Abstract
本発明は、マスキング剤、添加剤および洗気液を使用せずに、共存物の干渉を抑制して水銀を高感度で正確に精度よく分析することができる水銀分析用の加熱燃焼管、加熱分解装置および水銀分析装置を提供する。本発明の加熱燃焼管(20)は、加熱されて水銀分析に用いられる筒状の加熱燃焼管(20)であって、試料Sが加熱されて分解される試料加熱分解部(10)と、周期表における第4周期の金属元素の酸化物である第4周期金属酸化物(13)が充填された酸化部(11)と、アルカリ金属の化合物および/またはアルカリ土類金属の化合物(14)が充填された処理部(12)とを有する。
Description
本願は2010年11月30日出願の特願2010-266825の優先権を主張するものであり、その全体を参照により本出願の一部をなすものとして引用する。
本発明は、試料を加熱分解して試料中の水銀を分析する際に発生する共存物の干渉を抑制する水銀分析用の加熱燃焼管、この加熱燃焼管を備えた加熱分解装置およびこの加熱分解装置を備えた水銀分析装置に関する。
従来、水銀分析装置は、長年にわたり環境分析や品質管理分析などで広く使用されている。水銀分析装置として、河川水などの分析では還元気化法を用いた装置、ゴミ焼却炉の煙突から排出される排ガスの分析では、排ガス中の水銀をオンラインで測定する装置(特許文献1)、固体試料の分析では、空気ポンプで所定流量の空気を流しながら、試料容器に入れられた試料を試料加熱炉で加熱分解し、試料から発生した水銀を水銀捕集管で捕集して測定する水銀原子吸光分析装置などがある。ここで、試料を加熱分解すると、試料中に含有されているハロゲン化物、硫化物などの干渉物質が測定に影響を与えることが多いので、固体試料の場合、試料をマスキング剤または添加剤で覆って加熱分解して試料中の干渉物質をマスキング剤または添加剤に吸着する、試料が加熱されて発生する燃焼ガスを洗気液に通し、干渉物質を吸収したりして除去するなどしている。
しかしながら、干渉物質の量が多い場合、干渉物質を除去しきれずに測定結果に影響を与えることがあり、試料が有機成分であった場合、加熱分解しきれず不完全燃焼し分析感度低下を招くことがあった。また、近年の環境負荷や測定に関わる労力を軽減するために、マスキング剤、添加剤および洗気液を使用せずに測定することが望まれている。このように、水銀分析において試料によってはいろいろな問題がある。
本発明は前記従来の問題に鑑みてなされたもので、干渉物質を多く含む試料であってもマスキング剤、添加剤および洗気液を使用せずに、共存物の干渉を抑制して水銀を高感度で正確に精度よく分析することができる水銀分析用の加熱燃焼管、加熱分解装置および水銀分析装置を提供することを目的とする。
前記目的を達成するために、本発明の第1構成に係る加熱燃焼管は、加熱されて水銀分析に用いられる筒状の加熱燃焼管であって、試料が加熱されて分解される試料加熱分解部と、周期表における第4周期の金属元素の酸化物である第4周期金属酸化物が充填された酸化部と、アルカリ金属の化合物および/またはアルカリ土類金属の化合物が充填された処理部とを有する。
本発明の加熱燃焼管によれば、マスキング剤、添加剤および洗気液を使用せずに、共存物の干渉を抑制して水銀を高感度で正確に精度よく分析することができる。
本発明の加熱燃焼管において、前記試料加熱分解部、前記酸化部および前記処理部が順に直線状に配置され、前記試料加熱分解部と前記酸化部との間および前記酸化部と前記処理部との間に設けられた通気性のあるセパレータにより、前記試料加熱分解部と前記酸化部とが分離されるとともに、前記酸化部と前記処理部とが分離されていることが好ましい。この構成により、各部での反応が充分に促進される。特に、前記酸化部と前記処理部に設けられた通気性のあるセパレータにより、前記酸化部と前記処理部に充填される物質が混ざり合うことがなく、互いに影響されずに反応することができ、水銀を高感度で正確に精度よく分析することができる。
本発明の加熱燃焼管において、前記第4周期金属酸化物が、クロム酸化物、マンガン酸化物、コバルト酸化物、ニッケル酸化物および銅酸化物の一群から選ばれた少なくとも1つであることが好ましい。試料の加熱分解時に、これらの酸化物により、試料中に含まれる有機成分を充分に酸化することができる。
本発明の加熱燃焼管において、前記アルカリ金属の化合物および/またはアルカリ土類金属の化合物が、酸化物、水酸化酸化物および炭酸塩の一群から選ばれた少なくとも1つであることが好ましい。試料の加熱分解時に、これらの化合物により、試料中に含有されている硫黄やハロゲンを充分に取り除くことができる。
本発明の加熱燃焼管において、前記酸化部に充填される充填物に、無機バインダーが充填物の総重量に対して0.5~50w%(重量%)含まれることが好ましい。無機バインダーによって第4周期金属酸化物をペレット状、顆粒状、円筒状などの所望の充填形状にして充填できるので、試料の加熱分解時に試料中の有機成分と第4周期金属酸化物との接触面積を増加させて有機成分を充分に酸化することができる。
本発明の加熱燃焼管において、前記処理部に充填される充填物に、無機バインダーが充填物の総重量に対して0.5~50w%含まれることが好ましい。無機バインダーによってアルカリ金属の化合物および/またはアルカリ土類金属の化合物をペレット状、顆粒状、円筒状などの所望の充填形状にして充填できるので、試料の加熱分解時に試料中の硫黄やハロゲンとアルカリ金属の化合物および/またはアルカリ土類金属の化合物との接触面積を増加させて硫黄やハロゲンを取り除くことができる。
本発明の加熱燃焼管において、前記処理部に充填される充填物に、二酸化ケイ素および/または酸化アルミナを主成分とする化合物が充填物の総重量に対して1~70w%含まれることが好ましい。二酸化ケイ素および/または酸化アルミナを主成分とする化合物により、試料の加熱分解時に、生成される試料ガスとアルカリ金属の化合物および/またはアルカリ土類金属の化合物との接触面積を増加させて加熱燃焼管に流されるキャリアガスの流量を安定させることができる。
本発明の加熱燃焼管において、前記処理部に充填される充填物に、無機バインダーと、二酸化ケイ素および/または酸化アルミナを主成分とする化合物との混合物が充填物の総重量に対して1~70w%含まれることが好ましい。無機バインダーによってアルカリ金属の化合物および/またはアルカリ土類金属の化合物をペレット状、顆粒状、円筒状などの所望の充填形状にして充填できるので、試料の加熱分解時に試料中の硫黄やハロゲンとアルカリ金属の化合物および/またはアルカリ土類金属の化合物との接触面積を増加させて硫黄やハロゲンを取り除くことができ、さらに二酸化ケイ素および/または酸化アルミナを主成分とする化合物により、試料の加熱分解時に、試料ガスとアルカリ金属の化合物および/またはアルカリ土類金属の化合物との接触面積を増加させ、キャリアガスの流量を安定させることができる。
本発明の第2構成に係る加熱分解装置は、本発明の第1構成に係る加熱燃焼管と、前記加熱燃焼管の試料加熱分解部を加熱する試料加熱炉と、前記加熱燃焼管の酸化部を加熱する酸化部加熱炉と、前記加熱燃焼管の処理部を加熱する処理部加熱炉と、を備え、前記加熱燃焼管が前記試料加熱炉、前記試料加熱炉および前記処理部加熱炉内に装着され、前記加熱燃焼管に投入された試料を加熱分解して水銀ガスを生成する。
本発明の加熱分解装置によれば、第1構成の加熱燃焼管を備えているので、第1構成の加熱燃焼管と同様の作用、効果を奏することができる。
本発明の第3構成に係る水銀分析装置は、本発明の第2構成に係る加熱分解装置と、キャリアガスが流されるキャリアガス流路と、前記加熱分解装置によって生成された水銀ガスを捕集する水銀捕集ユニットと、前記水銀捕集ユニットを加熱して水銀ガスを生成する加熱気化炉と、試料中の水銀の含有量を定量する分析器とを備え、試料中の水銀を分析する。
本発明の水銀分析装置によれば、第2構成の加熱分解装置を備えているので、第2構成の加熱分解装置と同様の作用、効果を奏することができる。
本発明の第3構成に係る水銀分析装置において、前記分析器が原子吸光分析装置または原子蛍光分析装置であることが好ましい。この構成により、水銀分析装置は水銀を高感度で正確に精度よく分析することができる。

第4周期金属酸化物13は、クロムの酸化物、マンガンの酸化物、コバルトの酸化物、ニッケルの酸化物および銅酸化物の一群から選ばれた少なくとも1つである。これらの粉末の酸化物は顆粒、ペレット、円筒などの形状に形成されて酸化部11に充填される。アルカリ金属の化合物および/またはアルカリ土類金属の化合物14は、酸化物、水酸化酸化物および炭酸塩の一群から選ばれた少なくとも1つである。これらの粉末の化合物は顆粒、ペレット、円筒などの形状に形成されて処理部12に充填される。
第4周期金属酸化物13、ならびに、アルカリ金属の化合物および/またはアルカリ土類金属の化合物14は、無機バインダーと混合されて充填されるのが好ましい。酸化部11に充填される充填物に、無機バインダーを充填物の総重量に対して0.5~50w%、好ましくは0.5~20w%、より好ましくは0.5~10w%を含む。処理部12に充填される充填物に、無機バインダーを充填物の総重量に対して0.5~50w%、好ましくは0.5~20w%、より好ましくは0.5~10w%を含む。無機バインダーとしては、二酸化ケイ素および/またはチタン酸を主成分とする物質、具体的には水ガラス、アルコキンシラン、シラザン、ペルオキソチタン酸などが好ましい。
処理部12には、アルカリ金属の化合物および/またはアルカリ土類金属の化合物14が、二酸化ケイ素および/または酸化アルミナを主成分とする化合物と混合されて充填されるのが好ましい。処理部12に充填される充填物に、二酸化ケイ素および/または酸化アルミナを主成分とする化合物を充填物の総重量に対して1~70w%、好ましくは2~60w%、より好ましくは5~50w%含む。二酸化ケイ素および/または酸化アルミナを主成分とする化合物は、球状シリカ、ガラスビーズ、セラミックスビーズ、珪藻土、石英砂、海砂、酸化アルミナ顆粒などである。
二酸化ケイ素および/または酸化アルミナを主成分とする化合物がアルカリ金属の化合物および/またはアルカリ土類金属の化合物14と混合されて充填されることによって、試料Sが加熱分解されて生成された試料ガスSとアルカリ金属の化合物および/またはアルカリ土類金属の化合物14との接触面積を大きくし、加熱燃焼管20に流されるキャリアガスGの流量を安定させることができる。酸化部11に充填される充填物の重量と処理部12に充填される充填物の重量とは、特に限定されないが、ほぼ同じであることが好ましい。
処理部12に充填される充填物については、無機バインダーと、二酸化ケイ素および/または酸化アルミナを主成分とする化合物との混合物を充填物の総重量に対して1~70w%を含むようにしてもよい。この場合、混合する無機バインダーと、二酸化ケイ素および/または酸化アルミナを主成分とする化合物との混合割合は、特に限定されないが、無機バインダーの重量が二酸化ケイ素および/または酸化アルミナを主成分とする化合物の1/2重量以下であることが好ましい。
本発明の第1実施形態の変形例の加熱燃焼管30は図3に示すように、試料加熱分解部10と酸化部11との間に通気性のあるセパレータ18、酸化部11と処理部12との間に通気性のあるセパレータ19が設けられ、試料加熱分解部10と酸化部11とがセパレータ18によって分離されるとともに、酸化部11と処理部12とがセパレータ19によって分離されている。セパレータ18、19は石英ろ紙またはセラミックスろ紙で形成されている。セパレータ18、19により、各部での反応が充分に促進される。特に、酸化部11に充填された第4周期金属酸化物13と処理部12に充填されたアルカリ金属の化合物および/またはアルカリ土類金属の化合物14とがセパレータ19によって境界で混ざり合わず、それぞれの充填物が効率よく反応することができる。
以下、図1に示す本発明の第2実施形態である水銀分析装置について説明する。本水銀分析装置1は、試料Sを加熱分解して試料S中の水銀を気化させて水銀ガスとする加熱分解装置2と、加熱分解装置2によって生成された水銀ガスを捕集する水銀捕集ユニット4と、水銀捕集ユニット4を加熱して水銀ガスを生成する加熱気化炉5と、生成された水銀ガスを運ぶキャリアガスGを供給するキャリアガス供給手段9と、キャリアガスGが流れる流路であるキャリアガス流路6と、キャリアガスGの流量を制御するキャリアガス制御手段8と、試料S中の水銀の含有量を定量する分析器7とを有する。キャリアガスGはキャリアガス供給手段9から分析器7に向かって流される。
加熱分解装置2は、石炭、鉱石、活性炭、魚肉、海草などの試料Sを収容する、例えばセラミック製である試料容器25と、加熱燃焼管20の試料加熱分解部10を加熱して試料容器25に収容された試料Sを加熱分解する試料加熱炉26と、酸化部11を加熱する酸化部加熱炉27と、処理部12を加熱する処理部加熱炉28とを備え、試料Sを加熱分解して水銀ガスを生成する。試料加熱炉26は、試料加熱分解部10を、好ましくは500~1000℃に、より好ましくは600~900℃に加熱して試料Sを分解する。酸化部加熱炉27は、酸化部11を、好ましくは550~800℃に加熱して充填された酸化物の酸化反応を促進する。処理部加熱炉28は、処理部12を、好ましくは350~650℃に加熱して充填されたアルカリ金属の化合物および/またはアルカリ土類金属の化合物14の反応を促進する。
水銀捕集ユニット4が内蔵する充填剤としては、水銀と反応してアマルガムを生成する金や銀の粒状体やウール状細線、表面に金や銀をコーティングした多孔質担体などが用いられる。加熱気化炉5は、加熱分解装置2によって生成された水銀を捕集する水銀捕集ユニット4を加熱炉内に収容しており、水銀捕集ユニット4を加熱して捕集された水銀を気化させる。例えばマスフローメータであるキャリアガス制御手段8は、キャリアガス供給手段9から供給されたキャリアガスGの流量を制御する。キャリアガス供給手段9は、例えば減圧弁が取り付けられたガスボンベである。キャリアガスGは、空気、酸素ガス、窒素ガスが主に使用され、アルゴンガス、ネオンガス、ヘリウムガスなども使用される。特に、有機物を多く含む試料Sの加熱分解時には、酸素ガスが用いられる。
分析器7は、例えば、図4に示すように原子吸光分析装置70であり、加熱気化炉5で加熱気化された水銀が導入される測定セル72に水銀の分析線を放射する水銀ランプ71と、測定セル72を透過した水銀の分析線強度を検出する検出器73と、その検出強度に基づいて試料S中の水銀の含有量を算出する検出処理部74とを備えている。
沃素の含有率0.5w%の栄養補助食品の粉末50mgに塩化水銀標準溶液を50ng添加した試料Sを測定する水銀分析装置1の動作と、添加した水銀量の回収率の実験を行った結果について以下に説明する。この実験では、それぞれ異なる構成の充填物が処理部12に充填された3種類のA、B、C加熱燃焼管30を用いて水銀量の回収率の比較を行った。上記の同じ試料Sについてそれぞれの加熱燃焼管30で測定を5回行って水銀量の回収率を求めた。
A、B、C加熱燃焼管30のそれぞれの酸化部11には、充填物の総重量の98w%量の酸化マンガン(第4周期金属酸化物13)と充填物の総重量の2w%量のシラザン系無機バインダーとが混合され、ペレット形状に成型されて充填されている。
A加熱燃焼管30の処理部12には、炭酸ナトリウム(アルカリ金属の化合物および/またはアルカリ土類金属の化合物14)が充填されている。B加熱燃焼管30の処理部12には、充填物の総重量の50w%量の炭酸ナトリウムと、充填物の総重量の50w%量の海砂(二酸化ケイ素および/または酸化アルミナを主成分とする化合物)とが混合されて充填されている。C加熱燃焼管30の処理部12には、充填物の総重量の95w%量の炭酸ナトリウム14と、充填物の総重量の5w%量のシラザン系無機バインダーとが混合され、顆粒状にされて充填されている。
まず、A加熱燃焼管30を用いて測定した実験について説明する。試料Sをボート形状の試料容器25に入れ、A加熱燃焼管30に挿入し、酸素ボンベであるキャリアガス供給手段9から加熱燃焼管30に酸素ガスGを供給し、キャリアガス制御手段8により所定の流量(例えば0.2L(リットル)/min)を流しながら、試料加熱炉26で試料Sを室温から徐々に上昇させて、500~1000℃で、好ましくは600~900℃で加熱し、試料Sを加熱分解することによって、水銀ガスが生成される。試料加熱炉26で加熱された試料Sは酸素ガスGによって燃焼が促進され、水銀を含む試料ガスSは、酸素ガスGによって運ばれ、酸化部加熱炉27で700℃に加熱された酸化部11、処理部加熱炉28で500℃に加熱された処理部12、ウール充填部21を通り、加熱気化炉5の加熱炉内に収容され、150~250℃に加熱された水銀捕集ユニット4に入り、水銀が捕集される。水銀捕集時には、水銀ガス以外の他のガスが捕集されないように、水銀捕集ユニット4の加熱温度は150~250℃が好ましい。
試料Sは試料加熱炉26で加熱分解されるが、試料加熱炉26で発生した試料ガスS中には充分に加熱分解されていない有機成分が含まれている場合がある。そのような、試料ガスS中に残存する有機成分は酸化部11に運ばれると、700℃に加熱された酸化マンガン13に酸化されて二酸化炭素と水に分解される。試料加熱分解部10で残存した有機成分が、酸化部11で充分に加熱分解されると、処理部12の充填物、水銀捕集ユニット4の水銀捕集剤、キャリアガス流路6の内壁などに付着することがないので、水銀の捕集効率を低下させることがなく、高感度かつ高精度の分析ができる。
試料S中のハロゲンは、試料Sが加熱分解される過程でハロゲン化水素になって試料ガスS中に存在すると考えられ、キャリアガスGによって処理部12に運ばれたハロゲン化水素は、加熱された炭酸ナトリウム14に中和されてナトリウム塩になると考えられる。このように、試料中に存在するハロゲンは、500℃に加熱された炭酸ナトリウム14によって試料ガスSから除去される。ハロゲン以外に硫黄が試料S中に含有されていても、同様に処理部加熱炉28で取り除くことができる。これによって、ハロゲンや硫黄がキャリアガス流路6の内壁や水銀捕集ユニット4の水銀捕集剤に付着することがないので、水銀の捕集効率を低下させることがなく、高感度かつ高精度の分析ができる。
水銀捕集ユニット4で水銀が捕集された後、加熱気化炉5内の水銀捕集ユニット4が600~800℃に加熱され、気化生成された水銀が、キャリアガス制御手段8で例えば0.5L/minの流量に調節されたキャリアガスGによって、原子吸光分析装置70の測定セル72に導入されて測定される。水銀ガスが導入された測定セル72に水銀ランプ71から水銀の分析線が放射され、検出器73によって測定セル72を透過した水銀の分析線強度が検出され、その検出強度に基づいて検出処理部74で試料S中の水銀の含有量が算出されて、試料S中の水銀が定量される。
B加熱燃焼管30またはC加熱燃焼管30を用いた測定は、ともにA加熱燃焼管30を用いた測定と同様の動作によって測定することができるので、動作の説明は省略する。
3種類のA、B、C加熱燃焼管30を用いた測定結果を表1に示す。同じ試料Sを5回測定した水銀の回収率は、A加熱燃焼管30では95~102%、B加熱燃焼管30では102~104%、C加熱燃焼管30では99~103%の範囲であった。いずれも良好な回収率であり、高精度の分析ができる。
表1に示されているように、本発明の第2実施形態の水銀分析装置1で測定したのと同じ試料Sについて、従来の旧加熱燃焼管で5回測定した水銀の回収率は、0~90%の範囲であり、大きくばらついている。従来の水銀分析装置の旧加熱燃焼管には処理部がなく、酸化部に酸化銅が充填されている。試料Sに多くのハロゲンが含有されていると、従来の水銀分析装置では高精度の分析を行うことができないが、本発明の第2実施形態の水銀分析装置1では、マスキング剤、添加剤および洗気液を使用せずに、共存物の干渉を抑制して水銀を高感度で正確に精度よく分析することができる。
以下、本発明の第3実施形態である水銀分析装置100について説明する。図5に示すように、この水銀分析装置100は、前記第2実施形態の水銀分析装置1において、分析器7が原子吸光分析装置70(図4)から原子蛍光分析装置80(図6)に置き換えられ、キャリアガス供給手段9が、酸素ボンベ91、アルゴンガスボンベ92、および、酸素ガスとアルゴンガスとを切り替えるキャリアガス切替手段93を備えた装置であり、その他の構成は水銀分析装置1と同じである。原子蛍光分析装置80は、図6に示されるように、加熱気化炉5で加熱気化された水銀が導入される測定セル82に水銀の分析線を放射する水銀ランプ81と、水銀ランプ81から放射される分析線が入射しない位置であり、かつ測定セル82に導入された試料ガスS中に存在する水銀から発生する水銀の蛍光を検出できる位置に配置された検出器83と、検出器83が検出した水銀の蛍光強度に応じて試料ガスS中の水銀の含有量を定量する検出処理部84とを備えている。
第3実施形態の水銀分析装置100の動作において、試料Sが試料加熱炉26で加熱分解され、加熱燃焼管20の酸化部11、処理部12を通って試料S中の水銀が水銀捕集ユニット4に捕集される段階までは、キャリアガスGとして酸素ガスが流される以外は第2実施形態の動作と同様であるので、説明を省略する。水銀捕集ユニット4で水銀が捕集された後、キャリアガス切替手段93によってキャリアガスGは酸素ガスGからアルゴンガスGに切替えられ、キャリアガス流路6にアルゴンガスGが流される。加熱気化炉5の加熱炉内の水銀捕集ユニット4が600~800℃に加熱され、気化生成された水銀が、例えば0.5L/minの流量に調節されたアルゴンガスGによって原子蛍光分析装置80の測定セル82に導入されて測定される。水銀ガスが導入された測定セル82に水銀ランプ81から水銀の分析線が放射され、検出器83によって検出された水銀の蛍光強度に応じて、検出処理部84で試料ガスS中の水銀の含有量が定量される。
本発明の第3実施形態の水銀分析装置100によれば第2実施形態の装置と同様の作用・効果を奏することができる。
なお、上記の第2および第3実施形態では、波長非分散型の原子吸光または原子蛍光分析装置を図示しているが、本発明においては波長分散型の原子吸光または原子蛍光分析装置であってもよい。
以上のとおり、図面を参照しながら好適な実施例を説明したが、当業者であれば、本件明細書を見て、自明な範囲内で種々の変更および修正を容易に想定するであろう。したがって、そのような変更および修正は、請求の範囲から定まる発明の範囲内のものと解釈される。

Claims (11)
- 加熱されて水銀分析に用いられる筒状の加熱燃焼管であって、
試料が加熱されて分解される試料加熱分解部と、
周期表における第4周期の金属元素の酸化物である第4周期金属酸化物が充填された酸化部と、
アルカリ金属の化合物および/またはアルカリ土類金属の化合物が充填された処理部と、
を有する加熱燃焼管。 - 請求項1に記載の加熱燃焼管において、
前記試料加熱分解部、前記酸化部および前記処理部が順に直線状に配置され、
前記試料加熱分解部と前記酸化部との間および前記酸化部と前記処理部との間に設けられた通気性のあるセパレータにより、前記試料加熱分解部と前記酸化部とが分離されるとともに、前記酸化部と前記処理部とが分離されている加熱燃焼管。 - 請求項1に記載の加熱燃焼管において、
前記第4周期金属酸化物が、クロム酸化物、マンガン酸化物、コバルト酸化物、ニッケル酸化物および銅酸化物の一群から選ばれた少なくとも1つである加熱燃焼管。 - 請求項1に記載の加熱燃焼管において、
前記アルカリ金属の化合物および/またはアルカリ土類金属の化合物が、酸化物、水酸化酸化物および炭酸塩の一群から選ばれた少なくとも1つである加熱燃焼管。 - 請求項1に記載の加熱燃焼管において、
前記酸化部に充填される充填物に、無機バインダーが充填物の総重量に対して0.5~50w%含まれる加熱燃焼管。 - 請求項1に記載の加熱燃焼管において、
前記処理部に充填される充填物に、無機バインダーが充填物の総重量に対して0.5~50w%含まれる加熱燃焼管。 - 請求項1に記載の加熱燃焼管において、
前記処理部に充填される充填物に、二酸化ケイ素および/または酸化アルミナを主成分とする化合物が充填物の総重量に対して1~70w%含まれる加熱燃焼管。 - 請求項1に記載の加熱燃焼管において、
前記処理部に充填される充填物に、無機バインダーと、二酸化ケイ素および/または酸化アルミナを主成分とする化合物との混合物が充填物の総重量に対して1~70w%含まれる加熱燃焼管。 - 請求項1に記載の加熱燃焼管と、
前記加熱燃焼管の試料加熱分解部を加熱する試料加熱炉と、
前記加熱燃焼管の酸化部を加熱する酸化部加熱炉と、
前記加熱燃焼管の処理部を加熱する処理部加熱炉と、
を備え、
前記加熱燃焼管が前記試料加熱炉、前記試料加熱炉および前記処理部加熱炉内に装着され、前記加熱燃焼管に投入された試料を加熱分解して水銀ガスを生成する加熱分解装置。 - 請求項9に記載の加熱分解装置と、
キャリアガスが流されるキャリアガス流路と、
前記加熱分解装置によって生成された水銀ガスを捕集する水銀捕集ユニットと、
前記水銀捕集ユニットを加熱して水銀ガスを生成する加熱気化炉と、
試料中の水銀の含有量を定量する分析器と、
を備え、
試料中の水銀を分析する水銀分析装置。 - 請求項10に記載の水銀分析装置において、
前記分析器が原子吸光分析装置または原子蛍光分析装置である水銀分析装置。
