Definitions
- This present invention relates to painting the natural stones in any colors.

Besides the possibility of mass production, they can also easily deformed and reshaped because of their crystalline structure that cannot grow large, and an intense proportion of vitreous phases thereof. As a result of this, they have been used in many areas ranging from architeture and constructing to sculpture throughout the history. Surfaces of the natural stones are rough because of dissolution of the vitreous phases homogenously distributed in their contents. Dissolution of the vitreous phases can occur in water as well as in acidic solutions, dyes and resins. It is possible to obtain more transparent products having less densities by removing away the vitreous phases from the structure.

Description
PATENT SPECIFICATION
METHOD OF PAINTING THE NATURAL STONE IN ANY COLORS
TECHNICAL FIELD
This present invention relates to painting the natural stones in any colors. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
Natural stones characteristically have a high water resistance, polish can be applied on them because of their rough surfaces, and they generally include carbonate minerals in their structure. The natural stones are left in an acidic solution and then processed as from the raw form to keep the procedure of removing this vitreous structure in a certain depth, and to increase the structural strength and to make sure that the polish to be applied onto the surface be adsorbed better. Natural marble stone, onyx, travertine, granite, kufeki (lime stone), basalt, andesite, marble and all marble stone derivatives maintain their original appearance and color as mined. This restricts both the sales and use of such products and some problems occur while utilization of the products.
DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
This present invention relates to surface change, color and pattern, coating inherent and surface change of natural marble stone, onyx, travertine, granite, kufeki (lime stone), basalt, andesite, marble and all marble stone derivatives.
This present invention consists of the following process steps; Natural marble stone, onyx, travertine, granite, kufeki (lime stone), basalt, andesite, marble and all marble stone derivatives obtained directly from the nature are taken with or without varnished in their original color, pattern and appearance,
They are dehumidified by drying (manual drying) or using any kind of industrial kiln (this process ensures better results. It is possible to proceed directly to the second process without drying. This process can be made manually or using a machine.)
Products are laid on the ground or placed vertically taking care not to break them,
Rubber cushion etc. apparatus are placed at their bottom,
Using any kind of worldwide known paint pigment types, nano pigment and/or paint, both cellulosic and water based and acrylic, fluid liquid or dry adhering plastering is applied on the marble by pouring or using a roller brush, (This process yields the same results by dipping in kiers or waiting the kiers for more or less periods of time. In addition, equal rates of paint and equal rates of marble stone derivatives are required in the kiers.) The treated products can be painted by pouring, manually using roller brush, dipping in kiers or waiting in the kiers for definite periods of time or manually brushing or painting or surface adhering manually of using automated machinery systems, if required.
Characterized by changing color, appearance, pattern, surface coating of the marble products or finalizing the products by penetrating paints in the internal structure of the products by varnishing, removing waste paints and cleaning by varnishing them in the varnishing and cleaning calibration machines by drying them in dry kilns and or directly without drying.
In addition, varnished stones ready to be used are can also be applied by manual calibration and varnishing after cleaning without using any varnishing machine. Said final process, i.e. manual calibration and varnishing or cleaning, can also be carried out manually.
The obtained products become final products with the desired surface or structural appearance, color, texture, core, pattern and coating characteristics. Such products are characterized by obtaining precious artistic products (rare- desired-not found - short supply) and improving them to introduce them to the economy and industry by removing all restrictions of the untreated products by said processes.
Claims
