Abstract

본 발명은 무선 통신 시스템에 대한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 상향링크 제어정보를 송수신하는 방법 및 장치가 개시된다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 무선 통신 시스템에서 단말이 확인응답 정보를 전송하는 방법은, M(M≥1)개의 하향링크 서브프레임을 포함하는 하향링크 서브프레임 세트에서의 하향링크 전송에 대한 확인응답 정보가 전송될 PUCCH(Physical Uplink Control CHannel) 포맷 및 자원을 결정하는 단계; 및 하나의 상향링크 서브프레임에서 상기 PUCCH 포맷 및 자원을 이용해서 상기 확인응답 정보를 전송하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다. 여기서, 상기 단말에게 하나의 서빙 셀이 설정될 수 있다. 또한, 상기 결정하는 단계에서 상기 하향링크 서브프레임 세트 내에서 SPS(Semi-Persistent Scheduling) 해제 PDCCH(Physical Downlink Control CHannel)가 존재하지 않고, 상기 하향링크 서브프레임 세트 내에서 DAI(Downlink Assignment Index) 값이 1 인 대응 PDCCH의 검출에 의해 지시(indicate)되는 하나의 PDSCH(Physical Downlink Shared CHannel)가 존재하는 경우에, PUCCH 포맷 1a/1b 를 이용하는 것으로 결정하고, 상기 전송하는 단계에서 상기 PUCCH 포맷 1a/1b 를 이용하여 상기 확인응답 정보가 전송될 수 있다.
