Abstract

L'invention porte sur un dispositif (BIR1; BIR2) destiné à nettoyer des surfaces intérieures de récipients, en particulier de tonneaux ou réservoirs, au moyen d'un fluide qui frappe les surfaces intérieures sous la forme d'au moins un jet de fluide. Le dispositif comporte une conduite de pression (6, 8, 9, 10, 12, 4), qui s'étend, d'une entrée de fluide (FE) du dispositif, en traversant le dispositif jusqu'à une région de buse (2) du dispositif, et une conduite d'aspiration (1a, 14b, 14a, 5), qui s'étend d'une région d'aspiration (1) du dispositif à une sortie de fluide (FA) du dispositif en traversant le dispositif lui-même. La sortie de fluide est placée à l'extérieur du récipient à nettoyer. La région de buse (2) ainsi que la région d'aspiration (1) du dispositif sont disposées à l'intérieur du récipient à nettoyer. Selon l'invention, à l'entrée de fluide (FE) peut être raccordée une source de fluide, qui fournit une pression de fluide et un débit de fluide et, pendant l'opération de nettoyage du dispositif, auquel la source de fluide est raccordée, aussi bien l'énergie de circulation d'un jet de fluide sortant d'un trou de buse que l'énergie d'aspiration au niveau d'un trou d'aspiration sont fournies par la source de fluide raccordée à l'entrée de fluide. La région de buse (2) est formée par une tête de buse (2a) ou tête de pulvérisation, qui présente au moins un trou de buse et qui est montée rotative dans la première conduite de pression (6, 8, 9, 10, 12, 4) et entraînée en rotation par l'énergie potentielle et/ou cinétique du fluide provenant de la source de fluide qui peut être raccordée.
