Description

一种连接件及采用该连接件的冰箱
本申请要求了申请日为2012年12月24日,申请号为201210564925.X,发明名称为“一种连接件及采用该连接件的冰箱”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
【技术领域】
本发明涉及冰箱上一种零部件,具体地说,涉及一种连接件及采用该连接件的冰箱。
【背景技术】
现在企业成本压力越来越大,生产提效是企业降低成本的途径之一。目前市场上冰箱很多部位都是通过螺钉连接,生产现场频繁的固定螺钉,组装时间长,生产节拍慢,效率难以提高。同时,因为螺钉规格差异,生产现场气枪扭矩很难统一,造成螺钉断、螺钉滑丝等问题。售后维修时,重复打螺钉,造成螺纹牙被破坏,导致连接不牢固,造成质量问题反馈的恶性循环,给企业也带来很大的损失。
目前也有用于塑料件之间连接的连接件,需要被连接部件上有特殊的定位结构,最终还要通过螺钉将连接件与被连接件再次固定。这种连接结构主要用于塑料滚轮等的连接,很少应用于连接金属部件。
对于冰箱部件之间的连接,尤其是金属部件之间的连接,寻求一种替代螺钉的快速连接件,则是本发明所面临的课题。
【发明内容】
本发明提供了一种连接件及采用该连接件的冰箱,可以解决现有技术存在的因采用螺钉连接造成组装部件繁琐、生产节拍慢、连接不牢固导致售后维修频繁的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案予以实现:
一方面,本发明提供了一种连接件,所述连接件包括均带有弹性卡扣结构的固定部和连接部,所述固定部和连接部之间为间隔部,其中固定部包括与所述间隔部固定连接的固定部本体以及固定部本体两侧的弹性卡扣,所述连接部包括1-2个卡爪。其中,所述间隔部为圆盘状或矩形体状。
进一步地,所述连接部为一个长卡爪。
其中,所述长卡爪一端连接在所述间隔部的中央部位,另一端为悬臂端,在该悬臂端的末端设有朝向所述间隔部的凸起。
进一步地,所述连接部为两个对称设置的短卡爪。
其中,所述短卡爪连接在所述间隔部上,在所述两个短卡爪的非连接端设有方向相背的凸起。
进一步地,所述连接部为两个不对称的卡爪,包括一个长卡爪和一个短卡爪。
其中,所述长卡爪和短卡爪分别连接在所述间隔部的边缘,在上述长卡爪的非连接端设有朝向所述短卡爪的凸起。
其中,所述连接件整体注塑成型。
另一方面,本发明还提供了一种冰箱,包括压缩机后盖和压缩机舱体,所述压缩机后盖和压缩机舱体之间采用上述的连接件连接固定。
进一步地,所述压缩机后盖上开设有与所述连接件的固定部相适配的卡孔,所述压缩机舱体上开设有与所述连接件的连接部相适配的连接孔;
当采用连接部为一个长卡爪的连接件时,所述连接孔为中间带有隔离带的上下两个孔;
当采用连接部为两个短卡爪的连接件时,所述连接孔为与所述两个短卡爪的间距相适配的矩形孔;
当采用连接部为两个不对称卡爪的连接件时,所述连接孔为矩形孔,同时在压缩机舱体的连接折边上对应所述矩形孔一侧的部位设有凹槽,所述长卡爪上的凸起卡入所述凹槽内。
该连接件主要利用两侧的卡扣,对被连接部件材质没有特殊的要求,尤其适用于金属部件之间的连接,被连接结构上也不需要特殊的定位结构,而且定位准确、连接牢固,在很多地方可以替代螺钉,不局限于上述的压缩机后盖和压缩机舱体之间的连接。
本发明的连接件具体应用在冰箱上的部件之间的连接方案,均由三部分组成:连接件、被连接件A、被连接件B。连接件两端均带卡扣结构,操作时分别通过卡扣结构,将两个部件连接到一起。连接件通过固定部先与部件A连接到一起,组成总成件,然后再通过连接部与部件B连接到一起。连接过程简单、省时。
上述连接件可以在冰箱很多部位替代螺钉,而且连接方便,将连接件的固定部首先卡装到其中一个被连接部件A上,在部件A上开设有相应的卡孔,然后再将连接件的连接部卡装到被连接部件B上,部件B上也设有相应的连接孔,从而将部件A和B连接到一起。
将该连接件与被连接的部件之一总成供货,生产现场操作人员只需要将该总成部件与被连接件简单一扣即可,可以在很大程度上提高生产效率,为企业降低生产成本,同时解决了生产现场因为螺钉规格差异,气枪扭矩问题,造成的螺钉断、螺钉滑丝等问题,改善了连接效果。本结构属于可重复拆卸结构,便于售后维修。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点和积极效果是:
本发明提供一种现场提效的连接方法,提供了3种取代螺钉的连接方案,其中的连接件结构简单、安装方便,可以有效的改善目前冰箱生产线上因频繁打螺钉而造成的效率低的问题,提高生产节拍,降低生产成本,为企业获取更多的利润。

【具体实施方式】
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
本发明针对目前冰箱的部件之间的连接均采用螺钉连接,造成组装繁琐,而且生产节拍慢,售后维修频繁的问题,而提供了三种螺钉连接的替代方案,三种结构形式的连接件,该连接件通过卡扣式连接方式,将被连接件A和B 连接在一起,连接方便,省时省力。具体的,一种连接件,所述连接件包括均带有弹性卡扣结构的固定部和连接部,所述固定部和连接部之间为间隔部,其中固定部包括与所述间隔部固定连接的固定部本体以及固定部本体两侧的弹性卡扣,所述连接部包括1-2个卡爪。
实施例1
参考图1-1所示,一种连接件1,包括均带有弹性卡扣结构的固定部11和连接部12,固定部11和连接部12之间为圆盘状的间隔部13,其中固定部11包括与间隔部13固定连接的固定部本体111以及固定部本体111两侧的弹性卡扣112,连接部12为一个长卡爪121。
长卡爪121一端连接在间隔部13的中央部位,另一端为悬臂端,在该悬臂端的末端设有朝向间隔部13的凸起122。
连接件1整体注塑成型。
如图1-2所示,采用上述实施例1的连接件1连接冰箱的压缩机后盖4和压缩机舱体5的连接方案爆炸示意图中,压缩机后盖4上开设有与连接件1的固定部11相适配的卡孔41,压缩机舱体5上开设有与连接件1的连接部12相适配的连接孔51,连接孔51为中间带有隔离带511的上下两个孔。
如图1-3所示,连接件1将压缩机后盖4和压缩机舱体5连接固定后,固定部11卡入压缩机后盖4的卡孔41内,连接部12卡入压缩机舱体5的连接孔51内,长卡爪121卡接在连接孔51的隔离带511上实现牢靠连接。
实施例2
参考图2-1所示,一种连接件2,包括均带有弹性卡扣结构的固定部21和连接部22,固定部21和连接部22之间为圆盘状的间隔部23,其中固定部21包括与间隔部23固定连接的固定部本体211以及固定部本体211两侧的弹性卡扣212,与实施例1不同的是连接部22为两个对称设置的短卡爪221,短卡爪221连接在间隔部23上,在两个短卡爪221的非连接端设有方向相背的凸起222。
连接件2整体注塑成型。
如图2-2所示,采用上述实施例2的连接件2连接冰箱的压缩机后盖4和压缩机舱体5的连接方案爆炸示意图中,压缩机后盖4上开设有与连接件2的固定部21相适配的卡孔41,压缩机舱体5上开设有与连接件2的连接部22相适配的连接孔52,连接孔52为与两个短卡爪221的间距相适配的矩形孔,两个短卡爪221分别卡装在矩形孔的两对边上。
如图2-3所示,连接件2将压缩机后盖4和压缩机舱体5连接固定后,固定部21卡入压缩机后盖4的卡孔41内,连接部22卡入压缩机舱体5的连接孔52内,两个短卡爪221分别卡装在矩形孔的两对边上,两个短卡爪221的非连接端的方向相背的凸起222卡接在矩形孔两对边的内侧实现牢靠连接。
实施例3
参考图3-1所示,一种连接件3,包括均带有弹性卡扣结构的固定部31和连接部32,固定部31和连接部32之间为矩形体状的间隔部33,其中固定部31包括与间隔部33固定连接的固定部本体311以及固定部本体311两侧的弹性卡扣312,与实施例1不同的是连接部32为两个不对称的卡爪,包括一个长卡爪321和一个短卡爪322。其中,长卡爪321和短卡爪322分别连接在间隔部33的边缘,在长卡爪321的非连接端设有朝向短卡爪的凸起323。
连接件3整体注塑成型。
如图3-2所示,采用上述实施例3的连接件3连接冰箱的压缩机后盖4和压缩机舱体5的连接方案爆炸示意图中,压缩机后盖4上开设有与连接件3的固定部31相适配的卡孔41,压缩机舱体5上开设有与连接件3的连接部32相适配的连接孔53,连接孔53为矩形孔,同时在压缩机舱体5的连接折边54上对应矩形孔一侧的部位设有凹槽55,长卡爪321上的凸起323卡入凹槽55内。
如图3-3所示,连接件3将压缩机后盖4和压缩机舱体5连接固定后,固定部31卡入压缩机后盖4的卡孔41内,连接部32卡入压缩机舱体5的连接孔53内,长卡爪321和短卡爪322插入矩形孔内,同时长卡爪321的凸起323卡入凹槽55内实现牢靠连接。
通过连接件1-3将压缩机后盖4和压缩机舱体5连接到一起,连接过程便捷,尤其将连接件1-3与压缩机后盖4组成总成供货,大大提高了成品生产现场的效率,提高生产节拍,降低生产成本。
当然,上述连接件1-3不限于连接冰箱上的压缩机后盖4和压缩机舱体5,同样适用于冰箱上其他不同部件之间的连接。

  1. 一种连接件,其特征在于:所述连接件包括均带有弹性卡扣结构的固定部和连接部,所述固定部和连接部之间为间隔部,其中固定部包括与所述间隔部固定连接的固定部本体以及固定部本体两侧的弹性卡扣,所述连接部包括1-2个卡爪。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述连接件,其特征在于:所述连接部为一个长卡爪。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述连接件,其特征在于:所述长卡爪一端连接在所述间隔部的中央部位,另一端为悬臂端,在该悬臂端的末端设有朝向所述间隔部的凸起。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述连接件,其特征在于:所述连接部为两个对称设置的短卡爪。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述连接件,其特征在于:所述短卡爪连接在所述间隔部上,在所述两个短卡爪的非连接端设有方向相背的凸起。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述连接件,其特征在于:所述连接部为两个不对称的卡爪,包括一个长卡爪和一个短卡爪。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述连接件,其特征在于:所述长卡爪和短卡爪分别连接在所述间隔部的边缘,在上述长卡爪的非连接端设有朝向所述短卡爪的凸起。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述连接件,其特征在于:所述连接件整体注塑成型。
  9. 一种冰箱,包括压缩机后盖和压缩机舱体,其特征在于所述压缩机后盖和压缩机舱体之间采用上述任一权利要求所述的连接件连接固定。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述冰箱,其特征在于:所述压缩机后盖上开设有与所述连接件的固定部相适配的卡孔,所述压缩机舱体上开设有与所述连接件的连接部相适配的连接孔;
    当采用连接部为一个长卡爪的连接件时,所述连接孔为中间带有隔离带的上下两个孔;
    当采用连接部为两个短卡爪的连接件时,所述连接孔为与所述两个短卡爪的间距相适配的矩形孔;
    当采用连接部为两个不对称卡爪的连接件时,所述连接孔为矩形孔,同时在压缩机舱体的连接折边上对应所述矩形孔一侧的部位设有凹槽,所述长卡爪上的凸起卡入所述凹槽内。
