Description

一种号码关联通信方法、设备及网络 技术领域
本发明属于通信领域,尤其涉及一种号码关联通信方法、设备及网络。
背景技术
传统的PSTN固定电话是一种重要的通讯手段,具有很好的可信、可管理、可运营等优点,同时,由于其电话号码是唯一且不可复制的,因此在通信过程中被呼叫方的身份具有很高的可确认度。
但固定电话受终端类型的限制,一旦被呼叫方离开固定电话终端所在地,或者被呼叫方因条件限制无法使用固定电话,则呼叫方无法及时通过可信的通讯手段联系到被呼叫方,给沟通和信息传递带来不便。另外,由于固定电话不具备便携性,同一被呼叫方可能同时拥有多个电话号码,也为呼叫方的存储记忆带来不便。
技术问题
本发明实施例的目的在于提供一种号码关联通信方法,旨在解决现有技术中受终端类型限制,被呼叫方无法随时随地进行呼叫接听的的问题。本发明实施例的另一目的在于提供一种号码关联通信运营平台。本发明实施例的另一目的在于提供一种包含多个ISSN固定电话终端和ISSN互联网终端,以及至少一个上述号码关联通信运营平台的号码关联通信网络。
技术解决方案
本发明实施例是这样实现的,一种号码关联通信方法,所述方法包括下述步骤:
通过互联网信令交换网络ISSN标识将ISSN固定电话终端和至少一个ISSN互联网终端建立关联;
当针对所述ISSN固定电话终端的呼叫产生时,同时在所述ISSN固定电话终端与所述ISSN互联网终端上发起呼叫。
本发明实施例提供的一种号码关联通信运营平台包括:
关联建立请求处理单元,用于通过ISSN标识将ISSN固定电话终端和至少一个ISSN互联网终端建立关联;
呼叫处理单元,用于当针对所述ISSN固定电话终端的呼叫产生时,同时在所述ISSN固定电话终端与所述ISSN互联网终端上发起呼叫。
本发明实施例提供了一种包含多个ISSN固定电话终端和ISSN互联网终端,以及至少一个上述号码关联通信运营平台的号码关联通信网络。
有益效果
本发明实施例中基于ISSN,将其中任意类型以及任意数量的ISSN互联网终端与ISSN固定电话终端即时地进行关联通信,呼叫方只需要拨打一个PSTN号码即可在具备关联关系的任意ISSN互联网终端上同时发起呼叫,方便、快捷地与被呼叫方建立起可信的通话连接。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
本发明实施例中,基于ISSN网络,用户可以将其中的ISSN固定电话终端与任意类型及数量的ISSN互联网终端即时地进行关联通信,呼叫方只需要拨打ISSN固定电话终端的PSTN号码,即可在具备关联关系的ISSN互联网终端上同时发起呼叫,方便、快捷地与被呼叫方建立起可信的通话连接。
图1示出了本发明实施例提供的号码关联通信网络的结构,为了便于描述,仅示出了与本实施例相关的部分。
本发明实施例通过互联网信令交换网络(Internet Signaling Switch Network,ISSN)实现,ISSN通过在互联网上叠加一可信的信令网,将电信运营商的用户信息、号码资源、使用习惯、管理体系、业务体系等电信运营模式无缝地融合到互联网上,在互联网上为通信双方随机建立一与现有互联网上传输的所有内容逻辑隔离的可信的信令通道,然后通过该可信的信令通道来传输通信系统的信令,可以确保信令的可信以及相应的通信行为可信。其应用于具体实现时,通过在ISSN终端和ISSN运营端分别增加相应的信令平台,即ISSN终端信令平台和ISSN运营信令平台,同时通过ISSN终端信令平台接入PSTN网、互联网等通信网络,再由ISSN终端信令平台接入互联网,与ISSN运营端进行通信。
参照图1,ISSN在物理层面上由运营部分和终端部分组成,包括至少一个ISSN运营信令平台以及多个ISSN终端信令平台,如图1所示的ISSN运营信令平台C和ISSN终端1、2中的ISSN终端信令平台A、B,其中,ISSN运营信令平台与ISSN终端信令平台之间,以及各ISSN终端信令平台之间均通过信令通道进行信令传输。
在本发明实施例中,ISSN终端可以为适用于ISSN的固定电话、移动电话、电脑、电视,也可以为其他任何具备通信功能的终端,其中,每个ISSN终端均具有一个能够连接到互联网的IP端口及一个ISSN标识,ISSN标识作为每个ISSN终端唯一的ID号,用来区别于其他ISSN终端,当其应用于三网融合时,可以作为每个ISSN终端的三网融合号码。本发明实施例对ISSN终端的具体形式不限。
图2示出了本发明实施例提供的号码关联通信方法的实现原理,为了便于说明,仅示出了与本发明实施例相关的部分。
参照图2,ISSN互联网终端为需要与ISSN固定电话终端相关联的关联终端,其具备能够连接到互联网的IP端口,而ISSN固定电话终端为被关联终端,其除了具备能够连接到互联网的IP端口,还具备一个PSTN端口,能够通过PSTN端口接听拨打至该ISSN固定电话终端上的呼叫。
在本发明实施例中,要实现被呼叫方在ISSN互联网终端接听拨打至ISSN固定电话终端的呼叫,首先在运营平台上将ISSN互联网终端和ISSN固定电话终端的ISSN标识进行关联,使两个ISSN终端之间具备关联对应关系。
ISSN互联网终端和ISSN固定电话终端通过ISSN标识建立关联后,在ISSN固定电话终端的IP端口会生成一个伪PSTN号码,而作为与ISSN固定电话终端具备关联关系的ISSN互联网终端,其对应的IP端口也因此生成一个相同的伪PSTN号码,因此,当呼叫方利用ISSN固定电话终端的PSTN号码向其发起呼叫时,通过IP端口,具有相同伪PSTN号码的ISSN互联网终端也能够同时一并接受呼入。
在本发明实施例中,为了方便用户在不同的环境或者条件下能够随时、方便地接听拨打到ISSN固定电话终端上的呼叫,作为本发明的一个实施例,与ISSN固定电话终端建立关联的ISSN互联网终端可以有多个。例如,用户相继对ISSN中具备IP端口的电脑终端和电视终端进行操作,向运营平台请求将以上两个ISSN互联网终端关联至ISSN固定电话终端,请求通过后,运营平台通过关联以上三个ISSN终端的ISSN标识,在ISSN电脑终端和ISSN电视终端的IP端口均生成与ISSN固定电话终端的IP端口相同的伪PSTN号码,则当呼叫方拨打ISSN固定电话终端的PSTN号码时,ISSN电脑终端、ISSN电视终端以及ISSN固定电话终端三者将同时产生呼入提示。
图3示出了本发明实施例提供的号码关联通信方法的建立关联实现流程,详述如下:
1.被呼叫方希望在除ISSN固定电话终端以外的其他场合接听拨打至ISSN固定电话终端上的呼叫,其首先根据自身情况及所处环境选择合适的ISSN互联网终端,通过ISSN互联网终端向运营平台发送关联请求,请求将ISSN互联网终端关联到ISSN固定电话终端。
2.运营平台向ISSN固定电话终端发送关联请求,询问其是否同意与ISSN互联网终端进行关联。
3ISSN固定电话终端向运营平台返回同意关联的消息。
4.运营平台将ISSN互联网终端的ISSN标识与ISSN固定电话终端的ISSN标识进行关联。
5.运营平台在ISSN互联网终端及ISSN固定电话终端的IP端口生成相同的伪PSTN号码。
由此,ISSN互联网终端与ISSN固定电话终端的关联建立,作为本发明的又一个实施例,被呼叫方也可以在ISSN固定电话终端上向运营平台发出将ISSN互联网终端关联到ISSN固定电话终端的请求。
在本发明实施例中,当对ISSN固定电话终端发起呼叫时,通过IP端口,具有与ISSN固定电话终端IP端口的伪PSTN号码相同的ISSN互联网终端也同时产生呼叫,这样用户就可以在ISSN互联网终端上接听拨打到ISSN固定电话终端上的电话了。
图4为本发明实施例提供的号码关联通信方法的呼叫流程,详述如下:
1.呼叫方拨打ISSN固定电话终端的PSTN号码,对ISSN固定电话终端发起呼叫。
2.ISSN固定电话终端产生呼叫,与此同时,与ISSN固定电话终端进行关联从而具有与其相同伪PSTN号码的ISSN互联网终端也产生呼叫。
3.被呼叫方根据自身情况及所处环境选择合适的ISSN互联网终端,进行接听。
4.当被呼叫方在ISSN互联网终端上的接听行为发生后,ISSN固定电话终端上的呼叫随即停止。
在本发明实施例中,当关联终端有多个时,如果其中一个与被叫ISSN固定电话终端具有关联关系的ISSN互联网终端接听通话后,对其他ISSN终端的呼叫随即停止。
在本发明实施例中,当通过关联的ISSN互联网终端进行呼出时,由于ISSN互联网终端的IP端口具有与具备关联关系的ISSN固定电话终端的IP端口相同的伪PSTN号码,因此在被呼叫方接收来自ISSN互联网终端的呼叫时,在被呼叫方显示的是上述ISSN固定电话终端的PSTN号码。
作为本发明的一个实施例,当用户需要解除某个ISSN互联网终端与被关联ISSN固定电话终端的关联关系时,可以在ISSN固定电话终端上向运营平台发起解除关联的请求,具体实现如图5所示,详述如下:
1.被呼叫方希望对具备关联关系的两个ISSN终端解除关联,首先选择在ISSN固定电话终端上进行操作,向运营平台发送与ISSN互联网终端解除关联的请求。
2.运营平台解除两个ISSN终端ISSN标识的关联对应关系。
3.运营平台撤销ISSN互联网终端与ISSN固定电话终端IP端口生成的伪PSTN号码。此时当呼叫方呼叫ISSN固定电话终端时,已与之解除关联的ISSN互联网终端不再产生呼叫行为。
作为本发明的又一个实施例,用户也可以选择在ISSN互联网终端上向运营平台发出与ISSN固定电话终端解除关联的请求。
作为本发明的一个实施例,当一ISSN终端发起与另一ISSN终端解除关联的请求时,可以不需要得到另一ISSN终端的同意,单方面通过运营平台解除关联。
在本发明实施例中,当ISSN固定电话终端的PSTN号码发生变更时,由于与之关联的ISSN互联网终端的ISSN标识仍旧与ISSN固定电话终端的ISSN标识具备对应的关系,因此ISSN互联网终端IP端口的伪PSTN号码也与ISSN固定电话终端IP端口的伪PSTN号码相同,因此不需要专门在ISSN互联网终端上对伪PSTN号码进行修改,此时呼叫方对被关联ISSN固定电话终端发起呼叫,与之关联的ISSN互联网终端仍旧会产生呼入提示。
图6示出了本发明实施例提供的号码关联通信运营平台的结构原理图,为了便于描述,仅示出了与本发明实施例相关的部分。
关联建立请求接收单元61,接收来自ISSN终端的关联请求或者被关联请求。
关联建立请求处理单元62,通过ISSN标识将被关联ISSN固定电话终端和至少一个关联ISSN互联网终端建立关联。
伪PSTN号码生成单元63,在具备关联关系的ISSN终端IP端口生成相同的伪PSTN号码。
关联解除请求接收单元64,用于接收来自ISSN终端的解除关联通信请求。
关联解除请求处理单元65,用于通过ISSN标识将所述被关联ISSN固定电话终端和所述关联ISSN互联网终端解除关联。
伪PSTN号码撤销单元66,当ISSN终端的关联关系解除时,撤销相关ISSN终端IP端口的伪PSTN号码。
呼叫处理单元67,用于当针对所述被关联ISSN固定电话终端的呼叫产生时,同时在所述被关联ISSN固定电话终端与所述关联ISSN互联网终端上发起呼叫。在本发明实施例中,当任一具备关联关系的ISSN终端接听行为发生时,在其他关联ISSN终端上的呼叫停止。
本发明实施例中,用户可以通过对ISSN系统内任意ISSN终端的操作,向运营平台请求与指定ISSN固定电话终端进行关联,实现多个ISSN互联网终端与ISSN固定电话终端的号码关联通信。进行号码关联通信后,从呼叫方层面上说,其只需要存储一个号码,即可随时与被呼叫方实现可信通信,而不受被呼叫方所在地的限制;从被呼叫方层面上说,接听行为可以发生在任意ISSN互联网终端,避免了其因为自身原因或者所处环境无法接听呼入ISSN固定电话终端的通话请求的情况。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种号码关联通信方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括下述步骤:
    通过互联网信令交换网络ISSN标识将ISSN固定电话终端和至少一个ISSN互联网终端建立关联;
    当针对所述ISSN固定电话终端的呼叫产生时,同时在所述ISSN固定电话终端与所述ISSN互联网终端上发起呼叫。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述通过ISSN标识将ISSN固定电话终端和至少一个ISSN互联网终端建立关联的步骤具体为:
    将所述ISSN固定电话终端和所述至少一个ISSN互联网终端的ISSN标识进行关联;
    在所述ISSN互联网终端与所述ISSN固定电话终端的IP端口生成相同的伪PSTN号码。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述将所述ISSN固定电话终端和所述至少一个ISSN互联网终端的ISSN标识进行关联的步骤之前,还包括下述步骤:
    接收ISSN终端发送的建立关联请求;
    询问被请求ISSN终端是否同意关联;
    接收被请求ISSN终端返回的同意关联的消息。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法进一步包括下述步骤:
    通过ISSN标识将所述ISSN固定电话终端和所述ISSN互联网终端解除关联。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述通过ISSN标识将所述ISSN固定电话终端和所述ISSN互联网终端解除关联的步骤具体为:
    接收ISSN终端发送的解除关联请求;
    将所述ISSN固定电话终端与所述ISSN互联网终端的ISSN标识解除关联;
    撤销所述ISSN固定电话终端与所述ISSN互联网终端IP端口的伪PSTN号码。
  6. 一种号码关联通信运营平台,其特征在于,包括:
    关联建立请求处理单元,用于通过ISSN标识将ISSN固定电话终端和至少一个ISSN互联网终端建立关联;
    呼叫处理单元,用于当针对所述ISSN固定电话终端的呼叫产生时,同时在所述ISSN固定电话终端与所述ISSN互联网终端上发起呼叫。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的号码关联通信运营平台,其特征在于,还包括:
    关联建立请求接收单元,用于接收来自ISSN终端的建立关联请求;
    伪PSTN号码生成单元,用于在具备关联关系的ISSN终端IP端口生成相同的伪PSTN号码。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的号码关联通信运营平台,其特征在于,还包括:
    关联解除请求接收单元,用于接收来自ISSN终端的解除关联请求;
    关联解除请求处理单元,用于通过ISSN标识将所述ISSN固定电话终端和所述ISSN互联网终端解除关联;
    伪PSTN号码撤销单元,用于当ISSN终端的关联关系解除时,撤销相关ISSN终端IP端口的伪PSTN号码。
  9. 一种号码关联通信网络,其特征在于,包括多个ISSN固定电话终端和ISSN互联网终端,还包括至少一个如权利要求6至8任一项所述的号码关联通信运营平台。
