Description
また、TFd部を介してノードでドロップされる光信号は、例えば光パスクロスコネクト装置OXC内、或いはそれと独立に設けられた機能部分において、OXCに接続された出力ファイバを経由して他のノードへ伝達されない様に、出力ファイバ以前でブロックされる。

Claims (6)
- 光パスネットワークにおいて、複数の光ファイバを介してそれぞれ中継ノードへ並列的に伝送されてきた複数の波長分割多重光中から選択された1つの波長分割多重光から、それに含まれる複数の波長群のいずれかを構成する所定の波長パスの光信号を選択して電気レイヤへドロップさせる可変フィルタを備えた光パスネットワークの光信号終端装置であって、
前記可変フィルタは、
前記1つの波長分割多重光からそれを構成する複数の波長群に分波し、該複数の波長群から1つの波長群を選択し、該選択された1つの波長群を構成する複数の波長から1つの波長を選択して前記電気レイヤに含まれる複数の受信器のうちの1つへドロップさせるものである
ことを特徴とする光パスネットワークの光信号終端装置。 - 前記複数の光ファイバから前記波長分割多重光を分岐する複数個の光分岐装置と、該複数の光分岐装置からそれぞれ分岐された複数の波長分割多重光のうちの1つを選択し、前記複数の可変フィルタのうちの1つへ出力する複数のマトリックス光スイッチとを含む、ことを特徴とする請求項1の光パスネットワークの光信号終端装置。
- 前記可変フィルタは、
前記波長分割多重光からそれを構成する複数の波長群に分波する波長群分波器と、
該波長群分波器により分波された複数の波長群から1つの波長群を選択する波長群選択器と、
該波長群選択器により選択された1つの波長群からそれを構成する波長に分波する波長分波器と、
該波長分波器により分波された複数の波長から1つの波長を選択して前記電気レイヤに含まれる複数の受信器のうちの1つへドロップさせるドロップ波長選択器と
を、含むことを特徴とする請求項1または2の光パスネットワークの光信号終端装置。 - 前記波長分割多重光は、それを構成する複数の波長群をそれぞれ構成する波長が、波長の長さ順に連続配置された複数の波長から長さが互いに連続する複数の波長で1群を構成するように順次選択された連続配置型波長群であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1の光パスネットワークの光信号終端装置。
- 前記波長分割多重光は、それを構成する複数の波長群をそれぞれ構成する複数群の波長は、波長の長さ順に連続配置された複数の波長から長さが互いに不連続な複数の波長で1群を構成するように順次選択された分散配置型波長群であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1の光パスネットワークの光信号終端装置。
- 前記光信号終端装置は、前記電気レイヤから加入された波長パスの光信号を選択し、該選択された波長から波長群を合波するアド側可変フィルタと、該合波された波長群から波長分割多重光を合波して、光ファイバへ転送するアド側分岐装置とを有するものである請求項1の光信号終端装置。
