茶包挤压机构 33 包括两个支撑杆 331 、 332 ,两个支撑杆 331 、 332 交叉设置、并可沿交叉处的轴 336 摆动,两个支撑杆 331 、 332 之间设置弹簧 333 和电磁铁,图 1 中 337 表示电磁铁的线圈, 338 表示电磁铁的衔铁,两个支撑杆 331 、 332 下端分别设置夹持板 334 、 335 , 茶包挤压机构 33 通过所述轴 336 安装于所述内胆 31 中。 电磁铁得电后使两支撑杆 331 、 332 绕轴 336 转动而相互靠拢,带动下端的两个夹持板 334 、 335 对茶包挤压,电磁铁失电后,在弹簧 333 作用下两个支撑杆 331 、 332 绕轴 336 转动而分开,使两个夹持板 334 、 335 松开对茶包的挤压。夹持板 334 、 335 最好采用筛网状的板,以减小挤压时水的阻力。 茶包挤压机构 33 在所述控制单元的控制下对内胆 31 中被开水冲泡的茶包进行挤压, 茶包在开水中被挤压的次数越多茶色越浓,被挤压的次数越少茶色越浅,通过控制挤压次数来实现对茶水浓度的控制。
控制单元具有 RFID 读写器, RFID 读写器用于向茶杯 6 上的 RFID 标签写入奶茶配制数据、以及从茶杯 6 上的 RFID 标签读取奶茶配制数据;该控制单元还与上述各个阀门以及所述茶包挤压机构 33 连接,用于根据从茶杯 6 上的 RFID 标签读取到的奶茶配制数据,控制茶包储存容器 32 向所述内胆 31 输送茶包、控制茶包挤压机构 33 挤压茶包的次数、以及控制加入所述混合腔 5 的糖和奶的份量,从而自动配制出适合茶杯主人口味的奶茶。
所述奶茶配制数据包括水的体积、茶包挤压机构挤压茶包的次数(代表浓度数据)、糖的添加量和奶的添加量。饮用者首次使用时,可以手动控制奶茶机配制出适合自己口味的奶茶,然后通过奶茶机上的 RFID 读写器将这些具体的奶茶配制数据存储到茶杯 6 上的 RFID 标签。而在以后需要饮用奶茶时,则只需将该茶杯 6 放置到本智能奶茶机的奶茶出口 51 下方,奶茶机感应到 RFID 标签后自动启动,从茶杯 6 上的 RFID 标签读取预先存储的奶茶配制数据,即份量、浓度、糖量、奶量等数据,进而通过控制单元控制奶茶机上的各执行机构自动调出饮用者所需口味的奶茶并流到杯子 6 里。图 1 中,由于奶茶出口 51 在混合室 5 靠近顶部处,因此需在其内安装一个小型泵,将混合室 5 内的奶茶泵出至茶杯 6 中。
一个较佳的实施例中,使所述 RFID 读写器的天线的位置满足以下条件:当茶杯 6 放于奶茶机的奶茶出口 51 下方时,茶杯 6 上的 RFID 标签能够被所述 RFID 读写器读 / 写。此外, RFID 读写器的天线也可以设置在奶茶机的其它部位,这种情况下,使用时,则需先将茶杯上的 RFID 标签对准 RFID 读写器进行感应和读取操作,然后在奶茶配制好前将茶杯放至奶茶机的奶茶出口处。
一个较佳的实施例中, 控制单元还包括身份验证模块、用户身份信息存储单元和键盘,所述身份验证模块通过对键盘输入的密码与预先存储于用户身份信息存储单元内的用户密码比较, 实现对持杯人身份的验证。
在一个更佳的实施例中,控制单元还包括 结算模块,该结算模块用于 根据奶茶的份量计算奶茶的价格,进而通过所述 RFID 读写器从茶杯上 RFID 标签中的金额存储单元减去相应的数值。该实施例可以实现奶茶的自动售卖。
另一个较佳的实施例中,储奶容器 1 可分离地设置在所述混合腔 5 的上方,这样当较长时间不使用时,可以将储奶容器 1 整体取下放入冰箱,防止奶变质。
储糖容器 2 内的糖可以是砂糖、方糖或者一定浓度的糖水。当采用方糖时,可以使每次打开第二阀门 21 后掉出一粒方糖,通过控制第二阀门 21 的开启次数,即可达到控制糖的添加量。当采用砂糖或糖水时,通过控制第二阀门的开启时间,可以控制糖的添加量。
图 1 所示智能奶茶机包括一个混合腔 5 ,茶水、奶和糖在混合腔 5 混合好后再流出到茶杯 6 。但本实用新型并不限于此,还可以不包括混合腔,而直接将茶水、糖和 奶注入茶杯,在茶杯中实现三者的混合,如图 2 所示的智能奶茶机即属于这种结构。
参照图 2 ,该智能奶茶机包括:储奶容器 1 ,储糖容器 2 ,茶水配制装置 3 , 茶包收集箱 4 ,控制单元。
储奶容器 1 通过第一阀门 11 连接出奶口 13 ,储奶容器 1 的出口还设置了一个手动阀门 12 ,需要将储奶容器 1 拿走时,通过关闭手动阀门 12 可使其内的奶不会流出。
储糖容器 2 通过第二阀门连接出糖口 23 。
茶水配制装置 3 含加热内胆 31 、茶包储存容器 34 和茶包挤压机构 33 。加热内胆 31 通过第三阀门 311 连接茶水出口 313 ,并设置进水口和废弃茶包出口,废弃茶包出口处设置第 六阀门 312 , 第 六阀门 312 打开后,加热内胆 31 中的茶包从该废弃茶包出口掉出至放置于其下方的茶包收集箱 4 内。 茶包储存容器 34 的出口位于所述内胆 31 上方,并于出口处设置第四阀门,以控制茶包储存容器 34 向内胆 31 输送茶包。茶包挤压机构 33 设置于所述内胆 31 中,用于挤压内胆 31 中开水浸泡的茶包。
控制单元与前述实施方式相同,此处不再叙述。
参照图 2-4 ,图 2 所示智能奶茶机的茶包储存容器 34 包括一圆盘 341 ,圆盘 341 的中心向外设置若干放射状的竖隔板将圆盘 341 内分隔成复数个相同容积的扇形区域 3411 ,紧贴圆盘 341 的底部设置一个与圆盘 341 同轴的挡板 342 ,挡板 342 上设置一个缺口 3421 ,圆盘 341 被一个电机 343 驱动可转动。圆盘 341 的扇形区域 3411 最好是十几个、或者几十个,每个扇形区域 3411 内放置一个标准茶包 344 。圆盘 341 在电机 343 驱动下,每次 转动的角度与圆盘 341 的一个扇形区域 341 1 的中心角相等,这样可控制 圆盘 341 每转动一次后, 挡板 342 上的缺口 3421 与圆盘 341 内一个扇形区域底部的出口对准,从而使扇形区域内的标准茶包 344 能通过扇形区域底部的出口和挡板 342 上的缺口 3421 掉入所述内胆 31 中。上述结构同时构成了一种特殊的第四阀门,控制 茶包储存容器 34 向 内胆 31 输送茶包。
图 2 所示智能奶茶机中 储糖容器 2 的结构与上述 茶包储存容器 34 的结构相同。使用时在圆盘的每个扇形区域储装等份的砂糖,电机驱动圆盘每转动一次,一个扇形区域内的砂糖通过扇形区域底部的出口和挡板上的缺口掉出,然后通过出糖口 23 掉入茶杯 6 内。这种结构的 储糖容器 2 同时构成了一种特殊的第二阀门,通过控制电机转动次数,可控制向茶杯 6 内加入糖的份量。
图 2 所示智能奶茶机中 ,茶包挤压机构 33 采用人字形的结构,该人字形茶包挤压机构 33 包括呈人字形设置、并可沿交叉处的轴 336 摆动的两个支撑杆 331 、 332 ,两个支撑杆 331 、 332 之间设置弹簧 333 和电磁铁,图 2 中 337 表示电磁铁的线圈, 338 表示电磁铁的衔铁,两个支撑杆 331 、 332 下端分别设置夹持板 334 、 335 , 茶包挤压机构 33 通过所述轴 336 安装于所述内胆 31 中。 电磁铁得电后使两支撑杆 331 、 332 绕轴 336 转动而相互靠拢,带动下端的两个夹持板 334 、 335 对茶包挤压,电磁铁失电后,在弹簧 333 作用下两个支撑杆 331 、 332 绕轴 336 转动而分开,使两个夹持板 334 、 335 松开对茶包的挤压。
与上述智能奶茶机配合使用的茶杯 6 ,其上以粘附方式或直接成型于杯体上的方式,设置有用于存储奶茶配制数据的 RFID 标签, RFID 标签可设置在茶杯 6 的底部或侧面。如图 1 中 RFID 标签设置在茶杯 6 的底部,图 2 中 RFID 标签设置在茶杯 6 的侧面。
以上列举了本实用新型的一些具体实施方式,但这些具体实施方式并不用于限制本实用新型的保护范围,本领域技术人根据本申请文件的描述,结合本领域公知常识还可以做其它的一些等同变换和修改,本实用新型的保护范围以权利要求书为准。

Claims (1)

  1. 1 、一种智能奶茶机,其特征在于,包括:
    储奶容器,通过第一阀门与一个混合腔连通;
    储糖容器,通过第二阀门与所述混合腔连通;
    茶水配制装置,含加热内胆、茶包储存容器和茶包挤压机构,所述加热内胆通过第三阀门与所述混合腔连通,并设置进水口和废弃茶包出口;所述茶包储存容器的出口与所述内胆连通,茶包储存容器的出口处设置第四阀门;所述茶包挤压机构设置于所述内胆中,用于挤压内胆中开水浸泡的茶包;以及,
    控制单元,具有 RFID 读写器, RFID 读写器用于向茶杯上的 RFID 标签写入奶茶配制数据、以及从茶杯上的 RFID 标签读取奶茶配制数据;该控制单元还与所述第一~第四阀门以及所述茶包挤压机构连接,用于根据从茶杯上的 RFID 标签读取到的奶茶配制数据,控制茶包储存容器向所述内胆输送茶包、控制茶包挤压机构挤压茶包的次数、以及控制加入所述混合腔的糖和奶的份量,从而自动配制出适合茶杯主人口味的奶茶。
    2 、根据权利要求 1 所述的智能奶茶机,其特征在于:所述奶茶配制数据包括水的体积、茶包挤压机构挤压茶包的次数、糖的添加量以及奶的添加量。
    3 、根据权利要求 1 所述的智能奶茶机,其特征在于:所述控制单元还包括身份验证模块、用户身份信息存储单元和键盘,所述身份验证模块用于将键盘输入的密码与预先存储于用户身份信息存储单元内的用户密码比较,对持杯人的身份进行验证。
    4 、根据权利要求 1 所述的智能奶茶机,其特征在于:所述控制单元还包括结算模块,该结算模块用于根据奶茶的份量计算奶茶的价格,进而通过所述 RFID 读写器从茶杯上 RFID 标签中的金额存储单元减去相应的数值。
    5 、根据权利要求 1 所述的智能奶茶机,其特征在于:所述储奶容器可分离地设置在所述混合腔的上方。
    6 、根据权利要求 1 所述的智能奶茶机,其特征在于:所述内胆的废弃茶包出口下方放置一个茶包收集箱。
    7 、 根据权利要求 1 所述的智能奶茶机,其特征在于, 所述 RFID 读写器的天线的位置满足以下条件:当茶杯放于奶茶机的奶茶出口下方时,茶杯上的 RFID 标签能够被 所述 RFID 读写器读 / 写。
    8 、与权利要求 1-7 任一项所述智能奶茶机配合使用的茶杯,其特征在于:所述茶杯上粘附或成型有用于存储奶茶配制数据的 RFID 标签。
    9 、一种智能奶茶机,其特征在于,包括:
    储奶容器,通过第一阀门连接出奶口;
    储糖容器,通过第二阀门连接出糖口;
    茶水配制装置,含加热内胆、茶包储存容器和茶包挤压机构,所述加热内胆通过第三阀门连接茶水出口,并设置进水口和废弃茶包出口;所述茶包储存容器的出口位于所述内胆上方,茶包储存容器的出口处设置第四阀门;所述茶包挤压机构设置于所述内胆中,用于挤压内胆中开水浸泡的茶包;以及,
    控制单元,具有 RFID 读写器, RFID 读写器用于向茶杯上的 RFID 标签写入奶茶配制数据、以及从茶杯上的 RFID 标签读取奶茶配制数据;该控制单元还与所述第一~第四阀门以及所述茶包挤压机构连接,用于根据从茶杯上的 RFID 标签读取到的奶茶配制数据,控制茶包储存容器向所述内胆输送茶包、控制茶包挤压机构挤压茶包的次数、以及控制加入茶杯的糖和奶的份量,从而自动配制出适合茶杯主人口味的奶茶。
    10 、根据权利要求 9 所述的智能奶茶机,其特征在于:所述茶包储存容器包括一圆盘, 圆盘的中心向外设置若干放射状的竖隔板将圆盘内分隔成复数个相同容积的扇形区域, 紧贴圆盘的底部设置一个与圆盘同轴的挡板, 挡板上设置一个缺口, 圆盘 被一个电机驱动可转动。
