本发明公开了一种多媒体数据的处理装置、系统和方法。本发明实施例可以通过近场通信协议或远场通信协议发现第一终端,然后获取第一终端中多媒体数据的播放状态信息,并根据该播放状态信息从OTT平台中获取对应的第一播放内容的内容详情,然后对该第一播放内容的内容详情进行展示,从而实现主动感知第一终端中展示的多媒体数据,并在本端展示该多媒体数据的目的,采用该方案可以实现终端之间多媒体数据的多向互动,增强了其互动性和灵活性,提高用户服务质量。

Description

一种多媒体数据的处理装置、系统和方法
本申请要求于2014年05月14日提交中国专利局、申请号为201410204157.6、发明名称为“一种多媒体数据的处理装置、系统和方法”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及通信技术领域,具体涉及一种多媒体数据的处理装置、系统和方法。
背景技术
随着通信技术的发展,智能终端也迅速发展起来,不同的智能终端如手机、平板电脑、机顶盒(STB,Set Top Box)或电视(TV,Television)等各有优缺点,手机和平板电脑等移动终端便于携带,操作简单,但屏幕较小;而机顶盒或TV等非移动终端虽然携带不便,操作复杂,但是能够提供较大的屏幕,观看效果较好。为了能够发挥出不同智能终端各自的优势,多屏互动技术应运而生。
多屏互动所指的是,基于数字生活网络联盟(DLNA,Digital Living Network Alliance)协议或Airplay协议等,通过无线保真(WIFI,Wireless Fidelity)网络连接,在不同智能终端设备之间进行多媒体(如音频、视频或图片等)内容的传输、解析、展示和控制等一系列操作,并可以在不同平台设备上同时共享展示内容的技术,比如,将手机上的电影推送(比如甩屏)到电视屏上进行播放,或者,将平板上的图片推送到电视屏上进行分享,等等。其中,在将媒体内容推送到电视屏上进行播放或分享之后,还可以通过拉回操作,结束电视屏上的播放或分享,并在本智能终端上继续播放该媒体内容。
在对现有技术的研究和实践过程中,本发明的发明人发现,现有的多屏互动技术一般可以通过主动推送来实现多媒体数据的共享,但是,却无法主动获取其他智能终端的播放内容,比如,智能终端将媒体内容可以推送到电视屏上进行播放,但是,电视上自行播放的内容,该智能终端并无法感知,等等,也就是说,在现有的多屏互动技术中,多媒体数据的同时共享展示只是一种单向、简单且被动的共享展示,除了主动推送和拉回操作之外,智能终端之间并不能进行其他的互动,互动性较差,实现不够灵活。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种多媒体数据的处理装置、系统和方法,可以实现终端之间多媒体数据之间的多向互动,增强其互动性和灵活性。
第一方面,本发明实施例提供一种多媒体数据的处理装置,包括感知单元、编号获取单元、内容获取单元和展示单元,如下:
感知单元,用于通过近场通信协议或远场通信协议发现第一终端;
编号获取单元,用于获取第一终端中多媒体数据的播放状态信息,所述播放状态信息包括第一播放内容编号和当前状态信息;
内容获取单元,用于根据所述第一播放内容编号从过顶传球(OTT,Over The Top)平台中获取第一播放内容的内容详情;
展示单元,用于根据所述当前状态信息展示所述第一播放内容的内容详情。

本发明实施例可以通过近场通信协议或远场通信协议发现第一终端,然后获取第一终端中多媒体数据的播放状态信息,并根据该播放状态信息中的第一播放内容编号从OTT平台中获取对应的第一播放内容的内容详情,然后根据该播放状态信息中的当前状态信息对该第一播放内容的内容详情进行展示,从而实现主动感知第一终端中展示的多媒体数据,并在本端展示该多媒体数据的目的,与现有技术中只能被动地接受并展示其他终端推送的媒体数据而言,该方案不仅可以接受并展示其他终端推送的媒体数据,而且还可以主动感知并展示其他终端中展示的多媒体数据,大大提高了本端的的主动性,所以,采用该方案可以实现终端之间多媒体数据的多向互动,增强了其互动性和灵活性,提高用户服务质量。

本发明实施例提供一种多媒体数据的处理装置、系统和方法。以下分别进行详细说明。
实施例一、
本发明实施例提供一种多媒体数据的处理装置,该多媒体数据的处理装置可以集成在终端(比如第二终端)中,其中,该终端具体可以为智能手机、平板电脑或机顶盒等设备。
如图1a所示,该多媒体数据的处理装置可以包括感知单元101、编号获取单元102、内容获取单元103和展示单元104。
感知单元101,用于通过近场通信协议或远场通信协议发现第一终端;
其中,近场通信协议可以包括DLNA协议或Airplay协议等,远场通信协议可以包括可扩展通讯和表示协议(XMPP,Extensible Messaging and Presence Protocol)等。
编号获取单元102,用于获取第一终端中多媒体数据的播放状态信息。
其中,该播放状态信息可以包括播放内容编号和当前状态信息等信息,为了描述方便,在本实施例中,将播放状态信息中所携带的播放内容编号称为第一播放内容编号。
其中,当前状态信息可以包括指示是否处于播放状态的指示信息、以及指示当前具体播放状态的指示信息等,其中,具体的播放状态可以包括播放、暂停、快进或后退等,若具体的播放状态为快进或后退,则还可以携带快进/后退的倍速。
此外,为了让用户可以更加清楚地了解第一终端当前的播放情况,该播放状态信息中还可以包括其他的信息,比如,命令的调用类型、播放器标识、当前的播放位置、播放类型和/或多媒体数据的总时长,等等。例如,具体可用如下的参数来表示这些信息,参见表一。

内容获取单元103,用于根据该播放状态信息中的第一播放内容编号从过顶传球(OTT,Over The Top)平台中获取该第一播放内容的内容详情。
例如,内容获取单元103可以根据第一播放内容编号从OTT平台中获取到与该第一播放内容编号对应的第一播放内容的全部内容详情,或者,内容获取单元103还可以根据当前的播放位置和第一播放内容编号等从OTT平台中获取到相应第一播放内容的相应播放位置的播放内容详情,等等。
展示单元104,用于根据当前状态信息展示内容获取单元103获取到的第一播放内容的内容详情。例如,具体可以如下:
在该当前状态信息指示当前播放状态为暂停播放时,确定当前播放点,展示该当前播放点所对应的第一播放内容的内容详情,并设置为暂停播放状态;和/或,

其中,编号获取单元101可以通过多种途径来获取第一终端的播放状态信息,例如,具体可以采用如下任意一种方式:

(三)第三种方式;
从OTT平台中获取该关于第一终端的播放状态信息,例如,可以在OTT平台中设置播控页面,然后由用户触发该编号获取单元101向OTT平台发送关于第一终端的播放状态查询消息,以获取该关于第一终端的播放状态信息,即:

生成单元105,用于根据所述播放内容详情获取相应的链接地址,根据该链接地址生成分享内容输入接口;
分享单元106,用于接收用户在所述分享内容输入接口中输入的分享内容,将该分享内容和该链接地址发送至互联网以进行分享。

相应的,本发明实施例还提供一种通信系统,包括本发明实施例提供的任一种多媒体数据的处理装置,例如,可以如下:
多媒体数据的处理装置,用于通过近场通信协议或远场通信协议发现第一终端;获取第一终端中多媒体数据的播放状态信息,其中,播放状态信息包括第一播放内容编号和当前状态信息;根据所述第一播放内容编号从OTT平台中获取第一播放内容的内容详情;根据当前状态信息展示该第一播放内容的内容详情。
该多媒体数据的处理装置具体可参见实施例一,在此不再赘述。
此外,该通信系统还可以包括其他的设备,比如,还可以包括机顶盒、OTT平台和社交平台等。
例如,以该多媒体数据的处理装置具体为智能终端的OTT应用为例,如图2a所示,该通信系统可以包括智能终端的OTT应用、机顶盒、OTT平台和社交平台,如下:
(1)智能终端的OTT应用;
智能终端的OTT应用,集成在智能终端中,比如本实施例的智能终端A和智能终端B,可以包括播放状态同步模块,其中,该播放状态同步模块主要用于通过近场通信协议或远场通信协议发现机顶盒,并获取机顶盒的播放状态信息。
(2)机顶盒;
该机顶盒可以包括播放控制模块,用于提供查询接口给智能终端的OTT应用,以便智能终端的OTT应用可以查询该机顶盒的播放状态信息。
(3)OTT平台;
OTT平台,可以包括业务模块,其中,业务模块负责提供用户接入控制,内容播放控制等,比如,提供第一播放内容的内容详情或第二播放内容的详情给智能终端,等等。
(4)社交平台;
社交平台,包括分享模块和社交模块,其中,当用户点击其他用户分享到社交平台上的链接后,会跳转到分享模块,该分享模块用于在确定智能终端中存在OTT应用时,发送OTT应用启动消息给智能终端(比如本实施例的智能终端B),以打开智能终端OTT应用的内容详情页面,此外,该分享模块,还可以用于确定智能终端中的OTT应用不存在时,提示用户下载并安装该OTT应用。而社交模块则用于提供适配社交平台的接口,以便智能终端可以通过该社交模块将内容分享到互联网中。
或者,如图2b所示,该智能终端的OTT应用还可以包括二维码扫描模块,主要用于扫描OTT平台生成的二维码图片,以获取相应的信息,比如,获取第一播放内容编号,等等。而OTT平台除了可以包括业务模块之外,还可以包括二维码生成模块,其中,业务模块的功能与实施例四和五相同。而新增的二维码生成模块则用于生成关于第二播放内容的详情的二维码图片,并在播控页面中叠加展示该二维码图片,以便智能终端可以通过扫描该二维码来获取第一播 放内容编号,等等。
由于该通信系统可以包括本发明实施例提供的任一种多媒体数据的处理装置,因此,同样可以实现本发明实施例提供的任一种多媒体数据的处理装置所能实现的有益效果,详见前面实施例,在此不再赘述。
实施例三、
相应的,本发明实施例还提供一种多媒体数据的处理方法,包括:通过近场通信协议或远场通信协议发现第一终端,获取第一终端中多媒体数据的播放状态信息,根据该播放状态信息中的第一播放内容编号从过顶传球OTT平台中获取第一播放内容的内容详情,根据该播放状态信息中的当前状态信息展示该第一播放内容的内容详情。
如图3所示,该多媒体数据的处理方法的具体流程可以如下:

其中,近场通信协议可以包括DLNA协议或Airplay协议等,远场通信协议可以包括XMPP等。

其中,该链接地址可以为Http地址或Ftp地址等。
若进行了分享,则其他用户在看到该分享之后,可以通过自身的终端来观看该分享的多媒体数据。同理,该多媒体数据的处理装置除了可以对自身的多媒体数据进行分享之外,也可以主动获取互联网中其他终端分享的多媒体数据,即该多媒体数据的处理方法还可以包括:
接收来自互联网的OTT应用启动消息,其中,该OTT应用启动消息中携带第二播放内容编号,根据该OTT应用启动消息启动OTT应用,利用OTT应用,根据该第二播放内容编号从OTT平台中获取第二播放内容的内容详情,展示该第二播放内容的内容详情。
其中,该第二播放内容编号为互联网中分享的多媒体数据的播放内容编号。
由上可知,本发明实施例提供可以通过近场通信协议或远场通信协议发现第一终端,然后获取第一终端中多媒体数据的播放状态信息,并根据该播放状态信息中的第一播放内容编号从OTT平台中获取对应的第一播放内容的内容详情,根据该放状态信息中的当前状态信息对该第一播放内容的内容详情进行展 示,从而实现主动感知第一终端中展示的多媒体数据,并在本端展示该多媒体数据的目的,与现有技术中只能被动地接受并展示其他终端推送的媒体数据而言,该方案不仅可以接受并展示其他终端推送的媒体数据,而且还可以主动感知并展示其他终端中展示的多媒体数据,大大提高了本端的的主动性,所以,采用该方案可以实现终端之间多媒体数据的多向互动,增强了其互动性和灵活性,提高用户服务质量。

在本实施例中,将以第一终端具体为机顶盒,而该多媒体数据的处理装置具体集成在第二终端中,且该第二终端具体为智能手机A为例进行说明。
基于图2a的通信系统的结构,如图4所示,一种多媒体数据的处理,具体流程可以如下:
301、智能手机A的OTT应用通过近场通信协议或远场通信协议发现机顶盒。
其中,近场通信协议可以包括DLNA协议或Airplay协议等,远场通信协议可以包括XMPP协议等。
302、智能手机A的OTT应用定时向机顶盒发送播放状态查询消息,并接收机顶盒(比如机顶盒的播放控制模块)根据该播放状态查询消息返回的播放状态信息。

其中,智能手机A的OTT应用在获取第一播放内容的内容详情时,可以是自动获取,也可以在用户的触发下获取,比如,当智能手机A的OTT应用获取到机顶盒的播放状态信息后,用户可以通过“摇一摇”或“点击”触发建等操作来触发智能手机A的OTT应用根据该播放状态信息中的第一播放内容编号从OTT平台中获取该第一播放内容的内容详情,其中,触发的方式可以有多种,并不限于“摇一摇”或“点击”触发建,在此不再赘述。
304、OTT平台返回该第一播放内容的内容详情给智能手机的AOTT应用。例如,具体可以如下:
OTT平台的业务模块返回该第一播放内容的内容详情给智能手机A的OTT应用。
305、智能手机A的OTT应用根据当前状态信息展示获取到的第一播放内容的内容详情。例如,具体可以如下:

306、智能手机A的OTT应用根据该播放内容详情获取相应的链接地址,根 据该链接地址生成分享内容输入接口,接收用户在该分享内容输入接口中输入的分享内容,将该分享内容和该链接地址发送至社交平台以进行分享,其中,具体可以通过社交平台的社交模块进行分享。
若进行了分享,则其他用户在看到该分享之后,可以通过自身的终端来观看该分享的多媒体数据。例如,以该其他用户的终端具体为智能手机B为例,具体可以如步骤307~311所示,如下:
307、社交平台获取到智能终端B发送的查看分享的请求,其确定智能终端B存在OTT应用时,发送OTT应用启动消息给智能终端B的OTT应用,其中,该OTT应用启动消息中可以携带第二播放内容编号,其中,该第二播放内容编号指的是互联网中分享的多媒体数据的播放内容编号。
由于在本实施例中,互联网中分享的多媒体数据(即本发明实施例所说的第二播放内容)为第一播放内容对应的分享内容和链接地址,因此,这里的第二播放内容编号即为第一播放内容编号。即步骤“该OTT应用启动消息中可以携带第二播放内容编号”具体为:
该OTT应用启动消息中可以携带第一播放内容编号。
例如,当智能终端B的用户在社交平台上看到智能终端A的分享内容(即智能终端A分享到互联网上的分享内容和第一播放内容的内容详情的链接地址)后,点击其中的链接地址,则社交平台的分享模块判断智能终端B中是否存在相应的OTT应用,若不存在,则提示智能终端B的用户下载并安装该OTT应用,并在用户确认后下载并安装该OTT应用,然后发送OTT应用启动消息给智能终端B;若智能终端B中存在该OTT应用,则直接发送OTT应用启动消息给智能终端B。
308、智能手机B接收到该OTT应用的启动消息后,根据该OTT应用启动消息启动OTT应用。
309、智能手机B的OTT应用根据该第二播放内容编号(本实施例即为第一播放内容编号)从OTT平台中获取第二播放内容的内容详情(本实施例即为第一播放内容的内容详情)。

由上可知,本发明实施例提供可以通过近场通信协议或远场通信协议发现机顶盒,然后定时向该机顶盒发送播放状态查询消息来获取机顶盒多媒体数据的播放状态信息,并根据该播放状态信息中的第一播放内容编号从OTT平台中获取对应的第一播放内容的内容详情,根据该放状态信息中的当前状态信息对该第一播放内容的内容详情进行展示,从而实现主动感知机顶盒中展示的多媒体数据,并在本端展示该多媒体数据的目的,与现有技术中只能被动地接受并展示其他终端推送的媒体数据而言,该方案不仅可以接受并展示其他终端推送的媒体数据,而且还可以主动感知并展示其他终端中展示的多媒体数据,大大提高了本端的的主动性,所以,采用该方案可以实现终端之间多媒体数据的多向互动,增强了其互动性和灵活性,提高用户服务质量。
实施例五、
与实施例四相同的是,在本实施例中,也将以第一终端具体为机顶盒,而该多媒体数据的处理装置具体集成在第二终端中,且该第二终端具体为智能手机A为例进行说明,而且,本实施例的通信系统结构与实施例四相同。与实施例四不同的是,本实施例采用了另外一种方式来获取播放状态信息。
基于图2a的通信系统的结构,如图5所示,一种多媒体数据的处理,具体流程可以如下:
401、智能手机A的OTT应用通过近场通信协议或远场通信协议发现机顶盒。

    编号获取单元,用于获取第一终端中多媒体数据的播放状态信息,所述播放状态信息包括第一播放内容编号和当前状态信息;
    内容获取单元,用于根据所述第一播放内容编号从过顶传球OTT平台中获取第一播放内容的内容详情;
    展示单元,用于根据所述当前状态信息展示所述第一播放内容的内容详情。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的多媒体数据的处理装置,其特征在于,
    所述编号获取单元,具体用于定时向第一终端发送播放状态查询消息,接收第一终端根据所述播放状态查询消息返回的播放状态信息。

  8. 一种通信系统,其特征在于,包括权利要求1至7任一项所述的多媒体数据的处理装置。
  9. 一种多媒体数据的处理方法,其特征在于,包括:
    通过近场通信协议或远场通信协议发现第一终端;
    获取第一终端中多媒体数据的播放状态信息,所述播放状态信息包括第一播放内容编号和当前状态信息;
    根据所述第一播放内容编号从过顶传球OTT平台中获取第一播放内容的内容详情;
    根据所述当前状态信息展示所述第一播放内容的内容详情。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,所述获取第一终端中多媒体数据的播放状态信息,包括:
    定时向第一终端发送播放状态查询消息;
    接收第一终端根据所述播放状态查询消息返回的播放状态信息。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,所述获取第一终端中多媒体数据的播放状态信息,包括:
    接收用户发送的查询指令;
    根据所述查询指令向第一终端发送播放状态查询消息;
    接收第一终端根据所述播放状态查询消息返回的播放状态信息。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,所述获取第一终端中多媒体 数据的播放状态信息,包括:
    向OTT平台发送关于第一终端的播放状态查询消息;
    接收OTT平台中根据所述播放状态查询消息返回的关于第一终端的播放状态信息。
  13. 根据权利要求9至12任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    根据所述第一播放内容的内容详情获取相应的链接地址;
    根据所述链接地址生成分享内容输入接口;
    接收用户在所述分享内容输入接口中输入的分享内容;
    将所述分享内容和所述链接地址发送至互联网以进行分享。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    接收来自互联网的OTT应用启动消息,所述OTT应用启动消息中携带第二播放内容编号,所述第二播放内容编号为互联网中分享的多媒体数据的播放内容编号;
    根据所述OTT应用启动消息启动OTT应用;
    利用OTT应用,根据所述第二播放内容编号从OTT平台中获取第二播放内容的内容详情;
    展示所述第二播放内容的内容详情。
  15. 根据权利要求9至12任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述当前状态信息展示所述第一播放内容的内容详情,包括:
    在所述当前状态信息指示当前播放状态为暂停播放时,确定当前播放点,展示所述当前播放点所对应的第一播放内容的内容详情,并设置为暂停播放状态;和/或,
    在所述当前状态信息指示当前播放状态为快进/快退时,确定快进/快退的倍数,以及确定当前播放点,从所述当前播放点开始,以所述快进/快退的倍数对所述第一播放内容的内容详情进行播放;和/或,
    在所述当前状态信息指示当前播放状态为正常播放时,确定当前播放点,从所述当前播放点开始,以正常播放的状态对所述第一播放内容的内容详情进行播放。
