[0002] 在已有技术中,强制风冷式发动机机体底座结构中,风扇压送过来的冷却空气都 没有能有效的照顾到机体的底座,也是因为以往机体本身的结构没有办法满足的原因。 加 上风冷式发动机润滑油的容量是有限的,机体底座又没有得到有效、充分的冷却导致了本 來温度就很高的润滑油温度没有得到改善。 特别是一些特别紧凑的发动机,这矛盾更加明 显。 这样在长时间的工作中润滑油的品质将很快的失去了原本的润滑性能,润滑油的工作 寿命将大打折扣,使用周期也就因而缩短,经济效益降低。 发明内容
[0003] 本发明的目的在于克服上述不足之处,从而提供一种风冷式发动机机体的底座冷 却结构,该冷却结构能将冷却空气有组织地导向各个散热片,对润滑油的冷却起到很大的 加强作用,降低了润滑油的温度,延长了润滑油的使用寿命。
[0004] 按照本发明提供的技术方案,风冷式发动机机体的底座冷却结构包括发动机 ¾1体 底座;特征是:所述发动机机体底座上布置有散热片在所述发动机机体底座的后端面布置 有进风口,前端面布置有出风口。
[0005] 所述发动机机体底座旁边上布置有能给润滑油起散热作用的支撑柱, 支撑柱为 中空的迎风面为开口结构。 所述发动机机体底座上设置有带一定角度的斜面。

Claims
1. 一种风冷式发动机机体的底座冷却结构,包括发动机机体底座(3 );其特征是:所述 发动机机体底座( 3 )上布置有散热片( 2 ),在所述发动机机体底座( 3 )的后端面布置有进风 口( 1 ),前端面布置有出风口( 4 )。
2.根据权利要求 1所述的风冷式发动机机体的底座冷却结构,其特征在于所述的发动 机机体底座(3 )旁边上布置有支撑柱(5)。
3.根据权利要求 1所述的风冷式发动机机体的底座冷却结构,其特征在于所述的支撑 柱(5 )为中空的迎风面为开口结构。
4.根据权利要求 1所述的风冷式发动机机体的底座冷却结构,其特征在于所述的发动 机机体底座(3 )上设置有斜面。
