本发明涉及网络直播互动领域,特别是涉及一种互动信息更新方法、装置、 服务器及终端。 背景技术
网络直播中的实时互动业务, 一般是指与网络直播节目内容相关联的, 用 户可以根据节目内容进行参与互动的, 实时性较高的业务。 例如: 某网络直播 节目的播出时间为 8:00~9:00 , 且该直播节目包含实时互动业务, 则用户端与 服务器端的互动需要在 8:00~9:00这段时间内。
现有技术中, 如图 1所示的互动业务的实现方案, 用户通过终端的业务处 理器从服务器的业务系统获取并保存节目单及互动业务对应的互动信息,然后 可才艮据所获得互动信息参与到相应的互动业务中。
现有技术中, 终端按照一定时间间隔主动来查询互动信息是否发生变化。 而当互动信息发生变化时, 终端可能无法及时进行及时查询, 导致用户很可能 无法及时了解的最新互动信息, 影响用户参与互动业务。 发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明实施例提供了一种互动信息更新方法、装置、 服务器及终端, 以解决当互动信息发生变化后, 终端不能及时获取最新互动信 息, 导致用户不能及时了解最新互动信息的问题, 技术方案如下:
一种互动信息更新方法, 包括:
接收服务器的业务系统发送的互动信息更新通知;
根据所述互动信息更新通知, 向终端发送互动信息更新消息, 所述互动信 息更新消息用于指示所述终端对所存储的相应互动信息进行更新。

本发明实施例中, 当互动信息发生变化时, 服务器的业务系统更新自身存 储的互动信息后, 通过一定的方式主动向终端发送互动信息更新消息, 指示所 述终端对所存储的相应互动信息进行更新。 与现有技术相比, 本方案中, 当互 动信息发生变化时, 服务器会主动向终端发送互动信息更新消息, 这样终端可 以及时更新自身所存储的相应互动信息, 使得用户可以及时了解最新互动信 息, 保证了互动业务的正常进行。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清 楚、 完整地描述, 显然, 所描述的实施例仅是本发明一部分实施例, 而不是全 部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例, 本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性 劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例, 都属于本发明保护的范围。
互动业务为可通过用户的参与、 与用户进行互动的业务。 例如: 短信投票 互动、 电话投票互动、 点播等。 而对于那些具有实效性较高的互动业务, 通常 被称为实时互动业务。 例如: 电视直播或网络直播所涉及的互动业务为实时互 动业务。
下面以网络直播节目包含的互动业务所对应的互动信息发生变化的情况 对本发明实施例所提供的互动信息更新方法进行详细介绍。本领域人员可以理 解的是, 本发明所提供的方案并不局限于网络直播节目, 还可应用于电视直播 节目、 电视点播、 预约等所涉及的互动业务中。
如图 2所示,本发明实施例所提供的一种互动信息更新方法的实现可能涉 及以下部件:
1 )终端: 用于节目信息展示、 互动业务所对应的互动信息展示和多媒体 数据播放, 其可以是结合了软件客户端的硬件终端, 例如: 设置了在线娱乐软 件的各类手机、 计算机, 也可以是纯硬件终端例如: 手机、 PDA等, 包括: 显示屏, 用于根据业务处理器和 /或播放处理器的指令, 展示节目单、 节 目内容、互动业务所对应的互动信息。 当然,显示屏还可以展示其他资源数据, 例如:终端本身所存储的音视频数据或服务器所存储的音视频数据等。较优的, 本发明实施方式中的音视频数据与所述互动业务具有关联性, 一般的, 可能实 时相关, 例如针对当前播放的音视频数据进行有奖问答等互动业务。
业务处理器, 用于存储所获取的节目单信息、 互动业务对应的互动信息, 并处理对节目单的展示、 对互动业务所对应的互动信息的展示等指令; 同时, 具有接收和解析服务器发送的消息的功能;
播放处理器, 用于处理向用户播放节目内容以及其他音视频数据的指令。
2 )服务器包括:
业务系统, 用于存储节目单信息、 互动业务对应的互动信息, 并处理对节 目单的发布和管理、 互动业务对应的互动信息的发布和管理;
数据系统, 用于存储并向终端提供各种资源数据, 其中, 包括: 向终端提 供网络直播节目的具体内容或其他音视频数据。 较优的, 本发明实施方式中的 音视频数据与所述互动业务具有关联性, 一般的, 可能实时相关, 例如针对当 前播放的音视频数据进行有奖问答等互动业务。
互动信息更新装置, 用于利用业务系统发送的互动信息更新通知, 向终端 发送指示终端更新互动信息的消息。其可以是独立的装置,也可以是某系统(例 如: 业务系统) 的一部分。
参见图 2和图 3 , 当某网络直播节目所包含的互动业务对应的互动信息发 生变化后, 服务器根据管理员的指令更新业务系统所存储的相应的互动信息, 然后所述业务系统根据更新后的所述互动业务对应的当前互动信息形成互动 信息更新通知, 并发送给互动信息更新装置。 首先从服务器的互动信息更新装 置的角度进行说明,本发明实施例所提供的一种互动信息更新方法,可以包括:
5101 , 互动信息更新装置接收服务器的业务系统发送的互动信息更新通 知;
当所述业务系统更新自身所存储的互动信息后,则根据更新后的所述互动 业务对应的当前互动信息形成互动信息更新通知, 并发送给互动信息更新装 置, 指示互动信息更新装置向终端发送互动信息更新消息。
其中,所述互动信息更新通知可以携带所述互动业务对应的当前互动信息 内容;或者携带终端更新互动信息时所需互动信息内容对应的更新地址和更新 标识,此时终端需根据所述更新地址和更新标识实现对所存储的相应互动信息 的更新。
5102 ,根据所述互动信息更新通知, 互动信息更新装置向终端发送互动信 息更新消息,所述互动信息更新消息用于指示所述终端对所存储的相应互动信 息进行更新。
当互动信息更新装置接收到业务系统发送的互动信息更新通知后,会根据 所述互动信息更新通知形成相应的互动信息更新消息,所述互动信息更新消息 可以指示所述终端对所存储的相应互动信息进行更新。
其中, 所述互动信息更新消息才艮据所述互动信息更新通知确定, 其可以携 带所述互动业务对应的当前互动信息,也可以携带终端更新互动信息时所需互 动信息对应的更新地址和更新标识。
可以理解的是,在保证终端可以解析服务器发送的互动信息更新消息的前 提下,互动信息更新装置可以直接将所述业务系统发送的互动信息更新通知作 为互动信息更新消息转发给终端;也可以对所述业务系统发送的互动信息更新 通知进行一定的处理后形成相应的互动信息更新消息。所述互动信息更新消息 的具体形式可以为: wap pUSh信息、 短消息或其他格式的消息。
当服务器的互动信息更新装置向终端发送互动信息更新消息后,终端则根 据所述互动信息更新消息对所存储的相应互动信息进行更新, 如图 2和图 4 所示, 具体过程可以包括:
5201 , 终端的业务处理器接收服务器发送的互动信息更新消息; 终端的业务处理器接收服务器发送的互动信息更新消息,所述互动信息更 新消息用于指示终端对所存储的相应互动信息进行更新。
需要说明的是, 所述业务处理器具有接收和解析互动信息更新消息的能 力。
5202 , 对所述互动信息更新消息进行解析;
若所述互动信息更新消息携带所述互动业务对应的当前互动信息内容,则 所述业务处理器对所述互动信息更新消息的解析结果为终端更新互动信息时 所需的互动信息;若所述互动信息更新消息携带终端更新互动信息时所需互动 信息对应的更新地址和更新标识,则业务处理器对所述互动信息更新消息的解 析结果为更新地址和更新标识。
5203 , 利用解析结果, 对所存储的相应互动信息进行更新。
当解析结果为终端更新互动信息时所需的互动信息内容时,所述对所存储 的相应互动信息进行更新, 具体为:
将所存储的相应互动信息按照解析出的互动信息进行更新,实现对所存储 的相应互动信息的更新。
当解析结果为终端更新互动信息时所需互动信息对应的更新地址和更新 标识时, 所述对所存储的相应互动信息进行更新, 具体为:
链接所述更新地址, 确定更新标识对应的更新消息, 并将所述更新消息确 定为终端更新互动信息时所需的互动信息;将所存储的相应互动信息按照所确 定出的互动信息进行更新, 实现对所存储的相应互动信息的更新。
可以理解的是,终端所对应的业务处理器中可能存储多种与节目关联互动 业务对应的互动信息, 所以更新互动信息之前, 业务处理器需要确定出自身所 存储的与所述互动信息更新消息相对应的互动信息。 本发明实施例所提供的方案中, 当互动业务所对应的互动信息发生变化 时, 服务器对应的业务系统更新自身所存储的互动信息后, 利用更新后的互动 信息, 形成互动信息更新通知并发送给互动信息更新装置, 由互动信息更新装 置根据所述互动信息更新通知, 向终端发送互动信息更新消息, 终端则可根据 所述互动信息更新消息及时对所存储的相应互动信息进行更新。通过服务器主 动向终端发送互动信息更新消息的方式,保证终端可以及时更新自身相应互动 信息, 使得用户可以及时了解最新互动信息, 确保了互动业务的正常进行。 下面以某体育节目关联的互动业务 "投票"对应互动信息发生变化的情况 为例, 对本发明实施例所提供的上述方法进行详细介绍。
服务器根据管理员的指令向对应的业务系统发布直播节目的节目单、与节 目单关联的互动业务对应的互动信息:

当服务器对应的互动信息更新装置将互动信息更新消息发送给终端后,终 端利用所述互动信息更新消息对自身存储的关于所述体育节目的互动信息进 行更新, 具体可以为:
终端对应的业务处理器接收所述服务器发送的互动信息更新消息; 对所述互动信息更新消息进行解析;
利用解析结果,对所存储的关于所述体育节目的互动信息进行更新;其中, 才艮据不同的解析结果, 更新方式可以为:
1 )利用解析出的终端所需的完整互动信息内容, 直接对所存储的关于所 述体育节目的互动信息进行更新;
或者
2 )访问 URL:http:〃 server:port/vote-update?voteid=Votingl2345 , 确定终端 更新互动信息时所需的互动信息,然后对所存储的关于所述体育节目的互动信 息进行更新;
当终端更新完成后, 可以在 8:30~9:30的节目期间展示投票;

本实施例中, 当所述体育节目的相关互动信息发生变化后, 服务器的业务 系统通过互动信息更新装置主动向终端发送互动信息更新消息,指示终端对所 存储的所述体育节目的互动信息进行及时更新,这样可保证用户及时了解最新 的互动信息, 确保互动业务的正常进行。 相应于上面的方法实施例, 本发明实施例还提供一种互动信息更新装置, 设置在服务器物理实体中或者设置在服务器物理实体外,但与服务器物理实体 有通信连接, 在通信技术原理上认为是在服务器逻辑实体中, 如图 5所示, 包 括:
接收单元 110, 用于接收服务器的业务系统发送的互动信息更新通知; 处理单元 120, 用于根据所述互动信息更新通知, 向终端发送互动信息更 新消息,所述互动信息更新消息用于指示所述终端对所存储的相应互动信息进 行更新。
需要说明的是,本实施例中所述的互动信息更新装置可以是位于服务器的 独立的装置, 也可以是 务器端的业务系统或者数据系统的一部分。
相应于上述设置在服务器的互动信息更新装置,本发明实施例提供一种设 置在终端业务处理器中的互动信息更新装置, 如图 6所示, 包括:
接收单元 210, 用于接收服务器发送的互动信息更新消息;
解析单元 220, 用于对所述互动信息更新消息进行解析;
处理单元 230, 用于利用解析结果, 对所存储的相应互动信息进行更新。 当互动信息发生变化时,设置在服务器端的互动信息更新装置可以根据业 务系统发送的互动信息更新通知形成互动信息更新消息,并将所述互动信息更 新消息主动发送给终端, 指示终端对所存储的相应互动信息进行更新; 设置在 终端业务处理器中的互动信息更新装置对接收到的互动信息更新消息进行解 析, 然后可利用解析结果对所存储的相应互动信息进行更新。 这种主动下发互 动信息更新消息的方式, 可以保证用户及时了解最新的互动信息, 确保互动业 务的正常进行。 当网络直播节目关联的互动业务所对应的互动信息发生变化时,本发明实 施例还提供另一种互动信息更新方法,可以在终端的业务处理器不具备解析互 动信息更新消息的情况下, 使终端及时更新自身所存储相应互动信息, 保证用 户正常参与相应互动业务。 如图 7、 图 8所示, 可以包括以下步骤:
5301 , 服务器的数据系统接收对应的业务系统发送的互动信息更新通知; 本实施例中,当网络直播节目所包含的互动业务对应的互动信息发生变化 后, 服务器根据管理员的指令更新业务系统所存储的相应互动信息, 然后所述 业务系统根据自身更新后的所述互动业务对应的互动信息形成互动信息更新 通知, 并发送给对应的数据系统, 指示数据系统向终端发送更新互动信息的消 息。
其中, 所述服务器对应的数据系统接收业务系统发送的互动信息更新通 知; 所述数据系统用于存储并向终端提供各种资源数据, 同时扩展通信协议, 支持互动信息更新消息的下发。
5302 ,根据所述互动信息更新通知, 在传输给终端的多媒体数据中设置与 所述互动信息更新通知相应的互动信息更新消息;所述互动信息更新消息用于 指示所述终端对所存储的互动信息进行更新。
当所述数据系统接收到业务系统下发的互动信息更新通知互后,会在传输 给终端的多媒体数据中设置与所述互动信息更新通知相应的互动信息更新消 息。 在多媒体数据传输过程中, 将所述互动信息更新消息传送至所述终端。
其中,所述互动信息更新消息可以为携带所述互动业务对应的当前互动信 息的信令参数; 或者
携带所述终端更新互动信息时所需互动信息对应更新地址和更新标识的 信令参数; 或者
携带所述互动业务对应的当前互动信息的信令; 或者
携带所述终端更新互动信息时所需互动信息对应更新地址和更新标识的 信令。
例如, 所述互动信息更新消息可以设置在 RTSP ( Real Streaming Protocol, 实时流传输协议) 的 set-parameter/option信令参数中, 也可以设置在 RTSP协 议的新增信令中。 可以理解的是,数据系统进行扩展的协议并不局限于 RTSP, 可以扩展其他协议, 例如: HTTP ( HyperText Transfer Protocol, 超文本传输协 议)。
需要说明的是,所述互动信息更新消息在数据系统传输多媒体数据的过程 中下发给终端的, 所以终端的播放处理器需要正在播放相应的内容。
当服务器发送互动信息更新消息后,终端利用所述互动信息更新消息对自 身所存储的相应互动信息进行更新, 如图 7和图 9所示, 具体更新步骤可以如 下:
5401 , 终端的播放处理器接收服务器发送的互动信息更新消息;
5402 , 对所述互动信息更新消息进行解析;
本实施例中,所述终端对应的播放处理器用于处理向用户播放节目内容以 及其他音视频数据的指令等, 同时支持解析扩展的互动信息更新消息, 并将解 析结果发送给对应的业务处理器的功能。所述播放处理器在接收服务器传输的 多媒体数据时, 接收所述互动信息更新消息, 并对所述互动信息更新消息进行 解析。
5403 ,将解析结果发送给终端对应的业务处理器, 所述解析结果用于指示 所述终端对应的业务处理器对所存储的相应互动信息进行更新。
当互动信息更新消息为携带所述互动业务对应的当前互动信息的信令或 信令参数时,所述播放处理器会将解析出的终端所需的互动信息发送给对应的 业务处理器, 此时, 所述业务处理器直接将所存储的相应互动信息进行更新即 可。
当互动信息更新消息为携带终端更新互动信息时所需互动信息对应更新 地址和更新标识的信令或信令参数时,所述播放处理器会将解析出的更新地址 和更新标识发送给对应的业务处理器,此时,所述业务处理器会访问更新地址, 确定更新标识对应的更新消息,并将所述更新消息确定为终端更新互动信息时 所需的互动信息。 本实施例中, 当互动信息发生变化时, 扩展通信协议支持互 动信息更新消息下发的数据系统在接收到业务系统发送的互动信息更新通知 后, 通过在传输给终端的多媒体数据中设置互动信息更新消息的方式, 将互动 信息更新消息发送至终端, 指示终端实现对所存储的相应互动信息的更新, 保 证用户及时了解最新的互动信息, 确保互动业务正常进行。 下面仍以某体育节目关联的互动业务 "投票"对应的互动信息发生变化的 情况为例, 对本发明实施例所提供的上述方法进行详细介绍。

当服务器发送所述互动信息更新消息后,所述终端对应的播放处理器在接 收服务器发送的多媒体数据时, 接收到所述互动信息更新通知, 进行解析, 并 将解析结果发送给对应的业务处理器。
针对上述两种互动信息更新消息,业务处理器需要采取不同的处理方式进 行互动信息的更新。 当解析结果为终端更新互动信息时所需的互动信息时, 则 直接利用解析出的互动信息对所存储的所述体育节目的互动信息进行更新;当 解析结果为终端更新互动信息时所需互动信息对应的更新地址和更新标识时, 业务处理器则需要链接所述更新地址, 利用更新标识确定出所需的互动信息, 然后利用确定出的所需互动信息对所存储的所述体育节目的互动信息进行更 新。
当终端完成更新后, 可以在 8:30~9:30的节目期间展示投票;
用户进行投票, 终端业务处理器将投票发送至业务系统(或者, 服务器对 应的投票系统);
服务器对应的业务系统返回投票结果,终端业务处理器将投票结果展示给 用户。
本实施例中, 当互动信息发生变化时, 通过在传输给终端的多媒体数据中 设置互动信息更新消息, 指示终端对所存储的相应互动信息进行更新, 这样保 证终端及时获取最新的互动信息, 用户及时了解互动信息变化情况, 确保互动 业务的正常进行。 相应于上述的方法实施例, 本发明实施例还提供另一种互动信息更新装 置, 其设置在服务器端的数据系统内, 如图 10所示, 包括:
接收单元 310, 用于接收服务的业务系统发送的互动信息更新通知; 消息设置单元 320, 用于根据所述互动信息更新通知, 在传输给终端的多 媒体数据中设置与所述互动信息更新通知相应的互动信息更新消息,所述互动 信息更新消息用于指示所述终端对所存储的相应互动信息进行更新。
相应于上述设置在服务器端数据系统内的互动信息更新装置,本发明实施 例还提供一种设置在终端播放处理器中的互动信息更新装置, 如图 11所示, 包括:
接收单元 410, 用于接收服务器发送的互动信息更新消息;
解析单元 420, 用于对所述互动信息更新消息进行解析;
解析结果获取单元 430, 用于获取所述解析单元 420的解析结果; 发送单元 440, 用于将所述解析结果发送给终端对应的业务处理器, 所述 解析结果用于指示所述终端对应的业务处理器对所存储的相应互动信息进行 更新。
当互动信息发生变化时,设置在服务器数据系统内的互动信息更新装置可 以在传输给终端的多媒体数据中设置与所接收到的互动信息更新通知相应的 互动信息更新消息, 指示所述终端对所存储的互动信息进行更新; 设置在终端 播放处理器内的互动信息更新装置则对接收到的互动信息更新消息进行解析, 并将解析结果发送至业务处理器,指示业务处理器对所存储的相应互动信息进 行更新, 这样终端可以及时更新自身的互动信息, 使得用户及时了解最新的互 动信息, 确保互动业务正常进行。 本发明实施例还提供一种服务器, 包括: 互动信息更新装置、 数据系统、 业务系统;
所述数据系统, 用于存储并向终端提供音视频数据, 所述音视频数据与所 述互动业务具有关联性;
所述业务系统,用于在更新所存储的互动业务对应的互动信息后生成互动 信息更新通知并发送给互动信息更新装置; 所述互动信息更新装置用于:
接收服务器的业务系统发送的互动信息更新通知;
根据所述互动信息更新通知, 向终端发送互动信息更新消息, 所述互动信 息更新消息用于指示所述终端对所存储的相应互动信息进行更新。
其中, 所述互动信息更新装置可以为服务器的独立装置, 也可以设置在业 务系统内, 或者数据系统内。 当所述互动信息更新装置设置在所述数据系统内 时, 具体用于:
接收服务器的业务系统发送的互动信息更新通知;
利用所述互动信息更新通知,在传输给终端的多媒体数据中设置与所述互 动信息更新通知相应的互动信息更新消息,所述互动信息更新消息用于指示所 述终端对所存储的相应互动信息进行更新。 相应的, 本发明实施例还提供一种终端, 包括: 播放处理器、 显示屏、 业 务处理器、 互动信息更新装置;
播放处理器, 用于处理向用户播放音视频数据的指令;
显示屏, 用于根据业务处理器和 /或播放处理器的指令, 展示音视频数据 和互动业务所对应的互动信息, 所述音视频数据与所述互动业务具有关联性。
所述业务处理器, 用于存储互动业务对应的互动信息; 所述互动信息更新 装置用于:
接收服务器发送的互动信息更新消息;
对所述互动信息更新消息进行解析;
利用解析结果, 实现对业务处理器所存储的相应互动信息的更新; 其中,所述互动信息更新消息为服务器根据业务系统发送的互动信息更新 通知向终端发送的,用于指示所述终端对所存储的相应互动信息进行更新的消 息。
其中, 所述互动信息更新装置可以设置在终端的业务处理器中, 也可以设 置在播放处理器中。 当所述互动信息更新装置设置在终端的业务处理器内时: 所述播放处理器,可用于处理向用户播放节目内容以及其他音视频数据的 指令;
所述业务处理器不但可存储互动业务对应的互动信息,而且可利用所设置 的互动信息更新装置实现自身所存储的互动信息的更新;
所述互动信息更新装置具体用于:
接收服务器发送的互动信息更新消息;
对所述互动信息更新消息进行解析;
利用解析结果, 更新业务处理器所存储的相应的互动信息。
当所述互动信息更新装置设置在终端的播放处理器内时:
所述播放处理器,不但可用于处理向用户播放节目内容以及其他音视频数 据的指令,并在播放过程中将所接收到的服务器发送的互动信息更新消息发送 给互动信息更新装置;
互动信息更新装置具体用于:
接收服务器发送的互动信息更新消息;
对所述互动信息更新消息进行解析;
将解析结果发送给终端对应的业务处理器,所述解析结果用于指示所述终 端对应的业务处理器对所存储的相应互动信息进行更新;
所述业务处理器, 用于存储互动业务对应的互动信息, 并在接收到播放处 理器发送的解析结果后,利用所述解析结果对自身所存储的相应的互动信息进 行更新。 对于装置或系统实施例而言, 由于其基本相应于方法实施例, 所以相关之 处参见方法实施例的部分说明即可。以上所描述的装置或系统实施例仅仅是示 的, 作为单元显示的部件可以是或者也可以不是物理单元, 即可以位于一个地 方, 或者也可以分布到多个网络单元上。 可以根据实际的需要选择其中的部分 或者全部模块来实现本实施例方案的目的。本领域普通技术人员在不付出创造 性劳动的情况下, 即可以理解并实施。

权 利 要 求
1、 一种互动信息更新方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收服务器的业务系统发送的互动信息更新通知;
根据所述互动信息更新通知, 向终端发送互动信息更新消息, 所述互动信 息更新消息用于指示所述终端对所存储的相应互动信息进行更新。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述互动信息更新通知是 由业务系统更新所存储的互动业务对应的互动信息后,利用更新后的互动信息 形成并发送的。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述互动信息更新消息携 带所述互动业务对应的当前互动信息; 或者,
携带所述终端更新互动信息时所需互动信息对应的更新地址和更新标识。
4、 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述向终端发送互动信息 更新消息, 具体为:
在传输给终端的多媒体数据中设置与所述互动信息更新通知相应的互动 信息更新消息。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述互动信息更新消息为 携带所述互动业务对应的当前互动信息的信令参数; 或者,
携带所述互动业务对应的当前互动信息的信令; 或者,
携带所述终端更新互动信息时所需互动信息对应更新地址和更新标识的 信令参数; 或者,
携带所述终端更新互动信息时所需互动信息对应更新地址和更新标识的 信令。
6、 一种互动信息更新装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收单元, 用于接收服务的业务系统发送的互动信息更新通知; 处理单元, 用于根据所述互动信息更新通知, 向终端发送互动信息更新消 息,所述互动信息更新消息用于指示所述终端对所存储的相应互动信息进行更 新。
7、 根据权利要 6所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述处理单元是消息设置单 元, 用于根据所述互动信息更新通知, 在传输给终端的多媒体数据中设置与所 述互动信息更新通知相应的互动信息更新消息,所述互动信息更新消息用于指 示所述终端对所存储的相应互动信息进行更新。
8、 一种互动信息更新方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收服务器发送的互动信息更新消息;
对所述互动信息更新消息进行解析;
利用解析结果, 对所存储的相应互动信息进行更新;
其中,所述互动信息更新消息为服务器根据业务系统发送的互动信息更新 通知向终端发送的,用于指示所述终端对所存储的相应互动信息进行更新的消 息。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述解析结果为终端更新 互动信息时所需的互动信息;
所述对所存储的相应互动信息进行更新, 具体为:
将所存储的相应互动信息更新为解析出的终端所需的互动信息,以实现对 所存储的相应互动信息的更新; 或者,
所述解析结果为终端更新互动信息时所需互动信息对应的更新地址和更 新标识;
所述对所存储的相应互动信息进行更新, 具体为:
链接所述更新地址, 确定所述更新标识对应的更新信息, 并将所述更新信 息确定为终端所需的互动信息;
将所存储的相应互动信息更新为确定出的终端更新时所需的互动信息,以 实现对所存储的相应互动信息的更新。
10、 根据权利要求 8所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述利用解析结果, 对所 存储的相应互动信息进行更新, 包括:
将解析结果发送给终端对应的业务处理器,所述解析结果用于指示所述终 端对应的业务处理器对所存储的相应互动信息进行更新。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述解析结果为终端更 新互动信息时所需的互动信息; 或者,
终端更新互动信息时所需互动信息对应的更新地址和更新标识。
12、 一种互动信息更新装置, 其特征在于, 包括: 接收单元, 用于接收服务器发送的互动信息更新消息;
解析单元, 用于对所述互动信息更新消息进行解析;
处理单元, 用于利用解析结果, 对所存储的相应互动信息进行更新; 其中,所述互动信息更新消息为服务器根据业务系统发送的互动信息更新 通知向终端发送的,用于指示所述终端对所存储的相应互动信息进行更新的消 息。
13、 根据权利要求 12所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述处理单元包括: 解析结果获取单元, 用于获取所述解析单元的解析结果;
发送单元, 用于将所述解析结果发送给所述终端对应的业务处理器, 所述 解析结果用于指示所述终端对应的业务处理器对所存储的相应互动信息进行 更新。
14、 一种服务器, 其特征在于, 包括: 互动信息更新装置、 业务系统; 所述业务系统, 用于在更新所存储的互动业务对应的互动信息后, 根据更 新后的互动信息生成互动信息更新通知并发送给互动信息更新装置;
所述互动信息更新装置用于:
接收服务器的业务系统发送的互动信息更新通知;
根据所述互动信息更新通知, 向终端发送互动信息更新消息, 所述互动信 息更新消息用于指示所述终端对所存储的相应互动信息进行更新。
15、 根据权利要求 14所述的服务器, 其特征在于, 还包括:
数据系统, 用于存储并向终端提供音视频数据, 所述音视频数据与所述互 动业务具有关联性。
16、 一种终端, 其特征在于, 包括: 业务处理器、 互动信息更新装置; 所述业务处理器, 用于存储互动业务对应的互动信息;
所述互动信息更新装置用于:
接收服务器发送的互动信息更新消息;
对所述互动信息更新消息进行解析;
利用解析结果, 实现对业务处理器所存储的相应互动信息的更新; 其中,所述互动信息更新消息为服务器根据业务系统发送的互动信息更新 通知向终端发送的,用于指示所述终端对所存储的相应互动信息进行更新的消 息。
17、 根据权利要求 16所述的终端, 其特征在于, 还包括:
播放处理器, 用于处理向用户播放音视频数据的指令;
显示屏, 用于根据业务处理器和 /或播放处理器的指令, 展示音视频数据 和互动业务所对应的互动信息, 所述音视频数据与所述互动业务具有关联性。
