Description

BESCHREIBUNG  DESCRIPTION
KUGELFÖRMIGER TRÄGERWURFKÖRPER BZW. TRÄGERWIRKKÖRPER BALL-SHAPED CARRIER BODY BZW. CARRIER ACTIVE BODY
The invention is concerned with a spherical active body, which releases after application at a closer distance, for example by hand, located therein sub-body. The sub-body may be substances such as irritants and / or agents for producing lightning and blast effects, as well as mist and color smoke, etc.
In actively affecting larger as well as smaller groups of humans, non-lethal agents, such as the use of irritants, are preferred. Irritants may be CS, CN, capsaicin, etc. Also pyrotechnic sentences or similar agents are brought into the vicinity of a target. It is important that the active ingredients themselves act only in a limited space and for a limited time.
Diverse Wurf- bzw. Diverse litter or irritation bodies of this type are disclosed in DE 10 2008 058 776 A1, DE 10 2004 059 991 B4 or DE 199 44 486 C2. Such Irritationskörper usually resemble the shape of a hand grenade and have a cylindrical container with several compartments for effective or effective loads, such. B. blast and / or lightning charges, on. The effect charges are ignited by means of a manually actuated ignition device and then spent by litter.
Alternative variants are the firing of the active agent by means of a weapon or a throwing device in the direction of the target, in particular if the throwing distance of a person to the target is too great. Known designs as a carrier are bombettes. A bombette is in practice a rigid cylindrically shaped firecracker of cardboard or tightly wrapped or bound paper. They can have a diameter of about 1, 5 to 6cm. Unlike fireworks bombs, however, bombettes have none own output or no propellant charge. They are fired from a frame with tubes, aluminum or plastic, and with a separate ejection charge. When firing a deceleration fuse is usually ignited, which in turn ignites a Zerlegaradung. Through this, the effect set is ignited and distributed. With a bombette applications are also applied, which often serve the non-lethal effect and people are just to irritate. Known missions of this kind are, for example, police operations with demonstrators. In this case, active bodies are fired by means of (special) weapons, which contain, for example in the case of irritant cartridges, in each case a certain amount of active substance, such as CS or CN, which are released in the target area. But also be spent active bodies such as a rubber ball, rubber crashing, rubber balancing, color markers, etc.
The invention therefore has the object to show a projectile or in particular thrown body of action, the range is increased.
The problem is solved by the patent claim 1. Advantageous embodiments can be found in the corresponding subclaims again.
The invention is based on the idea that it may be advantageous if the active or throwing body has a spherical shape, since this form itself builds up a smaller air resistance, as a cylindrical container.
Spheres of various applications themselves are sufficiently used in the prior art.
From DE 34 00 955 A1 discloses a bullet mine is already known, which is equipped with support point and Rollbewegungssensor to combat ground targets. The bullet is moved by impulse engines on the ground surface with the thrust for locomotion parallel to the ground surface.
A rollable body designated as an arm carrier, in particular for the approach of explosive or shaped charges to ground targets, is described in DE 35 35 337 A1. This has drive means for generating a drive torque about its roll axis and for generating a steering torque about its vertical axis. Other facilities are those for determining or controlling its direction of travel and the ignition. An irritation body preferably in spherical form is also disclosed in DE 102 59 913 A1. This is preferably done by hand, to then be offset in a sequence of highly accelerated rolling movements in random directions by means of integrated pulse engines. A device with a controllable explosive surface is taught by US 4,799,666A.
The invention is distinguished by the fact that the active or throwing body consists of a shell and a core. The shell has a plurality of holes or openings for receiving sub-bodies and in each case a hole for connecting the sub-body to the core. The sheath preferably has an elastically deformable outer surface. This can dampen the shocks and vibrations on impact after the litter. The core in turn serves to receive the ignition and, if provided, the delays and the sub-body. By absorbing the sub-body in the hard core these are protected against falling out, for example, in shocks and bumps. Of course, this also applies to the transport of the active or throwing body. Preferably, the shell is formed by a hollow sphere.
If the outer surface of the shell also has a structure (dimple), as is known, for example, in golf balls, a further increase in the range can be created.
The sub-bodies contain the pyrotechnic set (s) and in turn are driven by a (foreign) means from the holder of the core. The generated pulse then lets the sub-body (s) fly a few meters.
A uniform arrangement around the core also allows a relatively even distribution of the sub-body around the remaining projectile. In this distribution then the pyrotechnics, such. B. the bleaching of irritant gas. Due to the distribution, the small number and the small size of the sub-body, it is not possible for a close target person to remove the many sub-bodies sufficiently quickly to hinder their effect.
The sub-bodies may additionally be provided with a covering cap. On the one hand, this causes protection and sealing of the non-ignited active body. Furthermore, the caps attached to the sub-body produce an air resistance that prevents the flying Body (down) brakes. With a clever design of this cap while the air resistance can be adjusted so that the flight is not slowed down too much, the sub-body but not mutated into a bullet and thus a lethal danger.
Another advantage results from the fact that different pyrotechnic phrases can be incorporated in the sub-bodies of an active body, which causes the creation of a multifunctionally usable active or throwing body.
It is proposed that an active body, which can be spent as a projectile and its (throw) range is increased. The active body serves as a carrier for sub-bodies. These are - seen relative to the active body - small sub-body, which are carried in the target. In the target, these are preferably ejected from the active body with a time delay and distributed in a spatial area around the active body. In the sub-bodies then act the pyrotechnic sentences.
Es zeigt: Reference to an embodiment with drawing, the invention will be explained in more detail. It shows:
Fig. 1 is a schematic external view of a throwing body, Fig. 2 is a sectional view of the throwing body.
In Fig. 1, an active body 1 is shown, which has a predominantly spherical appearance. The active body 1 consists of a shell 2 and a core 3 (FIG. 2). The shell 2 has openings or holes 4, through which or in which sub-body 5 protrude, which thus serve to accommodate the sub-body 5. The shell 2 consists at least on the outer surface 6 of an elastically deformable material. Preferably, the shell 2 is formed by a hollow sphere which surrounds the core 3 circumferentially and thus securely holds in the shell 2. At 14, a cavity between the core 3 and the outer shell 2 is marked.
The core 3 has to partially accommodate the sub-body 5 holes 7, which are dimensioned according to the sub-body 5. The core 3 is formed by a material that can not only accommodate the sub-body 5, but also supports the hollow sphere or shell 2 itself such that it is not deformed on impact. As a rule, therefore, it is a hard material through which a hard core 3 forms. The core 3 also serves to accommodate the detonators and the delay (s). For this purpose, this core 3 an opening / a passage 12, which in turn is closed, for example, by a cap or blind plug 13, if necessary, both sides. Igniter and ignition delays are functionally connected via connections 8 with the sub-bodies 5. Meanwhile, the connection between the core 3 and the shell 2 can be made by a skilled profiling. In any case, the core 3 should be protected with the sub-body 5 to the ignition by the shell 2.
The sub-bodies 5 contain, in addition to the pyrotechnic set 9, a further means 10 at the interface to the core, through which the respective sub-body 5 is driven out of the holder 7 in the core 3. The generated pulse then lets the sub-body 5 fly a few meters.
In a preferred embodiment, the agent 10 is a certain amount of black powder. This powder, which was originally intended as an ignition aid, generates a repulsive force after its ignition, which forces the sub-body 5 out of the core 3.
In a preferred embodiment, the sub-body 5 in the shell 2 and outer surface 6 are evenly distributed around the core 3 (in Fig. 2, slightly indicated). This arrangement causes a uniform distribution of the inflamed sub-body 5 to the remaining projectile 1.
The sub-body 5 can be additionally provided with a covering cap 11. This offers protection as well as a way to adjust the air resistance.
It is understood that the active body 1 not only thrown but also by a weapon, such as air pressure weapon, can be spent. A range-controlled compressed air weapon describes, for example, the unpublished DE 10 2009 041 094 .5. This is especially intended for the near range (for example, 20-100m to the finish). Alternative types of transport for propellant-free active agents of the type described above are known in the art.
