如图 2所示， 为本发明的实现移动终端的多媒体应用中的节目自动播放 的装置， 应用于移动终端， 该装置包括： 输入模块 201、 记忆模块 202、 控制 模块 203和执行模块 204, 其中，
输入模块 201 , 用于接收用户在多媒体应用的节目预览列表中标识的感 兴趣的待播放节目的信息， 并将该信息发送给记忆模块 202;
记忆模块 202 , 用于保存用户标识的感兴趣的待播放节目的信息和用户 选择或设定的待播放节目的播放时间， 并将该待播放节目的播放时间发送给 控制模块 203;
控制模块 203 , 用于接收该待播放节目的播放时间， 当确定该待播放节 目的播放时间来到时， 则读取记忆模块 202中保存的该待播放节目的信息并 发送给执行模块 204;
执行模块 204 , 用于根据该待播放节目的信息， 指示移动终端与网络侧 的该节目服务器连接， 同时指示移动终端的多媒体应用对该节目釆用流媒体 方式进行自动播放。
另外， 执行模块 204进一步用于当移动终端处于关机状态时， 先指示移 动终端自动开机， 然后指示移动终端根据该待播放节目的信息与网络侧的该 节目服务器连接， 同时指示移动终端的多媒体应用对该节目釆用流媒体方式 进行自动播放；
执行模块 204 进一步用于当移动终端中的多媒体应用正处在播放状态 时， 提示用户是否播放该节目， 如果用户选择是， 则指示移动终端根据该待 播放节目的信息与网络侧的该节目服务器连接， 同时指示移动终端的多媒体 应用对该节目釆用流媒体方式进行自动播放； 否则， 移动终端的多媒体应用 继续播放正在播放的节目。
本发明的实现移动终端的多媒体应用中的节目自动播放的装置另一种实 施方式是：
输入模块 201 , 用于接收用户在多媒体应用的节目预览列表中标识的感 兴趣的待播放节目的信息和对该待播放节目选择的播放类型， 将标识的待播 放节目的信息和对应的播放类型发送给记忆模块 202;
这里， 输入模块提供用户两种播放类型进行选择， 一种是 "定时自动播 放" ， 另一种是 "定时播放提醒" 。
记忆模块 202 , 用于保存用户标识的感兴趣的待播放节目的信息、 对待 播放节目选择的播放类型和用户选择的待播放节目的播放时间， 并将该待播 放节目的播放时间发送给控制模块；
控制模块 203 , 用于接收该待播放节目的播放时间， 当确定该待播放节 目的播放时间来到时， 则读取记忆模块 202中保存的该待播放节目的信息和 对应的播放类型并发送给执行模块 204;
执行模块 204 , 用于根据播放类型来判断是否直接指示移动终端根据该 待播放节目的信息与网络侧的该节目服务器连接， 同时指示移动终端的多媒 体应用对该节目釆用流媒体方式进行自动播放。
执行模块 204进一步用于在确定播放类型是 "定时自动播放" 时， 指示 移动终端根据该待播放节目的信息与网络侧的该节目服务器连接， 同时指示 移动终端的多媒体应用对该节目釆用流媒体方式进行自动播放； 确定播放类 型是 "定时播放提醒" 时， 指示移动终端提示用户是否播放该节目， 如果用 户选择是， 则指示移动终端根据待播放节目的信息与网络侧的该节目服务器 连接， 同时指示移动终端的多媒体应用对该节目釆用流媒体方式进行自动播 放； 否则结束；
执行模块 204进一步用于在确定播放类型是 "定时播放提醒" ， 且当前 移动终端的多媒体应用正处在播放状态时， 则指示移动终端提示用户是否播 放该节目， 如果用户选择是， 则指示移动终端根据该待播放节目的信息与网 络侧的该节目服务器连接， 同时指示移动终端的多媒体应用对该节目釆用流
媒体方式进行自动播放； 否则， 移动终端的多媒体应用继续播放正在播放的 节目。
本发明所述的方法和装置， 能够使用户对感兴趣的待播放的多媒体应用 中的节目通过移动终端进行定时自动播放或定时播放提醒； 比如一个用户在 多媒体应用的节目预览列表中看到 CCTV5在某天晚上 8点钟有一场自己喜爱 的足球赛， 可是由于怕其它事情影响而错过观看， 这时他可以通过本发明的 方法或装置对该待播放节目进行设置， 当该天晚上 8点钟到来时， 移动终端 就会开启多媒体应用自动播放该节目或提醒是否播放该节目；
与现有技术相比， 本发明除了可以满足用户通过按键操作选择多媒体应 用中的节目进行播放外， 还可以通过结合移动终端的定时功能， 充分利用了 支持多媒体应用功能的移动终端能够随身携带随时观看的多媒体应用中节目 的特点， 实现移动终端对多媒体应用中节目进行自动播放或到达播放时间自 动提醒用户是否播放该预订的节目。
当然， 本发明还可有其它多种实施例， 在不背离本发明精神及其实质的 但这些相应的改变和变形都应属于本发明所附的权利要求的保护范围。
工业实用性
本发明通过结合移动终端的定时功能， 充分利用了支持多媒体应用功能 的移动终端能够随身携带随时观看的多媒体应用中节目的特点， 实现移动终 端的自动播放或到达播放时间自动提醒用户是否播放预订的某个电视频道特 定时间段的节目， 因此具有很强的工业实用性。
Claims
1、一种实现移动终端的多媒体应用中的节目自动播放的方法， 该方法包 括：
所述移动终端接收用户在所述多媒体应用中标识的待播放节目的信息， 并保存所述信息和用户选择或设定的待播放节目的播放时间；
所述移动终端确定待播放节目的播放时间来到时， 根据保存的待播放节 目的信息与网络侧的与待播放节目对应的节目服务器连接， 在所述多媒体应 用中对待播放节目进行自动播放。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法， 其中， 所述移动终端在所述多媒体应用中 标识待播放节目的信息时， 还选择待播放节目的播放类型； 保存待播放节目 的信息和待播放节目的播放时间时， 还保存所述播放类型， 且所述信息、 待 播放节目的播放时间和所述播放类型保存在本地配置文件中；
相应地， 当所述移动终端确定待播放节目的播放时间来到时， 还根据所 保存的所述播放类型来判断是否直接根据待播放节目的信息与网络侧的所述 节目服务器连接。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的方法， 其中， 所述播放类型是定时自动播放或定 时播放提醒；
相应地， 根据所保存的播放类型来判断是否直接根据待播放节目的信息 与网络侧的所述节目服务器连接具体为：
所述移动终端确定播放类型是定时自动播放时， 根据待播放节目的信息 与网络侧的所述节目服务器连接； 所述移动终端确定播放类型是定时播放提醒时，提示用户是否播放节目， 如果是， 则所述移动终端根据待播放节目的信息与网络侧的所述节目服务器 连接； 否则结束。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的方法， 其中， 当所述移动终端确定播放类型是定 时播放提醒时， 提示用户是否播放节目之前， 该方法进一步包括：
所述移动终端确定当前所述移动终端的多媒体应用正处在播放状态时， 提示用户是否播放节目； 否则， 所述多媒体应用继续播放正在播放的节目。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的方法， 其中， 所述移动终端确定待播放节目的播 放时间来到后， 根据保存的待播放节目的信息与网络侧的所述节目服务器连 接之前， 该方法进一步包括：
所述移动终端确定自身处于关机状态时， 自动开机；
所述移动终端确定自身中的多媒体应用正处在播放状态时， 提示用户是 否播放节目， 如果是， 则所述移动终端根据保存的待播放节目的信息与网络 侧的所述节目服务器连接； 否则， 所述多媒体应用继续播放正在播放的节目。
6、一种实现移动终端的多媒体应用中的节目自动播放的装置， 应用于移 动终端， 该装置包括： 输入模块、 记忆模块、 控制模块和执行模块， 其中， 所述输入模块， 用于接收用户在所述多媒体应用中标识的待播放节目的 信息， 并将所述信息发送给所述记忆模块；
所述记忆模块， 用于保存用户标识的待播放节目的信息和用户选择或设 定的待播放节目的播放时间， 并将待播放节目的播放时间发送给控制模块； 所述控制模块， 用于当确定待播放节目的播放时间来到时， 读取所述记 忆模块中保存的待播放节目的信息并发送给所述执行模块；
所述执行模块， 用于根据待播放节目的信息， 指示所述移动终端与网络 侧的所述节目服务器连接， 同时指示所述移动终端的多媒体应用对节目进行 自动播放。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的装置， 其中，
所述输入模块， 进一步用于接收用户选择的待播放节目的播放类型， 并 将所述播放类型发送给记忆模块；
所述记忆模块， 进一步用于保存所述播放类型；
所述控制模块， 进一步用于当确定待播放节目的播放时间来到时， 读取 所述记忆模块中保存所述播放类型并发送给所述执行模块；
所述执行模块， 进一步用于根据所述播放类型来判断是否直接指示所述 移动终端根据待播放节目的信息与网络侧的所述节目服务器连接。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的装置， 其中， 所述播放类型是定时自动播放或定
时播放提醒；
相应地， 所述执行模块， 进一步用于确定所述播放类型是定时自动播放 时， 指示所述移动终端根据待播放节目的信息与网络侧的所述节目服务器连 接； 确定所述播放类型是定时播放提醒时， 指示所述移动终端提示用户是否 播放节目， 如果是， 则指示所述移动终端根据待播放节目的信息与网络侧的 服务器连接； 否则指示所述移动终端结束流程。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的装置， 其中，
所述执行模块， 进一步用于确定所述播放类型是定时播放提醒， 且当前 所述移动终端的多媒体应用正处在播放状态时， 指示所述移动终端提示用户 是否播放节目， 如果是， 则指示移动终端根据待播放节目的信息与网络侧的 所述节目服务器连接； 否则， 指示所述移动终端的多媒体应用继续播放正在 播放的节目。
10、 如权利要求 6所述的装置， 其中，
所述执行模块， 进一步用于确定所述移动终端处于关机状态时， 指示所 述移动终端自动开机；
还用于确定所述移动终端中的多媒体应用正处在播放状态时， 提示用户 是否播放节目， 如果是， 则指示所述移动终端根据待播放节目的信息与网络 侧的所述节目服务器连接； 否则， 指示所述移动终端的多媒体应用继续播放 正在播放的节目。
