Abstract
本发明涉及喷涂设备技术领域,特别涉及一种手持式喷枪,它包括有枪体,喷壶,连接枪体和喷壶的基座以及壳体;所述枪体前端设有一喷嘴,所述壳体上部成型有一腔体,壳体下部成型有一扳手,所述腔体与枪体连通连接,所述腔体内设置有电机。本发明采用一种新型的电机结构,将定转子组件(定子和转子)设于风叶的进风面侧,也即将定转子组件设于进风口,这样可以对定转子组件进行冷风强制制冷,其散热效果大大提高,使本发明在电机相同功率的情况,极大地提高了雾化效果和使用寿命。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及喷涂设备技术领域,特别涉及一种手持式喷枪。
背景技术
喷枪是一种常见的喷涂设备,通过喷枪对涂料的雾化处理,可以在被涂装工件表面获得美观、均匀的涂覆层。其中雾化喷枪的雾化效果对涂装工件表面的美观度、均匀度有很重要影响。
为获得较高要求的均匀、美观的涂覆面,现有技术多通过控制喷枪的气流流速、喷涂的喷涂量以及改进喷枪的喷头机械结构等方法达到涂料的雾化要求。但是,如果为了增强雾化强度而提高气流流速及压力,需要提高电机的功率,在喷枪内部设置高功率电机,一方面需要占用喷枪内部空间,影响喷枪的美观和制作成本;另外一方面,因高功率电机被封闭在喷枪内部,工作时期电机热量不能及时散发出去,影响喷枪使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种结构简单紧凑、电机散热效果好的手持式喷枪。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
本发明一种手持式电喷枪,它包括有枪体,喷壶,连接枪体和喷壶的基座以及壳体;所述枪体前端设有一喷嘴,所述壳体上部成型有一腔体,壳体下部成型有一握手,所述腔体与枪体连通连接,所述腔体内设置有电机,所述电机包括电机轴、套设于电机轴上的转子和风叶,与转子相对应设置的定子,出风圈以及碳刷支架;所述转子设于风叶的进风面侧,所述电机轴的两端分别固定有轴承,所述出风圈和碳刷支架上均设有轴承座,所述设于风叶出风面侧的轴承固定于出风圈的轴承座内,所述设于转子外端的轴承固定于碳刷支架的轴承座内;所述出风圈设于腔体与枪体的连接处。
进一步地,所述电机还包括集风罩,所述集风罩两端分别设有第一容纳腔和第二容纳腔,所述第一容纳腔和第二容纳腔连通;所述风叶设于第二容纳腔内,所述定子设于第一容纳腔内。
进一步地,所述出风圈上设有若干螺旋状风道。
进一步地,所述的电机轴线与腔体中心轴线呈负角度设置,角度为A,所述角度A为0-30度。优选所述角度A为0-5度。
进一步地,所述枪体上设有挂钩。
进一步地,所述壳体由左壳体和右壳体固定连接而成。
本发明有益效果为:本发明一种手持式电喷枪,采用一种新型的电机结构,将定转子组件(定子和转子)设于风叶的进风面侧,也即将定转子组件设于进风口,这样可以对定转子组件进行冷风强制制冷,其散热效果大大提高,使本发明在电机相同功率的情况,极大地提高了雾化效果和使用寿命。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的说明:
如图1、图2所示,本发明一种手持式电喷枪,它包括有枪体20,喷壶10,连接枪体20和喷壶10的基座40以及壳体60。枪体20、基座40、喷壶10以及壳体60构成本发明的基本结构。所述枪体20前端设有一喷嘴21,喷嘴21通过管线与喷壶10内腔连接。所述壳体60由左壳体和右壳体固定连接而成,壳体60的上部成型有一腔体61,壳体60的下部成型有一握手62,所述腔体61与枪体20连通连接。
所述腔体61内设置有电机30,所述电机30包括电机轴36、套设于电机轴36上的转子33和风叶32,与转子33相对应设置的定子34,出风圈31以及碳刷支架37;所述转子33设于风叶32的进风面侧,所述电机轴36的两端分别固定有轴承38,所述出风圈31和碳刷支架37上均设有轴承座,所述设于风叶32出风面侧的轴承38固定于出风圈31的轴承座内,所述设于转子33外端的轴承38固定于碳刷支架37的轴承座内;所述出风圈31设于腔体61与枪体20的连接处。
作为本发明的一个主要创新点,风叶32套设于电机轴36上,所述转子33设于风叶32的进风面侧,而定子34与转子33是成对应设置,也即本发明将定转子组件(定子34和转子33)设于风叶32的进风面侧,而现有喷枪所用电机一般将定转子组件设于风叶的出风面侧。相对于现有技术而言,本发明电机30具有更好的散热效果,风叶32可以较好的将定转子组件(定子34和转子33)工作过程中产生的热量通过进入本发明的冷风抽走,强于传统电机的吹风散热。
作为本发明的另一个主要创新点,本发明的电机30还包括集风罩35,所述集风罩35两端分别设有第一容纳腔351和第二容纳腔352,所述第一容纳腔351和第二容纳腔352连通;所述风叶32设于第二容纳腔352内,所述定子34设于第一容纳腔351内。本发明所述集风罩35有集聚风力的作用,不但可以强化风叶32进风抽风作用,同时可以强化风叶32的出风效果。在电机30功率相同的情况下,本发明的散热效果以及出风效果更好。
所述出风圈31上设有若干螺旋状风道,主要起调节风向的作用,使喷嘴21达到更好的喷风效果。
所述的电机轴线与腔体61中心轴线呈负角度设置,角度为A,所述角度A为0-30度,本发明优选所述角度A为0-5度。这样设置,本发明结构更为紧凑,手持握手62更为方便。
所述枪体20上设有挂钩50,方便本发明挂放,有效节省储存空间。
本发明一种手持式电喷枪,采用一种新型的电机30结构,将定转子组件(定子34和转子33)设于风叶32的进风面侧,也即将定转子组件设于进风口,这样可以对定转子组件进行冷风强制制冷,其散热效果大大提高,使本发明在电机相同功率的情况,极大地提高了雾化效果和使用寿命。

Claims (7)
1.一种手持式电喷枪,它包括有枪体(20),喷壶(10),连接枪体(20)和喷壶(10)的基座(40)以及壳体(60);所述枪体(20)前端设有一喷嘴(21),所述壳体(60)上部成型有一腔体(61),壳体(60)下部成型有一握手(62),所述腔体(61)与枪体(20)连通连接,其特征在于:所述腔体(61)内设置有电机(30),所述电机(30)包括电机轴(36)、套设于电机轴(36)上的转子(33)和风叶(32),与转子(33)相对应设置的定子(34),出风圈(31)以及碳刷支架(37);所述转子(33)设于风叶(32)的进风面侧,所述电机轴(36)的两端分别固定有轴承(38),所述出风圈(31)和碳刷支架(37)上均设有轴承座,所述设于风叶(32)出风面侧的轴承(38)固定于出风圈(31)的轴承座内,所述设于转子(33)外端的轴承(38)固定于碳刷支架(37)的轴承座内;所述出风圈(31)设于腔体(61)与枪体(20)的连接处。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种手持式电喷枪,其特征在于:所述电机(30)还包括集风罩(35),所述集风罩(35)两端分别设有第一容纳腔(351)和第二容纳腔(352),所述第一容纳腔(351)和第二容纳腔(352)连通;所述风叶(32)设于第二容纳腔(352)内,所述定子(22)设于第一容纳腔(351)内。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种手持式电喷枪,其特征在于:所述出风圈(31)上设有若干螺旋状风道。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一所述的一种手持式电喷枪,其特征在于:所述的电机轴线与腔体(61)中心轴线呈负角度设置,角度为A,所述角度A为0-30度。。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种手持式电喷枪,其特征在于:所述角度A为0-5度。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种手持式电喷枪,其特征在于:所述枪体(20)上设有挂钩(50)。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种手持式电喷枪,其特征在于:所述壳体(60)由左壳体和右壳体固定连接而成。
