本实用新型涉及一种连接机构,更具体地说,涉及一种用于家具领域、办公领域、建筑领域的连接组件。
背景技术
当前,市场上的家具一般先根据家具的形状和尺寸大小预先加工出若干家具构件,然后通过家具连接组件将若干家具构件组装成型,从而不仅可使家具便于包装和运输,而且当家具闲置时,用户可方便拆卸收藏,进而节省空间。现有技术中,拼装家具使用螺钉与铰链的扣合从而组装成型,另一种是利用横板和侧板均固定扣合件,通过扣合件相互配合从而组装成型。这类拼装家具存在的缺陷是稳定性不够、且拼装过程费时费力,家具在使用过程中容易变形。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术中拼装家具存在稳定性不够、拼装过程费时费力的缺陷,提供一种连接组件,能够实现家具快速拼接安装。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种连接组件,包括至少两个柱体、以及将所述柱体连接成整体的连接头;所述连接头包括中心座、以及设置在所述中心座的不同表面上的至少两组插销件;所述插销件包括沿所述中心座的表面向外延伸设置的至少两个第一插销,沿所述柱体的纵截面方向设置有至少两个对称分布的第一凹槽,所述第一插销与所述第一凹槽插接配合。
本实用新型一种连接组件,优选的,所述第一凹槽为燕尾槽。
本实用新型一种连接组件,优选的,所述第一插销的横截面为梯形。
本实用新型一种连接组件,优选的,所述柱体的数量为两个,所述插销件的组数为两组。
本实用新型一种连接组件,优选的,所述柱体的数量为两个以上,所述插销件的组数与所述柱体的数量相同。
本实用新型一种连接组件,优选的,所述插接件包括两个第一插销,所述柱体上设置有两个第一凹槽。

本实用新型可达到以下有益效果:通过在连接头上设置第一插销,在柱体上设置与第一插销配合的第一凹槽,从而实现连接头与柱体之间的快速定位装配。连接头的中心座的不同表面上均设置有插销件,从而达到一个连接头同时连接至少两个柱体的目的,进而实现多个柱体之间的快速连接,拼装方便、易于操作。
进一步的,第二插销到了承托和紧固的作用,避免固定在连接头上的柱体摇摆和移位;第一插销起到了拉扯和锁止的作用,避免了柱体与连接头之间发生不必要的分离和松懈。在第一插销、第二插销共同作用下,将不同的柱体紧密地与连接咬合到一起。

具体实施方式
为了对本实用新型的技术特征、目的和效果有更加清楚的理解,现对照附图详细说明本实用新型的具体实施方式。
实施例一
如图1~图4所示,为本实用新型提供的一个实施例一,一种连接组件,包括至少两个柱体2、以及将柱体2连接成整体的连接头1。如图1、图2所示,连接头1包括中心座10、以及设置在中心座10的不同表面上的至少两组插销件。插销件包括沿中心座10的表面向外延伸设置的至少两个第一插销。沿柱体2的纵截面方向设置有至少两个对称分布的第一凹槽,第一插销与第一凹槽插接配合。第一插销起到了拉扯和锁止的作用,避免了柱体与连接头之间发生不必要的分离和松懈。
柱体2为框架结构的组成部分,框架结构可以用于连接拼装构件,拼装构件卡接于柱体2上。拼装构件为居家家具、厨房家具、办公器具、快速建筑、移动护栏的平板、横梁或者其他零部件。
为了加强插接件与柱体2的插接稳定性,本实施例中插接件包括两个第一插销11、12,如图1、图2所示;柱体2上设置有两个第一凹槽21、22,如图3所示。可以理解的,两个第一凹槽21、22可以为盲槽,也可以为通槽。
拼装构件与柱体2的连接方式为:(1)通过在柱体2上单独设置卡槽,拼装构件卡接于该卡槽内;(2)第一凹槽21、22为通槽,第一凹槽与第一插销插接配合,同时,拼装构件卡接在第一凹槽中。
为了使第一插销与第一凹槽紧密地插接配合,优选的,本实施例中第一凹槽为燕尾槽。
进一步,第一插销与第一凹槽插接配合,第一插销的横截面优选的为梯形。
可以理解的,为了实现第一插销与第一凹槽紧密地插接配合,同时在拼装过程中,便于第一插销顺利插入第一凹槽中,第一凹槽的截面形状也可以为其他的规则或者不规则的形状,例如:半圆形、弧形、阶梯形等。
不同的家具需要的柱体2数量不同,如果柱体2的数量为两个,则插销件的组数为两组。两个柱体2通过连接头1上的两组插接件拼装成一体。
为了适应各种不同家具的需要,如图6所示,柱体2的数量为五个,可以理解的,柱体2的数量也可以为两个、三个、四个、或者六个,插销件的组数与柱体2的数量相同。
如图1、图2所示,为了进一步加强插接件与柱体2的插接稳定性,插接件还包括沿中心座10的表面中心处向外延伸设置的第二插销13,第一插销11、12对称分布在第二插销13的外围。第二插销13到了承托和紧固的作用,避免固定在连接头1上的柱体2摇摆和移位。
如图4、图5所示,柱体2上设置第一凹槽21、22,柱体2的中部形成中心柱20。沿柱体2的中心线方向设置有第二凹槽200,第一凹槽21、22对称分布在第二凹槽200的外围;第二插销与第二凹槽200插接配合。
如图1、图2所示,为了连接不同数量的柱体2,中心座10的形状优选的为正方体,正方体形的中心座10的六个不同表面最多能够设置六组插接件,从而连接六根柱体2。可以理解的,当所需要的柱体2数量为五个、四个、三个、或者两个时,中心座10只需要在对应数量的表面上设置插接件,其他表面优选为平面,不需要设置插接件。
可以理解的,中心座10的形状也可以为其他形状的六面体、八面体等规则或者不规则形状。
进一步的,第一插销与第一凹槽插接配合,第二插销与第二凹槽插接配合后,为了防止多个柱体与连接头拼装成的整体出现部件滑落、或者脱离,在第一插销的端部设置有定位机构,该定位机构可以为凸起、或者摩擦纹理、或者设置常见的锁紧机构,从而使第一插销的端部牢牢定位在第一凹槽中。
实施例二
本实施例提供一种连接组件,包括至少两个柱体、以及将柱体连接成整体的连接头。连接头包括中心座、以及设置在中心座的不同表面上的至少两组插销件。插销件包括沿中心座的表面向外延伸设置的四个第一插销。沿柱体的纵截面方向设置有四个对称分布的第一凹槽21、22、23、24,第一插销与第一凹槽插接配合。
实施例二与实施例一的区别在于:插接件包括四个第一插销,四个第一插销设置在中心座10的不同表面上;柱体2上设置有四个第一凹槽21、22、23、24,如图5所示。
本实用新型可达到以下有益效果:通过在连接头上设置第一插销,在柱体上设置与第一插销配合的第一凹槽,从而实现连接头与柱体之间的快速定位装配。连接头的中心座的不同表面上均设置有插销件,从而达到一个连接头同时连接至少两个柱体的目的,进而实现多个柱体之间的快速连接,拼装方便、易于操作。
进一步的,第二插销到了承托和紧固的作用,避免固定在连接头上的柱体摇摆和移位;第一插销起到了拉扯和锁止的作用,避免了柱体与连接头之间发生不必要的分离和松懈。在第一插销、第二插销共同作用下,将多个柱体紧密地咬合在一起。

  1. 一种连接组件,其特征在于:包括至少两个柱体、以及将所述柱体连接成整体的连接头;所述连接头包括中心座、以及设置在所述中心座的不同表面上的至少两组插销件;所述插销件包括沿所述中心座的表面向外延伸设置的至少两个第一插销,沿所述柱体的纵截面方向设置有至少两个对称分布的第一凹槽,所述第一插销与所述第一凹槽插接配合。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的连接组件,其特征在于,所述第一凹槽为燕尾槽。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的连接组件,其特征在于,所述第一插销的横截面为梯形。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的连接组件,其特征在于,所述柱体的数量为两个,所述插销件的组数为两组。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的连接组件,其特征在于,所述柱体的数量为两个以上,所述插销件的组数与所述柱体的数量相同。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的连接组件,其特征在于,所述插接件包括两个第一插销,所述柱体上设置有两个第一凹槽。
