背景技术
为了悬挂小件或者是重量较小的物品, 如卫生间内悬挂浴巾、 毛巾或 者衣柜内悬挂衣物, 通常会在这样的环境内的两个立面之间设挂物架, 而 目前的挂物架采用双管结构,请参考专利号为 CN200820094420. 0的实用新 型专利公开了一种伸缩式浴帘管, 将大管和小管结合在一起, 并通过设于 小管伸入大管一端的弹性单元的挤压将该管设于两个立面之间, 采用该结 构固然可以实现悬挂小件物品的功能, 但采用该结构, 同采用一根管的结 构相比, 大管与小管之间必然有一段重叠, 因此, 明显要增加材料, 而且 工艺相对复杂, 从而增加成本; 而且, 采用两端向中间挤压的受力结构, 弹性单元容易受到挤压, 导致寿命缩短。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种采用单管结构且在单管的一端设有伸 缩式固定座的挂架, 加工工艺简单, 有利于节约成本及延长使用寿命。
为了达到上述目的, 本实用新型所采用的技术方案为: 一种伸缩式 单管挂架, 包括一根挂物管, 该管两端各设有一个固定座, 至少有一个固 定座是伸缩式的,所述伸缩式固定座包括外壳、防滑件、固定轴、连接部、 弹簧、 弹性挡片, 所述固定轴一端设有固定板; 弹簧、连接部均套设于固 定轴上, 弹性挡片设于固定轴上; 所述弹簧一端抵靠于固定板上, 另一端 随同固定轴进入连接部内并抵靠于设于连接部内的凸台上;所述连接部一 端抵靠于弹性挡片上; 所述固定轴、 固定板、 连接部、 弹簧、 弹性挡片结 合而成的整体插设于外壳内而连接部的前端部伸出外壳之外,所述防滑件 镶嵌在固定板与外壳内壁之间的间隙内。 优选地, 设于挂物管两端的固定座其中一个为伸缩式固定座, 另一 个为非伸缩式固定座。
优选地, 设于挂物管两端的固定座均为伸缩式固定座。
优选地, 所述固定板由形状一致的底板和框体一体成型而成, 框体 位于底板的外表面上且小于底板; 当固定板置于外壳内时,框体与外壳内 壁之间形成容纳防滑件的环状间隙。
优选地, 所述连接部的前端部为插设于挂物管内将固定座与挂物管 连接在一起的端部。
优选地, 镶嵌在环状间隙内的防滑件外端面伸出外壳的端面之外。 优选地, 所述外壳内设有环形阶梯凸台, 内层板置于凸台上并通过 可拆卸的连接件将二者固定。
优选地, 所述外壳、 固定板、 连接部、 防滑件、 挂物管的截面形状一 致, 所述截面形状呈三角形或圆形或椭圆形或多边形。
优选地, 所述挂物管与伸缩式固定座结合端形状与外壳的形状一致, 但小于外壳该端面, 即挂物管可插设于外壳内。
有益技术效果:采用上述结构后,在挂物管的一端或者两端均采用伸 缩式固定座, 只需要一根挂物管即可, 同采用两根管的结构相比, 有效的 节约了成本,而且当本实用新型置于两个立面之间时,受挤压的是伸缩式 固定座, 不同于现有的结构的受力方式, 使用寿命更长; 当伸缩式固定座 不满足使用要求时, 直接更换即可, 更换方便。

为了使本领域技术人员更好的理解本实用新型,兹配合附图详细说明: 请参考图 1-4所示,为本实用新型的第一实施例, 公开了一种伸缩式 单管挂架, 包括一根截面为三角形的挂物管 1, 该管两端各设有一个固定 座, 其中一个固定座是伸缩式的, 另一个为非伸缩式固定座, 所述伸缩式 固定座包括外壳 2、 防滑件 3、 固定轴 4、 连接部 5、 弹簧 6、 弹性挡片 7, 所述固定轴 4一端设有固定板 8且二者一体成型。
弹簧 6、连接部 5均套设于固定轴 4上, 弹性挡片 7设于固定轴 4靠 近端部的位置处;所述弹簧 6—端抵靠于固定板 8上,另一端随同固定轴 4进入连接部 5内并抵靠于设于连接部 5内的凸台 51上; 所述连接部 5 一端抵靠于弹性挡片 7上; gp, 弹簧 6位于固定板 8与连接部 5之间, 形 成一个可压缩空间; 所述固定轴 4及固定板 8、 连接部 5、 弹簧 6、 弹性 挡片 7结合而成的整体插设于外壳 2 内而连接部 5的前端部伸出外壳 2 之外, 用于将该端部插设于挂物管 1内并与挂物管 1相结合。
所述固定板 8由形状一致的底板 81和框体 82—体成型而成, 框体 82位于底板 81的外表面上且小于底板 81, 即框体 82的各边均位于底板 81的外表面边缘内; 且底板 81为框体 82同比例放大而成, 当固定板 8 置于外壳 2内时, 框体 82与外壳 2内壁之间形成容纳防滑件 3的环状间 隙, 环状间隙的宽度为均匀的。所述防滑件 3则镶嵌在固定板 8与外壳 2 内壁之间的间隙内。而防滑件 3也呈环状。 同时, 为了在外壳 2内放置固 定板 8, 所述外壳 2 内壁上设有环形阶梯凸台 21, 底板 81置于凸台 21 上并通过螺钉将二者固定。 采用框体 82与外壳 2内壁的间隙设置防滑件 3有利于减轻伸缩式固定座的重量, 而且可以节约材料。
本实用新型设于两个立面之间时, 依靠防滑件 3 与诸如两个瓷砖墙 面或两个普通墙面之间的摩擦力防止悬挂物品后下滑,防滑件 3的外端面 伸出外壳 2的端面之外。
以本实用新型的安装方向来看, 所述外壳 2、 固定板 8、 连接部 5、 防滑件 3、 挂物管 1的纵截面形状是一致的, 因此, 其纵截面均呈三角形 状。
所述挂物管 1与伸缩式固定座结合端形状与外壳 2的形状一致, 但 小于外壳 2该端面的尺寸, 在处于压缩状态时, 挂物管 1可插设于外壳 2 内。
安装时, 首先, 所述固定轴 4及固定板 8、 连接部 5、 弹簧 6、 弹性 挡片 7结合而成的整体插设于外壳 2内, 底板 81与外壳 2之间通过螺钉 固定,而连接部 5的前端部伸出外壳 2之外,形成一个完整的伸缩式固定 座, 再将该端部插设于挂物管 1内并与挂物管 1相结合, 而且, 在制作该 挂架时,挂物管 1与两端与固定座结合后的总长度约大于两立面之间距离 20mm, 即预留 20mm伸缩余量, 施加压力将单管挂架卡设于两个立面之间 后,连接部 5与弹簧 6之间相互作用,弹性挡片 7则可防止连接部 5从固 定轴 4上脱出,而此时伸缩式固定座作为一个整体在挂物管 1所施加的压 力作用下紧贴在立面上,对于不同的承重要求及摩擦系数要求,只需要更 换弹簧 6或防滑件 3即可。
请参考图 5所示, 为本实用新型的第二实施例, 同第一实施例相比 较, 结构完全相同, 仅改变外壳 2、 固定板 8、 连接部 5、 防滑件 3、 挂物 管 1的纵截面形状, 本实施例的纵截面形状呈圆形。
请参考图 6所示, 为本实用新型的第三实施例, 同第一实施例相比 较, 结构完全相同, 仅改变外壳 2、 固定板 8、 连接部 5、 防滑件 3、 挂物 管 1的纵截面形状, 本实施例的纵截面形状呈椭圆形。
请参考图 7所示, 为本实用新型的第四实施例, 同第一实施例相比 较,在挂物管 1的两端均设置伸缩式固定座,所述的伸缩式固定座结构同 第一实施例完全相同,但两端均设置伸缩式固定座,安装时需要借助工具, 因此一般不采用该结构, 此处不再详细叙述。
以上所述, 仅为本实用新型较佳的具体实施方式, 但本实用新型的 保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本实用新型揭 露的技术范围内,可轻易想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本实用新型的保 护范围之内。因此,本实用新型的保护范围应该以权利要求的保护范围为 准。

1、 一种伸缩式单管挂架, 包括一根挂物管, 该管两端各设有一个固定 座, 其特征在于, 至少有一个固定座是伸缩式的, 所述伸缩式固定座包括 外壳、 防滑件、 固定轴、 连接部、 弹簧、 弹性挡片, 所述固定轴一端设有 固定板; 弹簧、 连接部均套设于固定轴上, 弹性挡片设于固定轴上; 所述 弹簧一端抵靠于固定板上, 另一端随同固定轴进入连接部内并抵靠于设于 连接部内的凸台上; 所述连接部一端抵靠于弹性挡片上; 所述固定轴、 固 定板、 连接部、 弹簧、 弹性挡片结合而成的整体插设于外壳内而连接部的 前端部伸出外壳之外,所述防滑件镶嵌在固定板与外壳内壁之间的间隙内。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的一种伸缩式单管挂架, 其特征在于, 设于挂物 管两端的固定座其中一个为伸缩式固定座, 另一个为非伸缩式固定座。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的一种伸缩式单管挂架, 其特征在于, 设于挂物 管两端的固定座均为伸缩式固定座。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的一种伸缩式单管挂架, 其特征在于, 所述固定 板由形状一致的底板和框体一体成型而成, 框体位于底板的外表面上且小 于底板; 当固定板置于外壳内时, 框体与外壳内壁之间形成容纳防滑件的 环状间隙。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的一种伸缩式单管挂架, 其特征在于, 所述连接 部的前端部为插设于挂物管内将固定座与挂物管连接在一起的端部。
