Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Solarmoduls mit den Schritten: a) auf einem Substrat (1) wird eine erste elektrische Kontaktschicht (2) angeordnet, b) auf der ersten elektrischen Kontaktschicht (2) werden aktive Halbleiter-Schichten (3) angeordnet, c) auf den aktiven Halbleiter-Schichten (3) wird eine zweite elektrische Kontaktschicht (4) angeordnet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen Schritt b) und Schritt c) ein nasschemischer Ätzschritt durchgeführt wird.
