Abstract

본 발명은 화학식 1 또는 화학식 2로 표시되는 프라비마이신 화합물, 이의 이성질체, 이의 펩티드 디포밀라제 저해 활성을 가지는 유도체, 이의 약학적으로 허용가능한 염, 또는 화학식 1 또는 2로 표시되는 프라비마이신 화합물을 생산하는 균주, 균체, 또는 이의 배양물을 유효성분으로 포함하는 항균용 조성물, 펩티드 디포밀라제 활성 억제용 조성물을 제공한다. 또한, 본 발명은 상기 항균용 조성물로 미생물 감염 질환을 예방 또는 치료하는 방법, 미생물을 살균 또는 정균하는 방법 및 아스퍼질러스 프라빕스 F543 균주를 이용하여 상기 화합물 또는 이의 유도체를 생산하는 방법을 제공한다. 본 발명의 화합물 또는 균주는 펩티드 디포밀라제의 활성을 강력하게 저해함으로써 병원성 미생물 및 항생제 내성균에 대하여 강력한 항균력을 가지며, 특히 메티실린-저항성 포도상구균 및 퀴놀론-저항성 포도상구균에 대하여 항균 활성을 나타내므로 슈퍼박테리아에 의한 감염성 질환의 치료에 유용하게 사용할 수 있다.
