Abstract
본 발명은 이동통신 시스템에서 단말의 전력 소모를 최적화하는 방법 및 장치에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 이동통신 시스템에서 단말의 전력 소모 최적화 방법은 상기 단말의 불연속 수신 동작에 대한 설정을 변경할 필요가 있는지 판단하는 판단 단계 및 변경 필요 시, 불연속 수신 동작 설정 변경 요청 메시지를 기지국으로 전송하는 전송 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
