Definitions
- the present invention relates to a muscular strength training apparatus that can effectively perform muscular strength training in a limited place such as on a bed or a bedside, and a muscular strength training method used therefor.
- Patent Document 1 a muscle training device using an oil damper has been developed.
- Patent Document 2 a muscle strength training device that controls a load applied to muscles in advance and applies resistance to movement independently of speed has been proposed. According to this, by performing program control in advance, it is possible to give the most preferable load pattern to the muscle in muscle strength training.
- JP 2006-296862 A Japanese Patent No. 3713046
- the present invention has been made in view of the above-described conventional situation, and can perform muscular strength training that acts on both flexion and extension even in a supine position, and has a simple structure and low manufacturing cost. At least one of providing training equipment is a problem to be solved.
- one end of the first member and one end of the second member are pivotally supported by a receiving shaft, and the first member and the first member The two members are connected via an oil damper.
- the first member and the second member are connected via the oil damper, so that the user can connect the first member and the second member to each other.
- the oil damper expands and contracts by repeatedly rotating around the receiving shaft by bending or extending the elbow joint or knee joint by gripping or wearing the joint.
- the resistance due to the oil damper increases as the rotational speed increases. For this reason, a moderate load can be given to a muscle according to a user's muscular strength.
- the muscular strength is reduced due to muscle fatigue, the resistance becomes small, so that an excessive load is not applied to the muscle and it is safe.
- no load is applied. For this reason, excessive force is not applied to joints and muscles, and safety is high.
- the resistance due to the oil damper acts on both flexion and extension, it is possible to comprehensively train various muscles of the upper limb, unlike an expander that works only with a tensile force.
- the oil damper is a relaxation device that can apply resistance according to the speed by using the viscosity of fluid (including oil, water, gas, etc.). It is also called “dashpot” or the like.
- the resistance due to the oil damper increases as the speed of bending and stretching the first member and the second member increases. For this reason, a moderate load can be given to a muscle according to a user's muscular strength.
- the muscular strength is reduced due to muscle fatigue, the resistance becomes small, so that an excessive load is not applied to the muscle.
- no load is applied. For this reason, excessive force is not applied to joints and muscles, and safety is high.
- muscle strength training can be performed in both cases of bending and extension.
- the first member and the second member are preferably T-shaped. If this is the case, perform various exercises such as squat exercises to repeat rotation around the receiving shaft while holding the first member and the second member by hand or holding them with the soles of the feet. Can do. Thereby, various muscles, such as an upper limb, a lower limb, and a trunk, can also be trained.
- one end of the first member and one end of the second member are pivotally supported by a receiving shaft, and the first member and the first member
- a muscle strength training device in which two members are connected via an oil damper, wherein the first member is mounted along a portion extending from the user's elbow joint or knee joint to the body side, The second member is mounted along a portion extending distally from the user's elbow joint or knee joint, and the movement of the elbow joint or knee joint is inhibited between the first member and the second member.
- the oil damper is disposed on the side opposite to the side on which the upper limb or the lower limb bends, and the axis of the oil damper is the center in the width direction of the upper limb or the lower limb. It is arranged along the line.
- the first member is mounted along a portion (that is, the upper arm or thigh) extending from the user's elbow joint or knee joint to the body side
- the second member is mounted along a portion (that is, the forearm or the lower leg) that extends distally from the user's elbow joint or knee joint. Since the first member and the second member are pivotally mounted so that the movement of the elbow joint or knee joint is not hindered, the user can move the elbow joint or knee joint after mounting. .
- the first member and the second member are connected via an oil damper, when the user flexes or extends the elbow joint or the knee joint, the resistance of the oil damper is reduced. You must demonstrate the power to resist. For this reason, the user can perform muscular strength improvement training by flexing and stretching the upper limb or the lower limb.
- the oil damper since the oil damper is on the side opposite to the side where the elbow joint or knee joint is bent, the oil damper does not interfere with training even when the upper limb or the lower limb is bent. None become. In particular, when the muscle strength training device of the present invention is worn on the lower limb, the oil damper does not get in the way even when sitting on a chair or lying on a bed while being worn.
- the axis of the oil damper is arranged along the center line in the width direction of the upper limb or the lower limb (in other words, the axis of the oil damper is offset from the center line in the width direction of the upper limb or the lower limb). Force) such as twisting strength training equipment and upper and lower limbs does not work.
- the load is reduced when the muscular strength is reduced due to muscle fatigue, and when the operation is stopped, the load is not applied and the safety is high.
- Strength training that affects both extension can be performed, the structure is simple, and the manufacturing cost is low.
- the resistance value of the oil damper is adjustable in the strength training device according to the third aspect. If it is like this, an appropriate load according to a user's muscular strength can be given to a muscle.
- the oil damper is arranged along the second member in the strength training device according to the third or fourth aspect. Since the second member is located farther from the body, if the oil damper is disposed along the second member, the oil damper is unlikely to obstruct muscle training.
- the strength training device is the strength training device according to the first aspect, wherein the first member is mounted along the shin from the user's ankle, and the second member is the user.
- the first member and the second member are mounted so as to be able to bend so that the bending and stretching operations of the ankle joint are not hindered, and the oil damper is bent at the ankle. Further, the axial center of the oil damper is arranged along the center line in the width direction of the calf.
- the first member is worn along the shin from the user's ankle, and the second member is worn along the sole of the user. Since the first member and the second member are pivotally attached so that the ankle joint bending and stretching operations are not hindered, the user can further bend and ankle joint bending and stretching operations after wearing. Since the first member and the second member are connected via an oil damper, when the user bends or extends the ankle joint, it exerts a force that resists the resistance of the oil damper. There must be. Therefore, the user can simultaneously perform training for improving the strength of the triceps surae muscle and the anterior tibial muscle by flexing and stretching the ankle joint.
- the resistance due to the oil damper increases as the speed of bending and stretching the first member and the second member increases. For this reason, a moderate load can be given to a muscle according to a user's muscular strength. In addition, when the muscular strength is reduced due to muscle fatigue, the resistance becomes small, so that an excessive load is not applied to the muscle. Also, when the operation is stopped, no load is applied. For this reason, excessive force is not applied to joints and muscles, and safety is high. Furthermore, resistance by the oil damper acts on both flexion and extension, so in both cases muscle strength training can be performed,
- the axis of the oil damper is disposed along the center line in the width direction of the calf (in other words, the axis of the oil damper is not disposed at a position offset from the center line in the width direction of the calf. Therefore, excessive force, such as strength training equipment and twisting upper and lower limbs, does not work.
- the muscle strength training device of the sixth aspect when the muscular strength decreases due to muscle fatigue, the muscle is not excessively loaded and is safe. In addition, when the operation is stopped, no load is applied and the safety is high, muscle strength training that acts on both bending and extension can be performed, the structure is simple, and the manufacturing cost is low.
- the oil damper is disposed along the first member. This makes it difficult for the oil damper to interfere with strength training.
- a strength training device is the strength training device according to the first aspect, and is a strength training device for training both the left and right lower limbs at the same time.
- a pair of left and right first members mounted along a portion extending toward the body side, and a pair of left and right second members mounted along a portion extending distally from the user's knee joints
- the first member and the second member are pivotally attached so that the movement of the knee joint is not hindered, and the pair of left and right first members are connected to each other by a first connector.
- the pair of left and right second members are connected to each other by a second connector, and the first connector and the second connector are connected via an oil damper. It is characterized by.

- the muscle strength training apparatus is configured such that one end of the first lever 301 and one end of the second lever 302 made of a long plate made of aluminum alloy are rotated by the receiving shaft 303.
- the other end of the first lever 301 and the other end of the second lever 302 are covered with rubber handles 304 and 305.
- a mounting convex portion 306 protrudes inward from the first lever 301 at a position slightly closer to the handle 304 side from the center of the first lever 301, and one end of the oil damper 307 is provided on the mounting convex portion 306. Is rotatably attached by a screw 308 and a nut 309.
- a mounting convex portion 310 is provided so as to protrude inward from the second lever 302, and the other end of the oil damper 307 is provided on the mounting convex portion 310.
- the oil damper 307 includes a cylinder 307a and a shaft 307b.
- the oil damper 307 expands and contracts by holding the handles 304 and 305 and repeating the rotation about the receiving shaft 303.
- the resistance due to the oil damper 307 increases as the rotational speed increases. For this reason, a moderate load can be given to a muscle according to a user's muscular strength. Further, when the muscular strength is reduced due to muscle fatigue, the resistance becomes small, so that an excessive load is not applied to the muscle and it is safe. Also, when the operation is stopped, no load is applied. For this reason, excessive force is not applied to joints and muscles, and safety is high. Furthermore, since the resistance caused by the oil damper 307 acts on both flexion and extension, it is possible to comprehensively train various muscles of the upper limb, unlike an expander that works only with a tensile force.
- a handle 313 is formed at one end of the first lever 301 and the second lever 302 at a substantially right angle with the lever. 314 may be attached.
- the handle 313 of the first lever 301 can be held with both hands, the handle 314 of the second lever 302 can be stepped on and fixed, and the squat motion can be performed so as to repeat the rotation about the receiving shaft 303. .
- a handle 313 is formed at one end of the first lever 301 and the second lever 302 at a substantially right angle with the lever. While attaching 314, you may provide the annular parts 315 and 316 which can insert a toe in the handle
- the strength training device of the seventh embodiment has an attachment member 420 that is bolted and protrudes into a U shape at one end of a first lever 401 made of an aluminum alloy long tube material.
- the mounting member 420 and one end of the second lever 402 are pivotally supported by a receiving shaft 403 so as to be rotatable.
- Handles 404 and 405 are attached to the other end of the first lever 401 and the other end of the second lever 402 so as to form a T shape at right angles to each lever.
- a mounting projection 406 is provided at the approximate center of the second lever 402 so as to protrude outward from the second lever 402, and one end of an oil damper 407 is rotated by a screw 408 and a nut 409 on the mounting projection 406. It is mounted movably.
- the other end of the oil damper 407 is rotatably attached to the attachment member 420 by a screw 411 and a nut 412.
- the oil damper 407 includes a cylinder 407a and a shaft 407b.
- the oil damper 407 is attached to the first lever 401 and the second lever 402 on the side opposite to the exerciser, and therefore does not obstruct the exercise. .
- various exercises see FIG. 17 can be performed, and the same effect by the exercise can be obtained.
- the muscle strength training device As shown in FIG. 18, the muscle strength training device according to the eighth embodiment is configured such that one end of the first lever 501 and one end of the second lever 502 are rotated by the rotary damper 507 while applying a braking force to the rotational motion by viscous resistance. It is pivotally supported. Handles 504 and 505 are attached to the other end of the first lever 501 and the other end of the second lever 502 so as to form a T shape at right angles to each lever.
- the cylindrical rotary damper 507 is used instead of the long oil damper. Therefore, the damper interferes with the exercise when the muscle strength training is performed. There is an advantage that it is difficult.
- Example 9 In the muscle strength training apparatus according to the ninth embodiment, an oil damper 607 is inserted into the first lever 601 as shown in FIG.
- the tip of the shaft 607 b of the oil damper 607 is pivotally supported via the tip of the second lever 602 and a bearing 608.
- One end of the link member 610 is pivotally supported near the tip of the second lever 602 via a bearing 609, and the other end of the link member 610 has a bearing 611 near the tip of the first lever 601. It is pivotally supported via the shaft.
- Handles 604 and 605 are attached to one end of the first lever 601 and the second lever 602 opposite to the bearing 608 so as to form a T shape at right angles to the levers.
- the oil damper 607 since the oil damper 607 is inserted into the first lever 601, the oil damper 607 obstructs the exercise when the muscle strength training is performed. There is an advantage that there is nothing.
- the strength training devices of the seventh, eighth, and ninth embodiments have a movable shaft that is not fixed. The trajectory becomes free. For this reason, by performing the same actions as those in daily life, various kinds of strength training to mobilize muscles of upper limbs, trunk and lower limbs at the same time or separately by using only one device. Can do. Specific examples of those strength training methods are shown below.
- a strain gauge for example, a strain gauge
