背景技术
糖类物质,如淀粉等是人类生命活动的主要能量来源。淀粉等糖类物质作为食物进入胃肠道后,先被酶水解生成葡萄糖,然后再被吸收。葡萄糖进入细胞后,在一系列酶的催化下,发生分解代谢过程
― 主要是无氧分解过程,即糖酵解。在糖酵解阶段,葡萄糖分解代谢成丙酮酸。然后进入三羧酸循环,最终分解成 CO2 和
H2O
,并产生大量的能量。显然,作为能量物质的糖类物质(如淀粉等)从摄入体内到产生出能量,需要经过一个比较长的过程。特别是在葡萄糖分解代谢的开始阶段,还需要对葡萄糖分子进行活化,即葡萄糖在酶催化下,与细胞内的高能分子

现有的饮品大多数是含有各种糖类物质,由于作为能量物质的糖类物质(如淀粉等)从摄入体内到产生出能量,需要经过一个比较长的过程。因此现有的饮品不能快速补充人体能量和恢复疲劳。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有快速补充人体能量的饮品存在的不足,提供一种能快速补充人体能量和恢复疲劳的饮品及其制备方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种用于补充人体能量和恢复疲劳的饮品 ,其特点是含有 6- 磷酸葡萄糖。 6-
磷酸葡萄糖是高能的活性分子,在体内能迅速产生能量,因此能快速为人体补充能量和恢复疲劳。
在上述 饮品中 ,还可以添加 葡萄糖、钠、钾或镁离子中的一种或若干种。上述成分
的组合,能够充分发挥其协同作用,有效地发挥快速补充能量,恢复疲劳。同时能够为机体及时补充钾、钠和镁离子,具有维持机体的酸碱平衡,提高免疫力作用。
其各组分的重量百分数比例范围为: 6- 磷酸葡萄糖 1 -10% , 葡萄糖 5-10% 、 氯化 纳 0.5-0.9% 、 氯化 钾 0.01-0.05%
和 氯化 镁离子 0-0.01% , 余量物质为水。当然还可以根据需要添加适量 调味剂和其他添加剂。
本发明应用传统酶(游离酶)催化技术或固定化酶催化技术,以 ATP 为磷酸化剂,将葡萄糖转化成 6-
磷酸葡萄糖。 具体包括如下步骤: 将葡萄糖、 ATP 和氯化镁混合后,加入水,调节 pH 为 5-7 ,在 磷酸己糖激酶 催化下,保温 35-40℃ ,经过
3-7 小时反应,得到含 6- 磷酸葡萄糖的混合溶液。 将 6- 磷酸葡萄糖的混合溶液经过超滤、阴离子层析、阳 离子层析后,再经过洗脱和浓缩,得到 6-
磷酸葡萄糖营养液原液。将 6- 磷酸葡萄糖营养液原液添加其他组分后,即成为 饮品 。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明的发明点在于克服现有饮品的不足,直接为人体提供 6-
磷酸葡萄糖高能活性物质,实现快速为人体补充能量和恢复疲劳的目的。同时,在饮品 中添加适量的葡萄糖、纳、钾和镁离子等。上述成分
的组合,能够充分发挥其协同作用,有效地发挥快速补充能量,恢复疲劳。同时能够为机体及时补充钾、钠和镁离子,具有维持机体的酸碱平衡,提高免疫力作用。
本发明通过动物抗疲劳实验证明, 6- 磷酸葡萄糖营养液对小鼠具有显著和快速的抗疲劳的作用。通过人体运动疲劳试验证明, 6-
磷酸葡萄糖营养液能快速为试验人员提供能量和恢复运动疲劳。 通过 动物试验证明, 6- 磷酸葡萄糖营养液无毒副作用,作为饮品是安全的。
具体实施方式
实施例 1 : 6- 磷酸葡萄糖营养液的制备
( 1 )传统酶法制备 6- 磷酸葡萄糖营养液
在 1000ml 的烧瓶中加入 6g ATP , 20g 葡萄糖和 2g 氯化镁,在 pH 6.5 和
38 ℃ 保温条件下,加入磷酸己糖激酶 2mg ,保温反应 4 小时。反应结束后,用 6K 超滤膜过滤,收集滤液。然后用 Cl 型阴离子层析柱回收 ATP 和
ADP 。再用 Na 型阳离子层析柱去除部分 Mg2 + 后,经过浓缩,得到约含 5% 6- 磷酸葡萄糖和 5%
葡萄糖溶液。最后,加入适当量的 KCl 、 NaCl 、维生素 C 和调味用浓缩果汁,配制成 6- 磷酸葡萄糖营养液。
( 2 )固相酶法制备 6- 磷酸葡萄糖营养液
与传统酶法制备 6-
磷酸葡萄糖营养液过程基本相同。不同之处是用固定化的磷酸己糖激酶代替纯磷酸己糖激酶。
实施例 2 : 6- 磷酸葡萄糖营养液抗疲劳的动物实验
( 1 )实验材料:
实验样品 : 10% 的六磷酸葡萄糖溶液, 10% 葡萄糖溶液。
实验动物:昆明种小白鼠(雄性) 21 只,体重 20±2g ,周龄约 3 周。
实验器材:游泳池( 45cm ×35cm×35cm ),计时器
( 2 )实验方法 :
小鼠随机分为 3 组:空白对照组、六磷酸葡萄糖组、葡萄糖组,每组 7 只。各组分别灌胃给以生理盐水,
10% 的六磷酸葡萄糖溶液, 10% 葡萄糖溶液。每组小鼠在给药前先进行负重游泳(方法见后),使其体力耗竭,随后立即灌胃给药, 30
分钟后再次进行负重游泳,记录游泳时间。
负重游泳实验:每只小鼠在其尾部的相同位置固定一个重量约为小鼠体重 5%
的铁圈,随后将小鼠置于水池中进行游泳,按下秒表开始记录时间,当小鼠沉没在水下 8 秒时则为该小鼠游泳结束时间。
实验结果:

),实验结果显示:六磷酸葡萄糖对小鼠具有抗疲劳的作用。
实施例 3 : 6- 磷酸葡萄糖营养液快速恢复运动疲劳试验
( 1 )试验对象:参加本次试验的为自愿参加试验的大学研究生,人数为 20 人,其中男女比例为 10:10
,年龄均为 23~30 岁。试验时间为 2010 年 9 月初,当天气温为 34 ℃ 。试验者在体育场慢跑 1000 米
。结果表现出有口渴、口苦、烦躁不安、头晕和疲劳感明显的有 14 人。上述症状较轻的有 6 人。
( 2 )试验方法:选取疲劳感明显的 14 人参加试验。每人慢跑 1000 米 后,就地休息, 10
分钟内每人饮一瓶 300 ml 饮料。参加试验人员分为 3 组,第 1 组为 5 人,饮用含 5% 6- 磷酸葡萄糖 + 5% 葡萄糖营养液营养液;第 2
组为 5 人,饮用 10% 葡萄糖溶液;第 2 组为 4 人,饮用市场购买的蒸馏水。 20
分钟后,填写调查表。调查表内容包括:口渴、口苦、烦躁不安、头晕和疲劳恢复感觉。
( 3 )试验调查结果:第 1 组试验者在口渴和疲劳方面恢复感觉明显。第 1
组试验者也有效果,但显效较慢。第 3 组试验者在疲劳恢复感觉方面不明显。
实施例 4 : 6- 磷酸葡萄糖营养液安全性试验
取体重为 20 克 左右的小鼠随机分 4 组,每组 10 只小鼠,分别用生理盐水、 10% 6-
磷酸葡萄糖营养液 10ml/kg. 天, 10% 6- 磷酸葡萄糖营养液 20ml/kg. 天, 10% 6- 磷酸葡萄糖营养液 30ml/kg.
天,灌胃处理, 观察 14 天,结果未见任何试验组小鼠死亡,生存状态良好。证明本发明的 6- 磷酸葡萄糖营养液无毒副作用,作为饮品是安全的。

- 如权利要求 2 所述的 饮品 ,其特征在于所述 饮品由如下重量百分数的组分组成 : 6- 磷酸葡萄糖 1-10% , 葡萄糖 5-10% 、氯化 纳 0.5-0.9% 、 氯化 钾 0.01-0.05% 、 氯化 镁离子 0-0.01 、余量为水 %
- 如权利要求 3 所述的 饮品 ,其特征在于所述 饮品由如下重量百分数的组分组成: 6- 磷酸葡萄糖 1-10% , 葡萄糖 5-10% 、 氯化 纳 0.5-0.9% 、 氯化 钾 0.01-0.05% 、 氯化 镁离子 0-0.01% 、调味剂、其他添加剂和水。
- 权利要求 1 所述饮品的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤: 将葡萄糖、 ATP 和氯化镁混合后,加入水,调节 pH 为 5-7 ,在 磷酸己糖激酶 催化下,保 温 35-40℃ , 经过 3-7 小时反应,得到含 6- 磷酸葡萄糖的混合溶液。
- 如权利要求 5 所述的制备方法,其特征在于:将 6- 磷酸葡萄糖的混合溶液经过超滤、阴离子层析、阳离子层析后,再经过洗脱和浓缩,得到 6- 磷酸葡萄糖营养液原液。
- 如权利要求 6 所述的制备方法,其特征在于:将 6- 磷酸葡萄糖营养液原液添加其他组分后,即成为饮品。
- 6- 磷酸葡萄糖在制备用于 补充人体能量和恢复疲劳的药品或保健品或食品中的应用。
