Since the two chambers are not in communication with each other, the food to be cooked is not in contact with the flame and is not subjected to the direct heat produced by the combustion, the cooking being thus an indirect cooking.
- Examples of said ovens are represented by the old wood-burning ovens for baking bread, which are still produced, the ovens of the wood stoves with cast iron wheels, which then were changed into gas stoves and were very diffused, or the more recent wood stoves or pellets stoves which on the upper part are provided with a hot plate and take advantage of the heat of the fumes to heat the hot plate.

- a plate which can be a rotating plate, is arranged on each of said platforms. Accordingly, said plates can be rotating but they can not translate vertically to each other.
- the patent document DE202004006450 describes a direct cooking oven in which more rotating cooking planes and a rotating heat source are present.
- the cooking planes also are not provided with controlled lifting systems, which limits the possibilities of the cooking.
- the present invention proposes a multi-plane oven for a direct cooking allowing a high qualitative and quantitative efficiency in the cooking of foods.
- the invention proposes a multi-plane oven for a direct cooking, its construction being comparatively simple and therefore, its production is not too expensive.
- a cooking multi-plane oven which comprises a compartment in which the cooking takes place, at least two cooking planes which are put at different heights and are arranged in said compartment, and at least one heat source.
- the oven is characterized by the fact that at least one cooking plane is rotating and at least one cooking plane translates vertically.
- the oven according to the present invention provides in its various embodiments that one, some or all the cooking planes can be rotating, and/or that one, some or all the cooking planes can translate vertically by means of a lifting system. Obviously, a combination of a rotating system and a lifting system is possible.
- the cooking oven according to the invention can provide that the heat source is put in the compartment so as to carry out an oven for a direct cooking.
- Said heat source can be a flame generated by gas and/or wood and/or wood products.
- the heat source can be fed electrically.
- the cooking oven can comprise at least one door and at least one mouth forming the access to a compartment and comprising an upper sector and a lower sector, in which the door is shaped like an "L" and is adapted to close the lower sector of the mouth.
- the door When the door is closed, its L-shape forms a shelf acting as a plane for the access to the compartment through the upper sector of the mouth.
- the cooking oven according to the invention comprises at least one lower cooking plane and at least one upper cooking plane.
- the cooking oven comprises at least one sheet which is arranged under the upper cooking plane so as to prevent the upper cooking plane from cooling owing to the cooking vapors coming from the foods arranged on the lower cooking plane.
- the cooking oven is provided with at least one through- hole for the introduction of gas and/or pellets in the compartment.
- auxiliary heating and irradiating electric elements or auxiliary gas burners can be provided to raise the temperature in at least one sector of the compartment.
- the main advantages of the oven according to the present invention refers above all to the fact that the utilization of the multi-plane oven for a direct cooking by taking advantage of the physical capacity of the heat of going up allows to utilize cooking sectors using different temperatures for each plane and allows according to the invention to cook with different temperatures for each level.
- the multi-plane oven for a direct cooking according to the present invention is formed in general by an upper body showing a hood shape or another suitable shape, in the inside of which more cooking planes are arranged on different levels.

- number 41 denotes the conveyor for the discharge of the combustion fumes with coupling of the flue while number 42 denotes the front part of the oven showing a structure in metal and/or a refractory material and provided with a flat surface and an upper hole to convey the fumes.
- the oven comprises one or more tubes or one or more through-holes 43 for the insertion of gas/pellets.
- the oven comprises a sheet 44 under the plate to prevent the upper cooking plane to cool owing to the cooking vapor coming from the foods arranged on the lower planes.
- an oven like the preceding one is represented but in this case, the oven is provided with double rotating planes 45 which are adjustable in height, a mouth 31 and a door 32.
- the remaining parts are substantially the same as in the preceding solution and it is possible to see how the lower rotating plane substitutes the lower supporting plane 36.
- an oven according to a further embodiment of the invention is represented.
- the peculiarity of this oven is to comprise double rotating planes 45 which are adjustable in height and in this case only one mouth 31 is provided in the fore part.
- the rotating double plane can go up and down so that the food on the two planes can be inserted/taken in/from the same mouth.
- a version is represented in which the oven is provided with a double rotating plane 45 which can be adjusted in height, and in this case it is provided the utilization of a door-flat surface 46 which is shaped like an "L” which acts also as a flat surface for the upper access mouth 31 and is carried out in such a way as to form a shelf which acts as an access plane to the upper mouth and as a closing element for the underlying opening.
- the mouth/door/flat surface 46 consists of a pair of planes which are arranged like an "L", of which only the plane under the access edge of the lower plane is hinged.
- the door-flat surface 46 is carried out in such a way as to form a shelf for the upper access area 31 and to obtain a type of construction that allows to achieve three important advantages with the door opened in comparison with the conventional construction with the simple door 32 opened:
- the door-flat surface can translate vertically instead of being hinged, said surfaces being always turned in the same direction. In this way, the hot surface of the door is prevented from being arranged outwards in the opening position of the door.
- Figures 13 and 14 represent a version in which the rotating plane is a single plane like the plane 33 and the lower plane is fixed like the plane 36, Figure 1 , but in this case, an upper mouth plus door-flat surface 46 is utilized in the front part.
- Figures 15 and 16 represent a version in which a rotating multiplane oven 47 is adjustable in height and has an upper opening 31 to insert the food, namely, the usual oven opening for the insertion of foods and the discharge of the combustion fumes and cooking vapors.
- the upper mouth is provided with a door for the "night closure" which is to be used also for all the other models and which can be provided in the front part before the hole for the discharge of fumes.
- rotating planes 47 can be stopped independently from each other.
- the lower rotating plane of the preceding version is substituted by the fixed cooking plate 36 which acts as a cooking plane apart and is utilizable in conjunction with the multiple rotating plane 47.
- the multiplane oven is provided only with front doors 48, in the versions without and with fixed lower cooking plate 36, respectively.
- doors and cooking planes can be also modular, for instance: mouth, mouth with door/doors, or all doors.
