Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif chirurgical (1) d'extraction de pièces chirurgicales pour isoler, contenir et extraire un tissu corporel de l'intérieur du corps, lequel dispositif est conçu pour réduire le volume des pièces chirurgicales par augmentation de leur consistance et moulage de celles-ci avec une forme allongée au moyen d'un mécanisme d'insufflation puis extraction de fluide. Pour ce faire, le dispositif chirurgical (1) est équipé d'une poche (5) à double épaisseur, et il comprend également, d'une part, des moyens d'insufflation et d'aspiration (8) qui permettent de compacter l'échantillon et de le mouler dans une forme allongée, et d'autre part, des moyens d'adaptation (9) qui permettent de dilater graduellement la paroi abdominale au diamètre maximum de l'échantillon allongé, au moment de l'extraction de l'échantillon, réduisant ainsi la nécessité d'agrandir les incisions chirurgicales et réduisant la période de récupération.
