Abstract

본 발명은 손목 관절의 근력을 집중적으로 단련 및 강화시킬 수 있도록 하는 손목 운동 장치에 관한 것으로, 양단부에 스프링을 고정할 수 있는 상부스프링홀더가 형성된 결합핀이 고정되는 수평부; 및 상기 결합핀에 회전가능하도록 고정되는 손잡이부를 포함하고, 상기 손잡이부는, 상기 결합핀의 일단부가 삽입되는 핀관통홀이 형성되고, 하단부 내측으로 암스플라인이 형성되는 케이싱; 상기 케이싱의 내부에 삽입되고 상단에 형성되는 상측스프링절곡부가 상기 상부스프링홀더에 결합되는 스프링; 상기 스프링의 하부스프링홀더에 결합되는 하부스프링홀더와, 상기 하부스프링홀더의 하측으로 상기 암스플라인에 대응되도록 형성되는 수스플라인과, 하단부 중앙에 형성되서 상기 케이싱의 하단부를 통해 노출되는 렌치홈을 가지는 강도조절부를 포함하며, 상기 손잡이부는 상기 케이싱과 상기 수평부 사이에 형성되는 회전제한기구에 의해 회전각이 제한되는 것을 특징으로 하는 손목 운동 장치이다.
