毛巾夹
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于夹持生活用品的夹子，特别是固定于墙壁上 用于夹持毛巾类物品的夹子。
背景技术
通常在较为狭小的卫生间晾晒毛巾类物品时， 须釆用绳索或挂 杆， 由于空间小， 显得零乱。 火车、 飞机、 轮船的洗手间既存在空间 狭小的问题， 还存在晃动的问题， 因此晾晒毛巾的挂钩既要占用空间 小， 还要不能因晃动而脱落。 中国专利文献 CN201211150Y公开了一 种毛巾夹，这种毛巾夹设有夹座和夹板，夹板为弧型且中间设有凹槽， 凹槽与夹板之间的空间内设有重球，通过重球在弧形凹槽的移动来夹 持毛巾。 这种毛巾夹夹座与夹板刚性联接， 联接部位易损坏且不能更 换， 夹子使用寿命短， 在夹持毛巾时需移动重球， 使用起来不方便。 发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种夹体可更换， 使用寿命长， 安装使用方便的毛巾夹。
为了解决上述技术问题， 本发明提出的技术方案是： 包括夹体、 夹座和底板， 夹体的上部设有安装体， 夹座上设有安装槽， 安装体穿 过安装槽与弹性片联接， 使夹体可相对变位地固定于夹座之上。
本发明的实施方式之一是： 夹体上部的安装体为四边型， 其与夹 座对应的一侧上设有轴向开口， 夹座上的安装槽为两条， 中间设有隔 离条。 本发明的另一种实施方式： 弹性片上设有固定孔， 夹座与弹性体 对应的配合部位上设有固定凸台和两条固定框。
作为对本发明的一种改进， 在底板的背面贴有双面胶。
本发明有益效果是： 由于釆用安装体、 安装槽与弹性体相配合的 结构， 夹体与夹座弹性联接， 容易安装， 不易损坏， 使用寿命长， 使 用时不须移动其他部件即可夹持悬挂毛巾类物品， 使用方便。

具体实施方式
如图 1所示， 夹体 1的安装体 2穿过夹座 4的两个安装槽 8 , 安 装体 2在夹座 4相对于夹体 1的背面伸出，将弹性体 3插入与安装体 2 , 形成完整的毛巾夹， 且夹体 1可相对于安装体 2摆动。
如图 2、 图 3所示， 毛巾夹在未受任何外力的作用时， 保持在图 2所示状态； 当毛巾夹受外力作用时， 如在夹体 1与夹座 4的结合面 插入毛巾或其他类似的薄片状物体时， 或用手拉动夹体 1的下部， 夹 体 1与夹座 4分离， 夹体 1可按图 3所示方向， 在一定范围内摆动。
如图 4和图 5所示， 毛巾夹各部件上组装顺序是， 首先将夹体 1 的安装体 2插入夹座 4的两个安装槽 8之内，将弹性体 3由夹座 4的 另一面插入安装体 2之内， 将弹性体 3 安装在两个弹性安装夹条 10 之间， 并将弹性体的安装孔 11 装配于位于夹座的弹性安装体凸台 9 之上，然后将底板 5用螺钉固定在夹座 4之上， 底板 5上的 2个凸台 12将弹性体 3压紧。 底板 5的外面可使用双面胶 6将毛巾夹固定在 墙壁上。
如图 6所示，安装体 4上的开口 7尺寸要与安装槽 8中的立柱的 尺寸相适应。 开口 7的尺寸最好小于或等于立柱的尺寸， 安装时通过 将安装体上的开口 7将安装体插入安装槽 8 , 这样可以保证安装后夹 体的稳定性。
当然， 夹体也可以釆用普通的衣帽挂钩形式， 即钩体朝上， 用来 作为一般的衣帽、 服装挂钩使用。

权利要求
1、 一种毛巾夹， 包括夹体（1)、 夹座（4)和底板（5 ), 其特征 在于： 所述夹体（ 1 ) 的上部设有安装体（ 2 ), 所述夹座（ 4 )上设有 安装槽 （8)， 所述安装体（2)穿过安装槽 （8 )与弹性片 （3)联接， 使夹体（1 ) 可相对变位地固定于夹座 （4)之上。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的毛巾夹， 其特征在于： 所述夹体上部 的安装体（2)为四边型， 其与夹座（4)对应的一侧上设有轴向开口
(7 ), 所述夹座 （4)上的安装槽 （8 )为两条， 中间设有隔离条。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述述的毛巾夹， 其特征在于： 所述弹性片 ( 3) 上设有固定孔 （11 ), 所述夹座 （4 ) 与弹性体对应的配合部位 上设有固定凸台 （9)和两条固定框（10)。
4、 根据权利要求 1至 3任何一项所述的毛巾夹， 其特征在于：
