为获得较高要求的均匀、 美观的涂覆面, 现有技术多通过控制喷枪的气 流流速、 喷涂的喷涂量以及改进喷枪的喷头机械结构等方法达到涂料的雾化 要求。 但是, 如果为了增强雾化强度而提高气流流速及压力, 需要提高电机 的功率, 在喷枪内部设置高功率电机, 一方面需要占用喷枪内部空间, 影响 喷枪的美观和制作成本; 另外一方面, 因高功率电机被封闭在喷枪内部, 工 作时期电机热量不能及时散发出去, 影响喷枪使用寿命。 发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足, 提供一种结构简单紧凑、 电机 散热效果好的手持式喷枪。
为实现上述目的, 本发明采用以下技术方案:
本发明一种手持式电喷枪, 它包括有枪体, 喷壶, 连接枪体和喷壶的基 座以及壳体; 所述枪体前端设有一喷嘴, 所述壳体上部成型有一腔体, 壳体 下部成型有一握手, 所述腔体与枪体连通连接, 所述腔体内设置有电机, 所 述电机包括电机轴、 套设于电机轴上的转子和风叶, 与转子相对应设置的定 子, 出风圈以及碳刷支架; 所述转子设于风叶的进风面侧, 所述电机轴的两 端分别固定有轴承, 所述出风圈和碳刷支架上均设有轴承座, 所述设于风叶 出风面侧的轴承固定于出风圈的轴承座内, 所述设于转子外端的轴承固定于 碳刷支架的轴承座内; 所述出风圈设于腔体与枪体的连接处。
进一步地, 所述电机还包括集风罩, 所述集风罩两端分别设有第一容纳 腔和第二容纳腔, 所述第一容纳腔和第二容纳腔连通; 所述风叶设于第二容 纳腔内, 所述定子设于第一容纳腔内。
进一步地, 所述出风圈上设有若干螺旋状风道。
进一步地, 所述的电机轴线与腔体中心轴线呈负角度设置, 角度为 A, 所 述角度 A为 0-30度。 优选所述角度 A为 0-5度。
进一步地, 所述枪体上设有挂钩。
进一步地, 所述壳体由左壳体和右壳体固定连接而成。
本发明有益效果为: 本发明一种手持式电喷枪, 采用一种新型的电机结 构, 将定转子组件 (定子和转子) 设于风叶的进风面侧, 也即将定转子组件 设于进风口, 这样可以对定转子组件进行冷风强制制冷, 其散热效果大大提 高, 使本发明在电机相同功率的情况, 极大地提高了雾化效果和使用寿命。 附图说明

如图 1、 图 2所示, 本发明一种手持式电喷枪, 它包括有枪体 20, 喷壶 10, 连接枪体 20和喷壶 10的基座 40以及壳体 60。 枪体 20、 基座 40、 喷壶 10以及壳体 60构成本发明的基本结构。 所述枪体 20前端设有一喷嘴 21, 喷 嘴 21通过管线与喷壶 10内腔连接。所述壳体 60由左壳体和右壳体固定连接 而成, 壳体 60的上部成型有一腔体 61, 壳体 60的下部成型有一握手 62, 所 述腔体 61与枪体 20连通连接。
所述腔体 61内设置有电机 30, 所述电机 30包括电机轴 36、 套设于电机 轴 36上的转子 33和风叶 32, 与转子 33相对应设置的定子 34, 出风圈 31以 及碳刷支架 37; 所述转子 33设于风叶 32的进风面侧, 所述电机轴 36的两端 分别固定有轴承 38, 所述出风圈 31和碳刷支架 37上均设有轴承座, 所述设 于风叶 32出风面侧的轴承 38固定于出风圈 31的轴承座内,所述设于转子 33 外端的轴承 38固定于碳刷支架 37的轴承座内; 所述出风圈 31设于腔体 61 与枪体 20的连接处。
作为本发明的一个主要创新点, 风叶 32套设于电机轴 36上, 所述转子 33设于风叶 32的进风面侧, 而定子 34与转子 33是成对应设置, 也即本发明 将定转子组件 (定子 34和转子 33 ) 设于风叶 32的进风面侧, 而现有喷枪所 用电机一般将定转子组件设于风叶的出风面侧。 相对于现有技术而言, 本发 明电机 30具有更好的散热效果, 风叶 32可以较好的将定转子组件 (定子 34 和转子 33 ) 工作过程中产生的热量通过进入本发明的冷风抽走, 强于传统电 机的吹风散热。
作为本发明的另一个主要创新点, 本发明的电机 30还包括集风罩 35, 所 述集风罩 35两端分别设有第一容纳腔 351和第二容纳腔 352, 所述第一容纳 腔 351和第二容纳腔 352连通; 所述风叶 32设于第二容纳腔 352内, 所述定 子 34设于第一容纳腔 351 内。 本发明所述集风罩 35有集聚风力的作用, 不 但可以强化风叶 32进风抽风作用, 同时可以强化风叶 32的出风效果。 在电 机 30功率相同的情况下, 本发明的散热效果以及出风效果更好。
所述出风圈 31上设有若干螺旋状风道, 主要起调节风向的作用, 使喷嘴 21达到更好的喷风效果。
所述的电机轴线与腔体 61中心轴线呈负角度设置, 角度为 A, 所述角度 A为 0-30度, 本发明优选所述角度 A为 0-5度。 这样设置, 本发明结构更为 紧凑, 手持握手 62更为方便。
