Description
本发明涉及果汁机,具体地涉及果汁机的密封结构。
传统加热式果汁机的杯子与杯座组合的现有结构,由防水垫(密封圈)、杯座、刀座(含加热盘、刀组)部件构成。刀座固定在杯座上,防水垫(密封圈)介于刀座和果汁杯中间,从而起到密封的作用,使用果汁杯里的液体不会外泄。目前结构果汁杯内不会造成溢水,但是在消费者使用过程中,不可避免会让一些液体沿杯壁外侧流到杯子与杯座螺牙处,由于螺纹凹凸不平,与密封圈侧面之间有缝隙,液体易沿着螺纹流到安全开关的缝隙而流到电热盘的带电体处,
有漏电的危险。
本发明的目的在于提供果汁机的密封结构,以解决现有技术中存在的上述问题。
本发明提供的技术方案如下:
果汁机的密封结构,包括:
一杯体,其底部外周壁设有外螺纹;
一杯座,其上端内周壁设有和所述杯体外螺纹配合的内螺纹,螺纹下的内壁沿圆周环设一圈螺纹补齐区,所述螺纹补齐区的壁为无螺纹的光滑面,且由下至上逐渐向外倾斜;
一环形密封圈,安装于杯体底部与杯座之间,所述密封圈侧壁的一部分和所述杯座内壁的螺纹补齐区的倾斜面下段的一部分吻合。
在本发明的一较佳实施例中,所述密封圈为上下对称结构,所述杯座螺纹补齐区的壁的下半部分和密封圈的下半部分形状吻合。
在本发明的一较佳实施例中,所述螺纹补齐区的壁的下半部分为一直线倾斜面,由下至上从竖直线向外倾斜0.1~60°,所述密封圈侧壁的下半部分和所述螺纹补齐区的壁的下半部分的倾斜角度相同。
在本发明的一较佳实施例中,所述螺纹补齐区的壁的下半部分为一曲线倾斜面,由下至上从竖直线向外倾斜,所述密封圈侧壁的下半部分为和所述螺纹补齐区的壁的下半部分配合的曲线倾斜面。
在本发明的一较佳实施例中,所述螺纹补齐区的壁的下半部分为多段线组成的倾斜面,所述密封圈侧壁的下半部分为和所述螺纹补齐区的壁的下半部分配合的多段线倾斜面。
在本发明的一较佳实施例中,所述螺纹补齐区的壁高度和密封圈高度相等。
在本发明的一较佳实施例中,所述螺纹补齐区的壁高度小于密封圈的高度。
从以上描述可知,本发明果汁机的杯座沿圆周环设一圈和密封圈侧壁的一部分吻合的螺纹补齐区,因此,除了可以达到传统杯子杯座锁紧后的上下面的密封外,
还达到杯座壁面与密封圈紧密配合的密封, 是一种三面紧密的密封方式,
可完全屏除上述的溢水问题。本发明螺纹补齐区的壁由下至上逐渐向外倾斜,便于密封圈由上至下放入。密封圈为上下对称结构,任何一面都可放入,排除安装时的方向性。
综述,将防水结构改善后,能防止外部的漏水。解决消费者日常使用时,可能的产品的潜在危险性。同时,防止液体溢出也能保持主机的上端面清洁。

本发明的具体实施例,参照图1,在本实施例中,本发明果汁机为具有加热功能的果汁机,其包括杯体1、杯座2。杯体1底部外周壁具有外螺纹11,杯座2内壁21顶端具有和杯体1底部周壁的外螺纹1配合的内螺纹。杯座2内螺纹区下架设一垫圈4,垫圈4内设一底盘5,底盘5中央设刀座6,刀座6上安装刀具7,刀具7突起于杯体内腔底部。底盘5底部还安装有加热元件8,以实现加热功能。
参见图2至图5,杯座2内壁21上端设有上部的螺纹区22(参见图3中的a框)和下部的螺纹补齐区23(参见图3中的b框),其中螺纹区22设有和杯体1底部周壁的外螺纹1配合的内螺纹,而螺纹补齐区23为和密封圈3配合的区域,内壁上无螺纹。该螺纹补齐区与密封圈3等高或小于密封圈的高度。螺纹下的内壁向内部延伸形成向内突起的内环24,该内环24用于托起垫圈4的凸缘41。内环24上的杯座的左边内壁留有一容纳垫圈4的凸缘41的距离OP。OP之上的杯体内壁,由下至上,其内壁向外倾斜,其最下段的倾斜段O’M’和竖直方向O’N’的夹角α为10°;上倾斜段M’Q’和竖直方向的夹角为5°。
图6和图7为杯座2的右边内壁的螺纹补齐区的结构示意图,其和杯座左边内壁为对称结构,其最下段的倾斜段OM和竖直方向ON的夹角α为10°;上倾斜段MQ和竖直方向的夹角为5°。
参见图8和图9,密封圈3为沿水平线上下对称结构,其外侧边缘下半部om和竖直方向的夹角也为10°。
参见图10和图11,安装时,将密封圈3先放入杯座2,再将杯体1底部旋入杯座2。由于密封圈的上表面和杯体底部紧密贴合;下表面和垫圈4的上表面紧密贴合;由于侧面下半部om的倾斜角度和杯座的螺纹补齐区下段OM的倾斜角度相同,因而密封圈3的侧面可以和杯座3的侧面贴合,在杯体与杯座的上下挤压下,密封圈产生轻微变形,使密封圈侧面和杯座侧面的贴合更加紧密,从而杯座内壁、密封圈以及杯体底部形成三面密封,从杯座内壁和杯体底部侧面之间进入的液体无法向下流。达到密封杯座内部的目的。
实施例二
在本实施例中,果汁机的密封结构也包括杯体1、杯座2,其基本结构和实施例一相同。和实施例一不同的是,密封圈3也对上下对称结构,但其下半部不是一条连续的倾斜线,而是上下两条不同倾斜角度向外倾斜的倾斜线。杯座2的内壁对应地设有与该密封圈3下半部配合的两条倾斜线。
实施例三
在本实施例中,果汁机的密封结构也包括杯体1、杯座2,其基本结构和实施例一相同。和实施例一不同的是,螺纹补齐区的壁不是一条连续的倾斜线,而是四条不同倾斜角度向外倾斜的倾斜线。密封圈3的侧壁的下半部分对应地设为和该螺纹补齐区的壁的下半部分配合的多段倾斜线。
实施例四
在本实施例中,果汁机的密封结构也包括杯体1、杯座2,其基本结构和实施例一相同。和实施例一不同的是,螺纹补齐区的壁不是一条连续的倾斜线,而是一条向外倾斜的光滑曲线。密封圈3的侧壁的下半部分对应地设为和该螺纹补齐区的壁的下半部分配合的光滑曲线。
上述仅为本发明的具体实施例,但本发明的设计构思并不局限于此,凡利用此构思对本发明进行非实质性的改动,均应属于侵犯本发明保护范围的行为。
本发明果汁机的密封结构,不仅可达到传统杯子杯座锁紧后的上下面的密封外,
还达到杯座壁面与密封圈紧密配合的密封, 是一种三面紧密的密封方式, 可以防止水流沿杯座与杯体之间的螺纹进入主机之中。
Claims (7)
- 果汁机的密封结构,其特征在于,包括:一杯体,其底部外周壁设有外螺纹;一杯座,其上端内周壁设有和所述杯体外螺纹配合的内螺纹,螺纹下的内壁沿圆周环设一圈螺纹补齐区,所述螺纹补齐区的壁为无螺纹的光滑面,且由下至上逐渐向外倾斜;一环形密封圈,安装于杯体底部与杯座之间,所述密封圈侧壁的一部分和所述杯座内壁的螺纹补齐区的倾斜面下段的一部分吻合。
- 如权利要求1所述的果汁机的密封结构,其特征在于:所述密封圈为上下对称结构,所述杯座螺纹补齐区的壁的下半部分和密封圈的下半部分形状吻合。
- 如权利要求1或2所述的果汁机的密封结构,其特征在于:所述螺纹补齐区的壁的下半部分为一直线倾斜面,由下至上从竖直线向外倾斜0.1~60°,所述密封圈侧壁的下半部分和所述螺纹补齐区的壁的下半部分的倾斜角度相同。
- 如权利要求1或2所述的果汁机的密封结构,其特征在于:所述螺纹补齐区的壁的下半部分为一曲线倾斜面,所述密封圈侧壁的下半部分为和所述螺纹补齐区的壁的下半部分配合的曲线倾斜面。
- 如权利要求1或2所述的果汁机的密封结构,其特征在于:所述螺纹补齐区的壁的下半部分为多段线组成的倾斜面,所述密封圈侧壁的下半部分为和所述螺纹补齐区的壁的下半部分配合的多段线倾斜面。
- 如权利要求1或2所述的果汁机的密封结构,其特征在于:所述螺纹补齐区的壁高度和密封圈高度相等。
- 如权利要求1或2所述的果汁机的密封结构,其特征在于:所述螺纹补齐区的壁高度小于密封圈的高度。
