Abstract

L'invention concerne un château à boîtier réducteur/actionneur pour vannes angulaires à 45°, 90° et 180°, passage droit avec fermeture interne et externe, comprenant un corps principal formé à partir d'un château, dont la partie inférieure présente une base rectangulaire pour fixation sur la base du corps d'une vanne, au moyen de boulons prisonniers, au-dessus desquels se trouve une plaque déflectrice pourvue d'un trou traversant doté d'un anneau d'étanchéité, ledit château, sur sa face frontale et arrière, présentant des couvercles articulés au niveau de sa partie inférieure, avec fermeture par pression, la partie supérieure du château recevant, insérée à partir de la partie inférieure, une douille dotée d'un filetage partiel et bloquée par une cheville, accouplée sur des roulements au-dessus desquels se trouve une couronne à dents coniques hélicoïdales fixée par cheville et comprimée par écrou de fixation, à vissage dans le filetage partiel. Au niveau de la partie supérieure de la douille se trouve un écrou de blocage dans lequel est inséré un axe formant tige mis en mouvement par un levier de couple fixé sur une tige télescopique, la couronne étant actionnée par un pignon dont l'axe de commande est accouplé à un volant amovible en vue d'un fonctionnement par élément de couple pneumatique/moteur électrique/hydraulique et pneumatique, le support anti-couple pour recevoir l'élément de couple pneumatique étant fixé sur l'enveloppe du boîtier réducteur, lequel est fixé au moyen de vis sur la bride circulaire disposée sur la partie supérieure du château.
