本发明的目的在于提供一种电钻集尘装置, 其结构更加简单, 体积和重量较 轻, 便于携带和实用, 不但集尘效果更好, 且能进一步降低成本。
为实现上述目的, 本发明公开了一种电钻集尘装置, 其特征在于包括: 一中空壳体, 于顶端设有一锥形部, 该锥形部上设有一开孔, 该中空壳体于 底端设有一穿孔, 且该穿孔于外周缘延伸凸设一容置槽;
一中空轴杆, 穿设于该穿孔, 该中空轴杆上轴设至少一轴承, 使该轴承可枢 转地设于该容置槽内;
一弹簧件, 套设于该中空轴杆上; 以及
一隔离件, 连接于该弹簧件的末端, 其设有一圆孔, 以供一钻头穿设, 并使 其贯穿于中空轴杆及开孔;
藉此, 一电钻于钻孔过程中时, 使产生的尘屑可沿锥形部的锥度落入集中于 该中空壳体内。

如图 6所示, 当欲进行一天花板 80的垂直钻孔时, 使用方式亦如上所述, 产生 的尘屑 81可直接经由开孔 122垂直落入于该中空壳体 10内; 藉由该轴承 50的设置, 使得该钻头 61于转动时, 并不会带动该中空壳体 10产生同步转动, 仅会使其他部 件随之转动, 因此并不会造成中空壳体 10内的尘屑 71、 81产生四溅而造成清理上 不便, 且亦可避免长期使用下, 该中空壳体 10因转动而与墙面 70或天花板 80产生 摩擦, 而造成中空壳体 10损坏, 或墙面 70、 天花板 80磨损的情形。
于完成钻孔后, 清理该中空壳体 10内的尘屑 71、 81时, 可直接将本发明自钻 头 61上拆卸下, 以使尘屑 71、 81自开孔 122倒出, 或将该盖体 12开启, 以倒出该盖 体 12及该座体 11内的尘屑 71、 81, 亦或直接连同电钻机 60朝下倒出, 此时, 藉由 该等弹性垫片 24上的切割痕 241紧密地夹持钻头 61, 使尘屑 71、 81不致于外漏, 并 可利用其夹持钻头 61时所产生的抓力, 使得尘屑 71、 81倒出时, 并不会使本发明 产生向下滑落的情形; 而利用该隔离件 40的矩形设计, 避免本发明于单独横置时 容易产生滚动。
由上述所言, 本发明于进行各部件装卸作业时, 无需使用任何工具, 因此具 有装卸快速、 方便的优点; 且透过该中空壳体 10的形状设计, 以缩小其体积, 以 便利性, 而其透明设计, 除可便于对准欲钻孔处外, 亦可藉此直接 观察内部的尘屑 71、 81是否达到一定的量, 而便于清洁作业的进行; 此外, 由于 本发明可适用于各种尺寸规格、 厂牌的电钻机 60及钻头 61, 因此可提高使用上的 效益, 且对于制造商而言, 无需为配合不同电钻机 60或钻头 61而制造出不同规格, 因此可大幅地降低制造成本。
虽本发明是以一个最佳实施例作说明, 但精于此技艺者能在不脱离本发明精 神与范畴下作各种不同形式的改变。 以上所举实施例仅用以说明本发明而已, 非 用以限制本发明的范围。 举凡不违本发明精神所从事的种种修改或变化, 倶属本 发明申请专利范围。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种电钻集尘装置, 其特征在于包括:
一中空壳体, 于顶端设有一锥形部, 该锥形部上设有一开孔, 该中空壳体于 底端设有一穿孔, 且该穿孔于外周缘延伸凸设一容置槽;
一中空轴杆, 穿设于该穿孔, 该中空轴杆上轴设至少一轴承, 使该轴承可枢 转地设于该容置槽内;
一弹簧件, 套设于该中空轴杆上; 以及
一隔离件, 连接于该弹簧件的末端, 其设有一圆孔, 以供一钻头穿设, 并使 其贯穿于中空轴杆及开孔;
藉此, 一电钻于钻孔过程中时, 使产生的尘屑可沿锥形部的锥度落入集中于 该中空壳体内。
2. 如权利要求 1所述的电钻集尘装置, 其中, 该中空壳体呈透明状。
3. 如权利要求 1所述的电钻集尘装置, 其中, 该中空壳体由一座体及一盖体 相互盖合而成, 该锥形部设于该盖体顶端, 而该穿孔设于该座体上。
4. 如权利要求 1所述的电钻集尘装置, 其中, 该容置槽于末端处朝内转折延 伸设有多个内凸缘, 以供卡置固定该轴承。
5. 如权利要求 1所述的电钻集尘装置, 其中, 该中空轴杆上套设有至少一轴 套, 该轴套内设有一弹性垫片, 该弹性垫片上设有多个通过轴心且未延伸至弹性 垫片边缘的切割痕, 使该弹性垫片轴心处可弹性开启以夹持该钻头。
6. 如权利要求 5所述的电钻集尘装置, 其中, 该中空轴杆上设有至少一螺纹 段供螺合该轴套。
7. 如权利要求 5所述的电钻集尘装置, 其中, 该轴套的设置数量为二, 以分 别设于中空轴杆的前后两端, 且位于相对该弹簧件一侧的轴套于末端设有一中空 状的延伸轴杆, 以供套设该弹簧件。
8. 如权利要求 7所述的电钻集尘装置, 其中, 该弹簧件的另一端套设于该隔 离件内侧延伸设置的一中空杆上。
9. 如权利要求 8所述的电钻集尘装置, 其中, 该延伸中空轴杆与该中空杆上 分别设有一螺纹段。
10. 如权利要求 1所述的电钻集尘装置, 其中, 该隔离件为一矩形板体。
