( 2 )可行性强, 本实施例在不改变现有手机电视和流媒体协议标准的前提下, 通 过终端侧的软件方法实现节目内容的回看功能, 可行性较强。 以下的实施例结合附图 5和附图 6进行了说明。 图 5是根据本发明实施例优选的实现电视直播节目回看功能的结构示意图, 相比 图 1所示的现有的手机电视和流媒体直播结构模型, 增加了第二缓冲单元 507。 接收 单元 502 (即接收模块 40 ) 负责接收流媒体服务器 501和电视直播 506的节目内容数 据, 然后将接收到的音视频数据发送给第一缓冲单元 503和 /或第二缓冲单元 507。 视 频解码单元 504从缓冲单元取数据, 并对数据解码后送视频输出单元 505进行播放输 出。 解码单元 504和输出单元 505实现了上述播放模块 42的功能。 第二缓冲单元 507设置为在中断后继续接收节目内容数据,并在用户选择回看时, 启用第二缓冲单元进行解码播放。 优选地, 第二缓冲单元可以使用终端内存或外部存 储器实现。 图 6是根据本发明实施例的实现电视直播节目回看功能的流程图, 如图 6所示, 该流程包括如下步骤: 步骤 S601 , 终端接收处理手机电视或流媒体直播节目内容, 并通过第一缓冲单元 进行数据缓冲。 步骤 S602, 在发生中断事件后, 终端暂停音视频解码输出。 可选的, 用户也可以 主动通过暂停按钮暂停音频视频解码输出。 步骤 S603, 在中断事件处理中, 终端继续接收数据, 并将节目内容存放第二缓冲 单元。 步骤 S604, 在中断事件处理结束返回播放器后, 提示用户是否回看。 步骤 S605 , 如是用户选择回看, 视频解码单元从第二缓冲单元取数据进行解码处 理, 并通过视频输出单元进行输出播放。 步骤 S606, 如果用户不选择回看, 则视频解码单元继续从第一缓冲单元取数据, 并通过视频输出单元进行输出播放, 并释放第二缓冲单元。 在上述实施例中, 优选地, 也可以根据预先设置, 在中断后自动进行回看。 通过上述实施例, 解决了现有技术中用户在观看直播节目时遭遇中断后将错过一 段节目内容的问题, 实现了直播节目的回看。 显然, 本领域的技术人员应该明白, 上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤可以用通用 的计算装置来实现, 它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上, 或者分布在多个计算装置所 组成的网络上, 可选地, 它们可以用计算装置可执行的程序代码来实现, 从而可以将 它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行,或者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块, 或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。 这样, 本发明不限 制于任何特定的硬件和软件结合。 以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本领域的技 术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精神和原则之内, 所作的 任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种直播节目的回看方法, 包括:
终端通过第一缓冲单元接收直播节目;
所述终端暂停所述直播节目的播放;
所述终端继续接收所述直播节目, 并将接收到的所述直播节目的数据存放 于第二缓冲单元;
所述终端从第二缓冲单元获取所述数据重新开始所述直播节目的播放。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中,
在所述终端重新开始所述直播节目的播放之前, 提示是否选择回看所述直 播节目;
在选择回看所述直播节目时, 从第二缓冲单元获取所述数据进行播放; 在选择不回看所述直播节目时, 从第一缓冲单元获取所述直播节目的数据 进行播放。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其中, 在选择不回看所述直播节目时, 从所述第 一缓冲单元获取所述直播节目的数据进行播放之后, 所述方法还包括:
释放第二缓冲单元。
4. 根据权利要求 1至 3中任一项所述的方法, 其中,
所述终端确定是否预先配置了自动回看, 在是的情况下, 所述终端从第二 缓冲单元获取所述数据重新开始所述直播节目的播放; 在否的情况下, 从第一 缓冲单元获取所述直播节目的数据进行播放。
5. 根据权利要求 1至 3中任一项所述的方法, 其中, 所述第二缓冲单元使用所述 终端的内存和 /或外部存储器。
6. 一种直播节目的回看装置, 其中, 包括:
接收模块, 设置为通过第一缓冲单元接收直播节目, 并在播放模块暂停所 述直播节目的播放的情况下继续接收所述直播节目, 将接收到的所述直播节目 的数据存放于第二缓冲单元; 所述播放模块, 设置为从第二缓冲单元获取所述数据重新开始所述直播节 目的播放。 根据权利要求 6所述的装置, 其中,
所述装置还包括: 提示模块, 设置为在所述播放模块重新开始所述直接节 目的播放之前, 提示是否选择回看所述直播节目;
所述播放模块, 设置为在选择回看所述直播节目时, 从第二缓冲单元获取 所述数据进行播放; 在选择不回看所述直播节目时, 从第一缓冲单元获取所述 直播节目的数据进行播放。 根据权利要求 7所述的装置, 其中, 所述装置还包括: 释放单元, 设置为在选择不回看所述直播节目时, 在从所述第一缓冲单元 获取所述直播节目的数据进行播放之后, 释放第二缓冲单元。 一种终端,, 包括: 第一缓冲单元和第二缓冲单元, 其中,
所述第一缓冲单元, 设置为接收直播节目;
所述第二缓冲单元, 设置为在所述终端停止播放所述直播节目后, 存储所 述终端继续接收到的所述直播节目的数据, 并在所述终端重新开始播放所述直 播节目时向所述终端提供接收到的所述数据。 根据权利要求 9所述的终端, 其中, 所述第二缓冲单元使用所述终端的内存和 / 或外部存储器。
