Abstract
Изобретение относится к сфере конструкций и технологий производства светодиодов и светодиодных ламп. Для повышения КПД мощного светодиода предлагается осуществлять вывод квантов из чипа через специальные световыводящие отверстия/каналы. Предлагается изготовление светодиода в форм-факторе электрической лампы. Для увеличения телесного угла, в котором осуществляется излучение многокристального светодиода, предлагается размещение чипов в различных плоскостях и, соответственно, размещение чипов в объеме внутреннего пространства на держателе чипа, у которого отсутствует прямой тепловой контакт с теплоотводящим устройством (радиатором) светодиода. Отвод тепла от чипов светодиода к радиатору светодиода предлагается осуществлять посредством жидкого, оптически прозрачного, диэлектрического теплоносителя. Для повышения комфортности восприятия излучения светодиодов и светодиодных ламп предлагается изготовление несущих светопрозрачных колпаков для светодиодов-ламп и светодиодных ламп, на которые устанавливаются чипы/светодиоды на теплорассеивающих подложках.
