本发明涉及色彩分析技术领域,尤其是指一种对溶液的色彩分析方法及系统。
背景技术
色彩分析是对物体的颜色进行检测和分析。现在的技术应用是对物体表面、以反射方式进行检测获取数据。对液体的检测也是设置特别装置形成反射光路对液体进行检测。
对液体的颜色测定也有使用比色法的,该方法测定的是有色样品的光谱反射率或透射率,并依此数据进行单一比较计算。
发明内容
本发明公开了一种对溶液的色彩分析方法及系统。所述色彩分析方法及系统包括:样品取样及制备、数据检测获取、数据储存、数据处理、数据显示。该发明的方法及系统可对固体、液体、气体等物质进行色彩分析。
样品取样及制备,用于对样品获取和制备成检测溶液;
数据检测获取,用于检测获取被检测样品的数据;
数据储存,用于数据检测获取的数据、数据处理的数据进行储存,并建立数据库;
数据处理,用于数据检测获取的数据、数据储存的数据进行处理;
数据显示,用于数据检测获取的数据、数据储存的数据、数据处理的数据进行显示。
本发明应用了化学分析技术、计算机技术。对固体、液体、气体等物质取样制备成溶液后,可对溶液样品以透射方式直接检测,不需设置特殊检测装置。检测获取的光谱数据,应用CIE(International Commission on Illumination)(国际照明委员会)标准体系及其修正和发展的算法进行计算分析,有X、Y、Z、L、a、b、△L、△a、△b、△Cc、△H、△Cs、△E等参数,并对检测样品进行分析、匹配、优化处理和定性、定量分析。

实施例1:取固体物A,制备成溶液,置于分光光度计中检测,检测数据于计算机系统中计算分析并输出结果。
实施例2:取液体物B,制备成溶液,置于分光光度计中检测,检测数据于计算机系统中计算分析并输出结果。
实施例3:取气体物C,制备成溶液,置于分光光度计中检测,检测数据于计算机系统中计算分析并输出结果。

Claims (8)

1、一种对溶液的色彩分析方法及系统。其特征在于,所述方法及系统包括:
样品取样及制备,用于对样品获取和制备成检测溶液;
数据检测获取,用于检测获取被检测样品的数据;
数据储存,用于数据检测获取的数据、数据处理的数据进行储存,并建立数据库;
数据处理,用于数据检测获取的数据、数据储存的数据进行处理;
数据显示,用于数据检测获取的数据、数据储存的数据、数据处理的数据进行显示。
2、如权力要求1所述的方法及系统,其特征在于,所述样品取样及制备:
包括样品为固态、液态、气态一种或多种混合形态物质;
包括取得样品为原样或经制备成溶液状态;
包括样品制备的方法包括物理方法和化学方法;
包括样品制备使用的溶剂包括有机溶剂和非有机溶剂;
3、如权力要求1所述的方法及系统,其特征在于,所述数据检测获取:
被检测的溶液包括原液和经制备处理后的液体;
检测获取的光谱包括红外、紫外、可见光谱范围;
检测获取的光学方式包括透射方式和反射方式;
检测获取的方法包括分光光度法和光电积分法。

包括对数据检测获取的数据进行储存;
包括对数据处理的数据及数据处理结果进行储存;
包括提供储存的数据给数据处理应用;
包括数据库的建立。

包括对数据的计算、分析、匹配、优化的算法;
包括对检测样品的定性、定量分析的算法;
包括CIE(International Commission on Illumination)(国际照明委员会)标准体系及其修正和发展的算法;
包括与上述数据相关的图型、表格。

包括数据检测获取、数据储存、数据处理的数据显示;
数据显示方式包括数据显示输出、打印输出。
