伤口渗出液是在伤口处积留的体液, 其形成有着很多生理原因。 在伤 口处理中, 渗出液管理是现代伤口护理研究的重要课题之一。
现代伤口护理对于渗出液的研究, 主要集中两个方面, 一个方面的研 究涉及渗出液体积 -时间关系, 渗出液颜色、 透明度, 以及渗出液粘稠度等 关键的物理参数上; 另外一个方面是关于渗出液的组成和功能等各种生理 化学参数上。 目前, 针对伤口渗出液的各物理参数与对应的生理意义研究 结论如下表:

在抽取伤口周围的渗出液、 分泌物等过程中, 可能会发生感染、 出血, 损伤周围的血管、 淋巴管、 神经等组织的并发症。 因此, 在护理过程中, 必须注意观察渗出液的各种物理参数, 以便能从中发现问题并及时处理。 但在现有技术中, 仍由医护人员定期直接查看渗出液, 而且观测结果也无 法量化, 从而会影响工作效率, 此外, 还会导致在两次查看的间隔里出现 的危险情况不能及时得到处理,而医护人员如果不停地观测渗出液的变化, 会影响其工作效率, 在实践中也不太现实。 发明内容
本发明的目的在于, 提供一种基于伤口渗出液管理的负压伤口治疗系 统, 可以检测并显示伤口渗出液的物理参数, 便于医护人员对渗出液的管 理及研究。
为解决上述技术问题, 本发明的基于伤口渗出液管理的负压伤口治疗 系统, 包括:
集液瓶, 收集伤口渗出液;
负压伤口治疗设备, 由负压源和控制器组成;
伤口套件, 填充伤口并封闭伤口, 通过连接管与集液瓶连通; 还包括:
伤口渗出液管理模块, 检测并显示集液瓶内伤口渗出液的物理参数, 并按照预设的报警条件发出报警信号;
报警器, 根据报警信号报警。

接收单元, 接收经过集液瓶反射或折射的电磁波或声波信号; 第二检测控制单元, 根据接收单元接收到的电磁波或声波信号的大 小, 运算出集液瓶中伤口渗出液的体积及透明度, 将伤口渗出液的体积及 透明度分别与各自的预设阈值比较, 判断是否发出相应的报警信号。
优选地, 所述第二检测控制单元在运算出的伤口渗出液体积等于或大 于伤口渗出液体积预设阈值时发出第三报警信号; 所述第二检测控制单元 在运算出的伤口渗出液透明度小于伤口渗出液透明度预设阈值时, 发出第 四 ·^艮警信号。
优选地, 所述第二检测模块还包括存储单元, 按一定的时间间隔存储 检测得到的伤口渗出液体积数据。
优选地, 所述第二检测模块还包括一图表生成单元, 以时间为基准, 生成包含时间、 伤口渗出液体积的数据图表。
优选地, 所述伤口渗出液管理模块包括显示单元, 显示集液瓶内伤口 渗出液的物理参数。
优选地, 所述伤口渗出液管理模块还包括一设定单元, 用于开启或关 闭伤口渗出液管理模块。
本发明的基于伤口渗出液管理的负压伤口治疗系统, 由于设置伤口渗 出液管理模块, 可以检测伤口渗出液的物理参数并予以显示, 并可以按照 预设的报警条件发出报警信号, 报警器则根据报警信号报警, 提醒医护人 员做后续的处理, 因此, 为医护人员对渗出液的管理及研究工作提供较大 的方便, 提高了工作效率。 附图说明

以下结合附图, 通过具体的实施例对本发明基于伤口渗出液管理的负 压伤口治疗系统进行详细说明。
实施例一
参见图 2, 本发明的基于伤口渗出液管理的负压伤口治疗系统, 包括: 集液瓶 5 , 用于收集伤口渗出液;
负压伤口治疗设备, 由负压源 6和控制器 7组成;
伤口套件, 用于填充并封闭伤口 1 , 包括伤口填充物一伤口敷料 2、 伤口封闭物一贴膜 3 , 伤口敷料 2通过连接管 4与集液瓶 5连通;
伤口渗出液管理模块, 检测并显示集液瓶内伤口渗出液的物理参数, 并按照预设的报警条件发出报警信号;
报警器 14, 根据报警信号, 发出声音和 /或光报警。
伤口渗出液管理模块包括第一检测模块、第二检测模块、显示单元 13、 设定单元(图中未示出)。
其中, 第一检测模块包括:
传感器 12, 获取集液瓶 5中伤口渗出液的颜色信号一 RGB值; 第一检测控制单元(图中未示出), 设置在所述控制器 7 中, 根据传 感器 12获取的颜色信号,运算出对应的颜色, 并按照预设的颜色与报警信 号对应表, 运算出对应的报警信号。
该预设的颜色与报警信号对应表为: 黑色、 褐色、 黄色、 绿色对应第 一报警信号; 红色对应第二报警信号。
传感器 12为颜色传感器, 可以设置在集液瓶口或连接管处。
本实施例中, 沿集液瓶的纵向, 间隔均匀的设有四个第二检测模块 9, 其包括:
发射单元 91 , 向集液瓶发射电磁波或声波信号;
接收单元 92 , 接收经过集液瓶发射或折射的电磁波或声波信号; 第二检测控制单元, 根据接收单元接收到的电磁波或声波信号的大 小, 运算出集液瓶中伤口渗出液的体积及透明度, 在运算出的伤口渗出液 体积等于或大于渗出液体积预设阈值时发出第三 4艮警信号; 在运算出的伤 口渗出液透明度小于伤口渗出液透明度预设阈值时, 发出第四报警信号; 本实施例中,每一个第二检测模块可以检测出其对应在集液瓶的位置 处是否有伤口渗出液, 这可以根据第二检测模块中接收单元接收到的电磁 波或声波信号的大小来判断。 假定一个第二检测模块对应在集液瓶的位置 处没有伤口渗出液, 这时, 其接收单元接收到的电磁波信号值最大, 所以 将每一个第二检测模块接收单元接收到的电磁波或声波信号与这个最大值 比较, 如果小于这个最大值, 那就可以确定此第二检测模块所对应的集液 瓶的位置处有伤口渗出液, 通过这样的比较判断, 最后即可计算出伤口渗 出液的高度, 再结合集液瓶的底面积, 即可计算出伤口渗出液的体积。
同样地, 由于接收单元接收到的电磁波或声波信号的大小与伤口渗出 液的透明度大小成正相关, 所以一个第二检测模块对应在集液瓶的位置处 没有伤口渗出液时, 其接收单元接收到的电磁波信号值最大, 将此电磁波 信号最大值与伤口渗出液透明度最大值 100对应, 接收单元完全接收不到 电磁波信号时, 电磁波信号最小, 将此电磁波信号最小值与伤口渗出液透 明度的最小值 0对应, 检测时, 可以将实际检测到的电磁波信号值与最大 值及最小值对比, 即可获知其对应的伤口渗出液透明度值。 由于伤口渗出 液上下各处透明度不一致, 为了科学分析, 控制器计算各个第二检测模块 测得的伤口渗出液透明度的平均值, 将其作为当前伤口渗出液的透明度。 第二检测模块还包括:
存储单元, 按一定的时间间隔存储检测得到的伤口渗出液体积数据; 图表生成单元, 以时间为基准, 生成包含时间、 伤口渗出液体积的数 据图表。 通过存储单元与图标生成单元的设置, 医护人员可以方便地了解 伤口渗出液的体积与时间的对应关系, 便于进行后续的分析、 研究。
本实施例中的显示单元 13 , 可以显示测得的渗出液颜色, 可以直接显 示渗出液体积与时间数值, 也可以显示生成的伤口渗出液与时间的数据图 表。 图表生成单元生成的图表参见图 3、 图 4。
本实施例中, 通过设定单元, 可以开启或关闭伤口渗出液管理模块, 使之开始工作或停止工作, 还可以在开启伤口渗出液管理模块后, 开启第 一检测模块或者第二检测模块, 可以设定第一检测模块中的颜色与报警信 号对应表, 可以设定报警器的报警模式; 还可以设定第二检测模块中的伤 口渗出液的体积阈值及伤口渗出液透明度阈值。
本实施例中, 报警器 14包括蜂鸣器及 LED指示灯, 报警器的报警模 式可以为 ·^艮警时, 蜂鸣器或 LED指示灯同时工作或单独工作。
参见图 3 , 发射单元 91发出红外线 S1 , 经过集液瓶 5的侧壁 51—侧 穿透折射进入集液瓶 5内部区域 52, 然后再从集液瓶 5的侧壁 51另一侧 射出, 接收单元 92接收到穿透折射过来的红外线 S1 , 另一部分红外光线 经反射成反射光线 S2。
实施例二
本实施例与实施例一的不同之处在于:
只设置一个第二检测模块 9, 发射单元及接收单元集设在一起, 参见 图 4, 第二检测模块 9套在一中心线竖向延伸的丝杆 10上, 丝杆 10中心 线与集液瓶 5上下方向平行;优选的,使第二检测模块 9在丝杆 10中心线 周向方向上受到约束, 仅能够在丝杆 10中心线方向上移动; 丝杆 10的一 端与电机 11连接, 在电机 11的驱动下, 丝杆 10绕其中心线旋转, 从而带 动第二检测模块 9沿丝杆 10中心线上下移动,对集液瓶 5相应位置接收到 的电磁波信号大小进行检测, 进而测出是否有渗出液以及其透明度大小。 其中, 丝杆 10也可由其他传动机构如: 齿轮组、 皮带、 皮轮中的任一 种替代; 只要使第二检测模块 9能够相对于集液瓶 5在在纵向方向移动, 就可以实现检测集液瓶 5相应位置是否有伤口渗出液及其透明度的目的。
本实施例中的第二检测模块 9, 当电机 11工作时, 通过丝杆 10带动 第二检测模块 9上下运动, 控制器 7然后再根据马达的行程, 可以计算出 集液瓶 5中不同高度是否有渗出液及其渗出液透明度, 从而计算出集液瓶 5内渗出液的体积及平均透明度。
以上仅是本发明的优选实施方式, 应当指出的是, 上述优选实施方式 不应视为对本发明的限制, 本发明的保护范围应当以权利要求所确定的范 围为准。 对于本技术领域的技术人员来说, 在不脱离本发明的精神和范围 内, 还可以做出若干改进和润饰, 这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护 范围。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种基于伤口渗出液管理的负压伤口治疗系统, 包括:
集液瓶, 收集伤口渗出液;
负压伤口治疗设备, 由负压源和控制器组成;
伤口套件, 填充伤口并封闭伤口, 通过连接管与集液瓶连通; 其特征在于, 还包括:
伤口渗出液管理模块, 检测并显示集液瓶内伤口渗出液的物理参数, 并按照预设的报警条件发出报警信号;
报警器, 根据报警信号报警。
2、 如权利要求 1 所述的基于伤口渗出液管理的负压伤口治疗系统, 其特征在于, 所述伤口渗出液管理模块包括第一检测模块, 检测伤口渗出 液的颜色, 所述第一检测模块包括:
传感器, 获取集液瓶中伤口渗出液的颜色信号或视觉信号;
第一检测控制单元, 设置在所述控制器中, 根据传感器获取的颜色信 号或视觉信号,运算出对应的颜色,并按照预设的颜色与报警信号对应表, 运算出对应的报警信号。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的基于伤口渗出液管理的负压伤口治疗系统, 其特征在于, 所述预设的颜色与报警信号对应表为: 黑色、 褐色、 黄色、 绿色对应第一报警信号; 红色对应第二报警信号。
4、 如权利要求 2所述的基于伤口渗出液管理的负压伤口治疗系统, 其特征在于, 所述传感器为颜色传感器, 所述颜色信号为 RGB值。
5、 如权利要求 1 所述的基于伤口渗出液管理的负压伤口治疗系统, 其特征在于, 所述伤口渗出液管理模块包括第二检测模块, 检测伤口渗出 液的体积和透明度, 所述第二检测模块包括:
发射单元, 向集液瓶发射电磁波或声波信号;
接收单元, 接收经过集液瓶反射或折射的电磁波或声波信号; 第二检测控制单元, 根据接收单元接收到的电磁波或声波信号的大 小, 运算出集液瓶中伤口渗出液的体积及透明度, 将伤口渗出液的体积及 透明度分别与各自的预设阈值比较, 判断是否发出相应的报警信号。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的基于伤口渗出液管理的负压伤口治疗系统, 其特征在于, 所述第二检测控制单元在运算出的伤口渗出液体积等于或大 于伤口渗出液体积预设阈值时发出第三报警信号; 所述第二检测控制单元 在运算出的伤口渗出液透明度小于伤口渗出液透明度预设阈值时, 发出第 四报警信号。
7、 如权利要求 5所述的基于伤口渗出液管理的负压伤口治疗系统, 其特征在于, 所述第二检测模块还包括存储单元, 按一定的时间间隔存储 检测得到的伤口渗出液体积数据。
8、 如权利要求 5所述的基于伤口渗出液管理的负压伤口治疗系统, 其特征在于, 所述第二检测模块还包括一图表生成单元, 以时间为基准, 生成包含时间、 伤口渗出液体积的数据图表。
9、 如权利要求 1 所述的基于伤口渗出液管理的负压伤口治疗系统, 其特征在于, 所述伤口渗出液管理模块包括显示单元, 显示集液瓶内伤口 渗出液的物理参数。
10、 如权利要求 1所述的基于伤口渗出液管理的负压伤口治疗系统, 其特征在于, 所述伤口渗出液管理模块还包括一设定单元, 用于开启或关 闭伤口渗出液管理模块。
