Abstract
L'invention concerne des conceptions et des techniques de fabrication de diodes électroluminescentes (DEL) et des lampes à DEL. Pour augmenter le rendement d'une DEL haute puissance, il est proposé que l'émission de quanta provenant d'une puce s'effectue par des ouvertures ou des canaux spéciaux d'émission de lumière, et de fabriquer une DEL sous la forme d'une ampoule électrique. Afin d'augmenter l'angle solide sous lequel émet une DEL multipuce, il est proposé de disposer les puces dans différents plans, ainsi que dans le volume intérieur d'un support de puces qui n'est pas en contact direct avec le dispositif d'évacuation de chaleur (radiateur) de la DEL. Il est également proposé que le transfert de chaleur des puces de DEL vers le radiateur des DEL s'effectue au moyen d'un milieu de transfert de chaleur liquide, optiquement transparent, diélectrique. Afin que l'émission de lumière provenant des DEL et des lampes à DEL soit plus confortable pour l'œil, il est proposé de fabriquer des tulipes de support transparentes pour les lampes à DEL sur lesquelles les puces/DEL sont montées sur des substrats de dissipation de chaleur.
