Abstract
Description
−ペダルの回転軸から所定距離離間して配置された一方向性力センサに、または、
−ペダルの回転軸に配置された(すなわち、足首の関節の屈曲−伸長回転に位置合わせされた)トルクセンサに、
接続されている。
(i)特に互いに電気的に接続されたアクチュエータ及びトルクセンサを有するパワーユニット、及び、
(ii)コンピュータによって制御された制御ユニット、
からなる。
a)第1部分に取り付けられた主本体と、
b)主本体に固定された対応支持素子と、
c)不動化手段を用いて下肢を不動化したときに足の下面のための支持面を形成する硬質プレートであって、硬質プレートが対応支持素子に対してほぼ静止している、硬質プレートと、
d)プレートと対応支持素子との間に挿入された力センサと、
を備える。
−転動または摺動トラックと、
−転動または摺動部材と、
をさらに有する。
−第1部分に位置付けられた1対の格納式ナットと、
−第2部分の主本体に形成された複数の調整穴部と、
を備える。
−ユーザUの足を所定位置で維持するための2つの再配置可能な粘着取付ストラップ、
−足首の移動を阻止するために力プラットフォームに取り付けられた他の相補的な再配置可能な粘着取付ストラップであって、一方が踵の後を通過し、他方が足首の関節の前方を通過する、粘着取付ストラップ、
のような1組のストラップ26を設けることが可能である。
Claims (14)
- ユーザ(U)の下肢における足首(C)の運動に関与する筋肉が前記足首(C)の関節にかけた力を計測するための足首タイプのエルゴメータ(100)であって、
当該エルゴメータ(100)が、ブーツとして現れており、
−前記ユーザ(U)の膝が伸長状態にあるときに前記下肢を受けることができる添木タイプの第1部分(10)であって、前記膝が伸長状態にある状態で前記下肢を不動化するように構成された不動化手段(11)を備える、第1部分と、
−第2部分(20)であって、
a)前記第1部分(10)に取り付けられた主本体(21)と、
b)前記主本体(21)に固定された対応支持素子(22)と、
c)前記不動化手段(11)を用いて前記下肢を不動化したときに足の下面のための支持面を形成する硬質プレート(23)であって、当該硬質プレート(23)が前記対応支持素子(22)に対してほぼ静止している、硬質プレートと、
d)前記プレート(23)と前記対応支持素子(22)との間に挿入された力センサ(24)と、
を備え、
前記プレート(23)が、前記主本体(21)に固定されておらず、それにより、前記センサ(24)が、前記足首(C)の運動に関与する筋肉が前記プレート(23)の前記支持面にかけた力を計測でき、前記力が、前記プレート(23)から前記対応支持素子(22)に伝達されることを特徴とするエルゴメータ。 - 前記力センサ(24)が、前記ユーザ(U)の前記足の底屈及び/または背屈中にかけられた力を計測するための3Dセンサタイプであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエルゴメータ。
- 前記力センサ(24)が、力及び力モーメントを三次元で計測できる力モーメントセンサであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のエルゴメータ。
- −転動または摺動トラック(30)と、
−前記主本体(21)に直接的にまたは間接的に取り付けられた転動または摺動部材(40)であって、当該部材(40)が前記主本体(21)と前記トラック(30)との間の摩擦を制限するために前記トラック(30)と協働できる、転動または摺動部材と、
を有することを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のエルゴメータ。 - 前記部材(40)が、前記主本体(21)を前記トラック(30)に対して転動させるためのローラを備えることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のエルゴメータ。
- 前記部材(40)が、平坦接触面(41)を備え、
前記トラック(30)が、厚板(31)を有し、前記厚板が、当該厚板にわたって均一に分布する複数のビーズ(32)を有することを特徴とする請求項4に記載のエルゴメータ。 - 前記プレート(23)が、当該プレートの横方向縁部に補強素子(23a、23b)を備え、前記補強素子が、前記プレート(23)に対して垂直に延在していることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載のエルゴメータ。
- 前記不動化手段(11)が、前記ユーザ(U)の前記下肢を不動化したままとするための1組のストラップを備えることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載のエルゴメータ。
- 前記第2部分(20)が、前記ユーザ(U)の前記足を受けるための靴(25)を備え、
前記靴(25)が、前記プレートに取り付けられており、それにより、前記ユーザ(U)の前記足を前記プレート(23)に固定したままとすることを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載のエルゴメータ。 - 前記第1部分(10)に対する前記第2部分(20)の角度位置を調整するように構成された第1調整手段(50)、いわゆる角度調整手段を有することを特徴とする請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載のエルゴメータ。
- 前記角度調整手段(50)が、
−前記第1部分(10)に位置付けられた1対の格納式ナット(51)と、
−前記第2部分(20)の前記主本体(21)に形成された複数の調整穴部(52)と、
を備え、
前記ナット(51)が、前記第1部分(10)に対する前記第2部分(20)の角度位置を調整してロックするために前記調整穴部(52)内に導入されることができることを特徴とする請求項10に記載のエルゴメータ。 - 前記第2部分(20)に対する前記第1部分(10)の高さを調整するように構成された第2調整手段(60)、いわゆる高さ調整手段を有することを特徴とする請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載のエルゴメータ。
- 前記足首の運動に関与する筋肉がかけた力を判断するために前記センサ(24)から計測信号を受信して処理することができる計算処理ユニットを有することを特徴とする請求項1から12のいずれか1項に記載のエルゴメータ。
- 起立姿勢を維持する人の能力を評価するために力試験を患者に行うための、特に人に直立姿勢及び/または活動を取り戻すことを可能とするための、請求項1から13のいずれか1項に記載のエルゴメータの使用。
