Abstract

L'invention porte sur un château comportant une boîte de réducteur/actionneur pour vannes d'angle à 45°, 90° et 180° à passage droit, avec roue d'impact, fermeture intérieure et extérieure, la section inférieure du château possédant une base rectangulaire pour la fixation à la structure de base d'une vanne, et sur laquelle il y a une plaque déflectrice qui présente un trou de passage portant une bague d'étanchéité, et le château possédant des couvercles articulés, les couvercles ayant une fermeture à pression, cependant que la section supérieure du château a une bague réalisée avec des dents de verrouillage positionnées à 180°, et accouplée à des dispositifs situés dans la section supérieure de la couronne qui ont des dents hélicoïdales, coniques ; dans la section supérieure de la bague, il est prévu un écrou de verrouillage dans lequel est insérée une tige qui est mue par un levier soumis à un couple et inséré dans une tige télescopique, et la couronne est actionnée par un dispositif à pignon, l'axe de commande accouplé à une roue de robinet amovible, actionné par un moteur ou par un dispositif de couple pneumatique. Le support anti-couple reçoit le dispositif de couple pneumatique, le support étant inséré dans le châssis de la boîte de réducteur.
