Claims (8)
- 旋回動自在な旋回台を備え、前記旋回台を油圧駆動式の旋回油圧モータおよび電気駆動式の旋回電動モータを組み合わせて旋回駆動する制御を行う旋回駆動制御装置であって、
前記旋回油圧モータに駆動用の作動油を供給する油圧ポンプと、
前記油圧ポンプから前記旋回油圧モータへの作動油の供給制御を行う作動油供給制御バルブと、
前記旋回電動モータに駆動用の電力を供給する電力供給源と、
前記電力供給源から前記旋回電動モータへの電力供給制御を行う電力供給制御装置と、
前記旋回台の旋回制御のために操作される旋回操作装置と、
前記旋回油圧モータの駆動負荷を検出する駆動負荷検出装置と、
前記旋回操作装置の操作および前記駆動負荷検出装置により検出される駆動負荷に基づいて、前記作動油供給制御バルブおよび前記電力供給制御装置の作動を制御するコントローラとを備え、
前記コントローラは、
前記旋回操作手段の操作に対応して、前記作動油供給制御バルブにより前記油圧ポンプから前記旋回油圧モータへ作動油を供給させて前記旋回油圧モータにより前記旋回台を旋回駆動させるとともに、前記電力供給制御装置により前記旋回電動モータに駆動用の電力を供給して前記旋回電動モータによる前記旋回台を旋回駆動させる制御を行い、
前記駆動負荷検出装置により検出された前記旋回油圧モータの駆動負荷が所定高負荷のときには前記旋回油圧モータおよび前記旋回電動モータにより前記旋回台を旋回駆動させ、前記旋回油圧モータの駆動負荷が所定低負荷となったときに前記旋回油圧モータによる駆動を停止して前記旋回電動モータにより前記旋回台を旋回駆動させる制御を行なうことを特徴とする旋回駆動制御装置。 - 前記旋回油圧モータの駆動負荷が所定低負荷となって前記旋回油圧モータによる駆動を停止するときに、前記旋回油圧モータがフリー回転する状態とする制御を行うことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の旋回駆動制御装置。
- 前記油圧ポンプが電動モータにより駆動される構成であり、前記旋回油圧モータの駆動負荷が所定低負荷となって前記旋回油圧モータによる駆動を停止するときに、前記電動モータの駆動を停止して前記油圧ポンプの駆動を停止する制御を行うことを特徴とする請求項1もしくは2に記載の旋回駆動制御装置。
- 前記駆動負荷検出装置が、前記油圧ポンプから前記旋回油圧モータへ供給される作動油圧を検出して前記旋回油圧モータの駆動負荷を検出するように構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1~3のいずれかに記載の旋回駆動制御装置。
- 前記旋回台の旋回速度を検出する旋回速度検出装置を備え、前記コントローラは、前記旋回速度検出装置により検出される前記旋回台の旋回速度が、前記旋回操作手段の操作に対応する旋回速度となるように、前記旋回油圧モータおよび前記旋回電動モータにより前記旋回台を旋回駆動させる制御を行うことを特徴とする請求項1~4のいずれかに記載の旋回駆動制御装置。
- 前記旋回油圧モータによる駆動を停止して前記旋回電動モータにより前記旋回台を旋回駆動させているときに、前記旋回速度検出装置により検出された前記旋回台の旋回速度が前記旋回操作手段の操作に対応する旋回速度より遅くなると、前記旋回電動モータに加えて前記旋回油圧モータによる前記旋回台の旋回駆動を行わせることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の旋回駆動制御装置。
- 前記旋回台の旋回速度を検出する旋回速度検出装置と、
前記作動油供給制御バルブから前記旋回油圧モータに供給される作動油のリリーフ圧を可変設定するリリーフバルブとを備え、
前記コントローラは、前記旋回油圧モータによる前記旋回台の旋回駆動を行わせているときに、前記旋回速度検出装置により検出された前記旋回台の旋回速度が前記旋回操作手段の操作に対応する旋回速度より遅くなるのに応じて、前記リリーフバルブのリリーフ圧を高くする制御を行うことを特徴とする請求項1~6のいずれかに記載の旋回駆動制御装置。 - 前記リリーフバルブのリリーフ圧を調整するためのリリーフ制御油圧を前記リリーフバルブに供給する調整用油圧供給バルブが設けられ、
前記コントローラが前記調整用油圧供給バルブからのリリーフ制御油圧を制御することにより、前記リリーフ圧を可変設定することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の旋回駆動制御装置。
