Description
Process to produce cultured pearl product through transplantation by using natural pearl nucleus waste
Field of Invention Engineering
This invention is generally relating to a process to produce cultured pearl product through transplantation by using natural pearl waste, more specifically the process to produce cultured pearl product through transplantation by using natural pearl waste with injection of softened epithelium cell to become a small cut which is injected with 0.90% sodium chloride solution into gonadal cavity to touch the surface of natural pearl nucleus as its transplant.
Background of Invention
As we know that Indonesia has good coastal waters and marine areas to cultivate pearl oyster, and the product obtained from natural oyster that has been explored for years, in which products of such manners, so many natural oyster are obtained and most of natural pearls become waste since their form are not compliant with standards, thus they are unsold.
Based on such matters, inventor tries to utilize waste of unsold natural pearl grains and that become waste. Based on the problem mentioned above the inventor tries to make a waste of natural pearl grain as transplant. As conducted previously, during transplantation on pearl culture, namely by using nucleus in the form of rounded grain with certain shape so that by using frame with open oyster shell by making an epithelium sell through slicing leg' s part of such frame, so that it reaches gonadal part, a layer of oyster reproduction area. Such matter has been revealed previously in currently existing pearl culture.
Nucleus user in pearl oyster culture made of pearl grain which is created in Arizona, nearby Mississippi River so that such grains are used as nuclei in pearl transplantation.
Transplantation function as we know that by implanting grains or nuclei existing inside pearl body within long period of time, then such nuclei are coated by resin produced by pearl body and the longer the time the more harden and coat the whole nuclei so that it is obtained cultured pearl within relatively short period from 1 .5 years to 2 years to obtain pearl product by harvesting such pearls.
And insufficiency and weakness of pearl product using nucleus made of grain of oyster shell powder taken and shaped to obtain such grain is pearls product obtained after harvest is poor and not as good as genuine natural pearl, in which pearl sparkle is different from cultured pearl.
Based on such matter, then inventor tries to obtain pearl culture with products and quality of pearl approaching natural original pearl by making transplantation from the product of natural pearl waste that has been explored for years by some of people, in which the shape of original pearl with varying sizes which are still has not obtained yet intended pearl shape, in which in Indonesia has original pearl reserves without standard size as pearls in demand for sale and still in unfinished form, so that pearl price is low or completely not interested in by pearl lovers.
By utilizing this original pearl waste as pearl nucleus by using process to make pearl culture product from original pearls waste material among others by considering the following factors:
The first factor, inventor considers that I Indonesia has supporting natural geography to obtain pearl that has been explores within long period of time, in which in searching natural pearl there were so many damaged pearl oyster, that eventually it become scarce year by year, then in such search there is always any pearl waste left that so far will stack to become natural pearl waste material, in which it has non standard shape with smaller size of pearl feasible to become pearl ornamental material, those all become waste since such materials are unsold to trade.
The second factor, inventor tries to make process to produce pearl culture by nucleus transplant made of natural pearl waste so that it boosts benefit of unmarketable natural pearl waste to marketable pearl object through pearl culture with special process such as treating pearl oyster to obtain pearl grain waste to become pearl close to original pearl.
The third factor, inventor provides a process to produce pearl culture through transplantation with natural pearl waste nucleus by providing special equipments and treatment with different process from pearl culture as existing previously.
The fourth factor, inventor provides a process to make pearl culture product through nucleus transplantation by using natural pearl waste since pearl waste that has been stacked for years in Indonesia as a result of exploration of unusable waste into valuable and value added pearl product, a process of making pearl culture from the nucleus transplant of pearl waste.
The fifth factor is to make a pearl getting close to natural pearl by adding values from valueless pearl waste to high valuable pearl.
The sixth factor is to make use of pearl waste owned by Indonesia in order to be re-utilized into feasibly-sold pearl by culturing pearl that uses nucleus transplanted into oyster pearl to be made cultured pearl.
The seventh factor is to use existing pearl waste by applying process to implement nucleus in use as a grain implanted into cultured oyster pearl that eventually produces pearl from natural pearl waste to be made high-quality pearl or equivalent to natural pearl quality. Based on above existing factor, then inventor tries to make a process to produce pearl by using natural pearl waste as a nucleus in order to make good and high-quality natural pearl culture by considering the following aspects:
