Abstract

L'invention concerne une vanne angulaire pour drain avec fermeture externe à actionnement manuel, comprenant un corps principal formé à partir d'une vanne, laquelle est constituée par un corps récepteur unique coulé définissant intérieurement une chambre communicante avec sortie située 90° par rapport au centre et entrée alignée avec le centre, chacune étant pourvue extérieurement d'une bride de fixation de sortie, le diamètre de l'entrée étant abruptement augmenté de manière à former une cavité de logement dont le berceau reçoit un anneau de caoutchouc carré, au-dessus duquel se trouvent des garnitures comprimées au moyen d'une douille de centrage, laquelle est fixée au moyen de vis sur la bride de serrage disposée à l'extrémité opposée à l'entrée, ladite douille de centrage recevant un axe longitudinal de commande possédant un contre-siège de rodage, l'extrémité opposée possédant un profil hexagonal où vient s'accoupler une poignée d'actionnement formée par des tiges de guidage disposées de manière équidistante à 120°, dont la fixation est assurée par un écrou de protection, l'axe longitudinal de commande étant lubrifié au moyen d'une graisse située dans le corps récepteur.
