液瓶自动检测装置也可为光电发射接收检测器、 光电反射检测器、 电容式检测器、 电磁式检测器、 超声波检测器、 视频检 测器中的任一种, 用于实现对集液瓶正确安装、 不正确安装、 未安装、 集 液瓶型号不正确状态的检测。
以上仅是本发明的优选实施方式, 应当指出的是, 上述优选实施方式 不应视为对本发明的限制, 本发明的保护范围应当以权利要求所确定的范 围为准。 对于本技术领域的技术人员来说, 在不脱离本发明的精神和范围 内, 还可以做出若干改进和润饰, 这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护 范围。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种基于伤口渗出液集液瓶管理的负压伤口治疗系统, 包括: 集液瓶, 收集伤口渗出液;
负压伤口治疗设备, 包括负压源和控制器;
伤口套件, 填充并封闭伤口, 通过连接管与集液瓶连通;
其特征在于, 还包括:
集液瓶自动检测装置, 检测负压伤口治疗设备是否安装集液瓶、 集液 瓶的型号以及集液瓶安装是否正确。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的基于伤口渗出液集液瓶管理的负压伤口治疗 系统, 其特征在于, 还包括:
数据采集及处理装置, 采集并处理集液瓶自动检测装置检测获得的数 据, 判断集液瓶的更换情况并存储检测所得记录;
显示装置, 显示数据采集及处理装置所存储的记录。
3、 如权利要求 1 所述的基于伤口渗出液集液瓶管理的负压伤口治疗 系统, 其特征在于, 所述集液瓶自动检测装置为机械式开关检测器, 所述 机械式开关检测器包括:
机械传感模块, 获取集液瓶与负压伤口治疗设备的接触信号; 处理单元, 根据机械传感模块获取的接触信号判断是否安装集液瓶、 集液瓶的型号以及集液瓶安装是否正确。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的基于伤口渗出液集液瓶管理的负压伤口治疗 系统, 其特征在于, 所述集液瓶自动检测装置为压力检测器, 所述压力检 测器包括: 压力传感模块, 检测集液瓶承载处的压力大小;
处理单元, 根据压力传感模块检测得到的压力大小判断是否安装集液 瓶、 集液瓶的型号以及集液瓶安装是否正确。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的基于伤口渗出液集液瓶管理的负压伤口治疗 系统, 其特征在于, 所述集液瓶自动检测装置为光电发射接收检测器, 所 述光电发射接收检测器包括:
光电发射模块, 发射光电信号, 所述光电信号通过设置集液瓶的空间 位置射向光电接收模块;
光电接收模块, 检测从光电发射模块通过设置集液瓶的空间位置射过 来的光电信号的强度;
处理单元, 根据光电接收模块检测到的光电信号的强度判断是否安装 集液瓶、 集液瓶的型号以及集液瓶安装是否正确。
6、 如权利要求 1 所述的基于伤口渗出液集液瓶管理的负压伤口治疗 系统, 其特征在于, 所述集液瓶自动检测装置为光电反射检测器, 所述光 电反射检测器包括:
光电发射模块, 向集液瓶壁面发射光电信号;
光电接收模块, 检测从集液瓶方向反射回来的光电信号的强度; 处理单元, 根据光电接收模块检测到的光电信号的强度判断是否安装 集液瓶、 集液瓶的型号以及集液瓶安装是否正确。
7、 如权利要求 1 所述的基于伤口渗出液集液瓶管理的负压伤口治疗 系统, 其特征在于, 所述集液瓶自动检测装置为电容式检测器, 所述电容 式检测器包括: 电容传感模块, 检测集液瓶安放位置的电容值;
处理单元, 根据电容传感模块检测到的电容值判断是否安装集液瓶、 集液瓶的型号以及集液瓶安装是否正确。
8、 如权利要求 1所述的基于伤口渗出液集液瓶管理的负压伤口治疗 系统, 其特征在于, 所述集液瓶自动检测装置为电磁式检测器, 所述电磁 式检测器包括:
磁场模块, 根据集液瓶是否安装以及是否安装正确而产生不同的磁场 信号;
电磁传感模块, 检测磁场模块产生的磁场信号;
处理单元, 根据电磁传感模块检测到的磁场信号变化值判断是否安装 集液瓶、 集液瓶的型号以及集液瓶安装是否正确。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的基于伤口渗出液集液瓶管理的负压伤口治疗 系统, 其特征在于, 所述磁场模块安装在集液瓶上或者负压伤口治疗系统 与集液瓶接触的位置上, 并且根据集液瓶安装与否改变位置或者方向, 对 电磁传感模块产生不同的磁场信号。
10、 如权利要求 1所述的基于伤口渗出液集液瓶管理的负压伤口治疗 系统, 其特征在于, 所述集液瓶自动检测装置为超声波检测器, 所述超声 波检测器包括:

处理单元, 将集液瓶实际安装的视频与集液瓶安装正确的标本进行比 较, 判断集液瓶是否安装、 集液瓶的型号以及集液瓶安装是否正确。
