目前随着移动通信的发展, 在通信变得越来越方便的同时, 呼叫限制的 需求也在不断增加。 特别是一些涉密的公司和单位, 比如研发公司、 监狱和 军队等的信息安全受到很大的威胁, 工作期间泄密事件不断发生, 给公司和 单位造成了重大的经济损失和其他安全隐患。
如何使人们在享受移动通信的便利的同时, 避免产生上述公司和单位等 团体的信息安全隐患, 是一个亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种呼叫限制业务的实现方法及系统, 满足团体级用户对信息安全的需求。
为解决上述技术问题, 本发明的一种呼叫限制业务的实现方法, 包括: 对用户划分集团, 为集团设置呼叫限制属性;

考虑到移动智能网具有灵活、 经济且能够有效地提供各种增值业务的特 性, 是解决上述信息安全隐患问题的一个很好的方式。 本实施方式通过移动 智能网技术, 通过对呼叫对象、 呼叫时间和呼叫地点等进行限制, 从而实现 呼叫限制, 可以很好的解决上述信息安全问题。
本实施方式釆用移动智能网技术实现呼叫限制集团业务, 使用该业务的 用户归属于某个呼叫限制集团; 通过设置呼叫限制集团的来话黑、 白名单和 去话黑、 白名单对集团成员用户的呼叫对象进行限制, 集团的来话黑、 白名 单和去话黑、 白名单可以是号码或者号段方式; 通过设置集团的来话呼叫限 制时间和去话呼叫限制时间对集团成员用户可以呼叫的时间进行限制; 通过 设置集团的来话限制小区的 CELLID (小区标识)和去话限制小区的 CELLID 对集团成员用户可以呼叫的地点进行限制。
集团成员用户的呼叫限制属性由集团的呼叫限制属性决定。 呼叫限制集 团业务通过用户签约的方式触发。 釆用此业务可以满足公司和单位对于呼叫 限制的多种需求, 对于公司和单位禁止员工接听的主叫方电话, 可以进行集 团来话对象的限制; 对于公司和单位禁止员工拨打的被叫方电话, 可以进行 集团去话对象的限制; 对于公司和单位不想员工被打搅的时间段, 可以釆用 集团来话呼叫时间的限制; 对于公司和单位不想员工接听电话的地点, 可以 釆用公司和单位来话呼入地点的限制, 还能通过上述几种方式的叠加或者优 先级的设置实现更加灵活的呼叫设置。 运营商可以对申请了呼叫限制集团业务的集团收取一定的月租费, 同时 对集团成员用户的呼叫收取费用, 因此该业务, 不但满足了集团用户的呼叫 限制需求, 也为运营商大大提高了收入, 具有非常高的经济效益和技术价值。
本实施方式中实现呼叫限制集团业务的系统由呼叫限制集团用户签约模 块、 呼叫限制集团用户信息存储模块、 呼叫限制集团信息设置模块、 呼叫触 发模块、 呼叫限制集团信息判断模块、 计费模块、 语音提示模块和接续模块 等组成。

101 : 集团在业务控制点 (Service Control Point, SCP )侧申请呼叫限制 集团业务, SCP为该集团分配一个全局唯一的集团编号, 并且将集团的成员 用户与该集团的集团编号相关联;
102: 通过呼叫限制集团业务用户签约模块, 对呼叫限制集团成员用户进 行主叫、 被叫和前转智能业务进行签约;
用户可以根据需要, 签约呼叫限制业务的主叫、 被叫和前转中的一种或 者几种。 前转包括有条件前转和无条件前转, 其中, 有条件前转又包括被叫 无应答前转和被叫忙前转。 呼叫限制业务用户签约模块具体的可以釆用移动 网络中的归属位置寄存器(Home Location Register, HLR ) 。
103: 通过呼叫限制集团信息设置模块, 设置集团的呼叫限制属性; 设置集团的呼叫限制属性包含限制信息, 该限制信息包含对呼叫对象、 呼叫时间和呼叫地点进行限制的信息。

集团的来话黑名单、 来话白名单中可以是号段, 也可以是具体的号码; 来话黑名单中的用户做主叫呼叫集团成员用户时不允许接续呼叫, 来话白名 单中的用户做主叫呼叫集团成员用户时允许接续呼叫。 集团的去话黑名单、 去话白名单中可以是号段, 也可以是具体的号码; 集团成员用户做主叫呼叫去话黑名单中的用户时不允许接续呼叫, 集团成员 用户做主叫呼叫去话白名单中的用户时允许接续呼叫。
集团的来话限制时间既可以是具体的某段日期(某年某月某日〜某年某某 月某日), 也可以是每天具体的时间段(每天的某点某分〜某点某分); 处在 限制时间之内时, 其他用户来话呼叫集团成员用户不允许接续呼叫; 处在限 制时间之外时, 其他用户来话呼叫集团成员用户允许接续呼叫。
集团的去话限制时间既可以是具体的某段日期(某年某月某日〜某年某某 月某日), 也可以是每天具体的时间段(每天的某点某分〜某点某分); 处在 限制时间之内时, 集团成员用户呼叫其他用户的去话不允许接续呼叫; 处在 限制时间之外时, 集团成员用户呼叫其他用户的去话允许接续呼叫。
集团成员用户当前所处小区的 CELLID 为集团的来话限制的小区 CELLID, 则其他用户来话呼叫不允许接续; 集团成员用户当前所处小区的 CELLID 不是集团的来话限制小区的 CELLID, 则其他用户来话呼叫允许接 续;
集团成员用户当前所处小区的 CELLID 为集团的去话限制小区的 CELLID, 呼叫其他用户的去话呼叫不允许接续; 集团成员用户当前所处小区 的 CELLID不是集团的去话限制小区的 CELLID, 呼叫其他用户的去话呼叫 允许接续。
上述的几种呼叫限制因素可以只使用其中某种, 比如只使用其中的集团 去话黑名单; 也可以设定优先级, 在呼叫限制属性中包含限制信息的优先级 信息, 根据优先级信息, 按照限制信息对所述集团成员用户的呼叫业务进行 限制, 比如被叫用户在集团去话黑、 白名单同时出现, 若集团去话白名单优 先级高, 则允许呼叫; 也可以将其中的所有或者某些类型自由叠加组合, 做 成更加灵活的集团呼叫限制方案。

图 2为本实施方式实现呼叫限制业务的系统, 包括: 呼叫限制集团用户 签约模块、 呼叫限制集团用户信息存储模块、 呼叫限制集团信息设置模块、 呼叫触发模块、 呼叫限制集团信息判断模块、 计费模块、 语音提示模块和接 续模块等, 其中: 呼叫限制集团用户签约模块: 对呼叫限制集团成员用户进行签约; 可以 签约主叫、 被叫和前转(用户无应答有条件前转, 用户忙有条件前转, 无条 件前转) 中的一种或者几种。 一般实施中可以釆用智能网的 HLR。
呼叫限制集团成员用户信息存储模块: 存储呼叫限制集团成员用户的信 息, 包括但不限于成员用户号码, 集团成员用户号码与集团编号的对应关系 信息, 集团设置的集团来话黑、 白名单, 集团去话黑、 白名单, 集团来话限 制时间, 集团去话限制时间, 集团来话限制小区的 CELLID, 集团去话限制 小区的 CELLID。
呼叫限制集团信息设置模块: 用来设置集团来话黑、 白名单, 集团去话 黑、 白名单, 集团来话限制时间, 集团去话限制时间, 集团来话限制小区的 CELLID, 集团去话限制小区的 CELLID, 集团成员用户号码与集团编号的对 应关系信息; 一般实施中可以釆用业务管理接入点 ( Service Management Access Point, SMAP ) , 当然也可以釆用语音管理流程业务来实现。
呼叫触发模块: 根据用户签约信息触发签约用户的呼叫限制集团业务; 一般实施中是智能网的移动交换中心 (Mobile Switching Centre, MSC ) 。
呼叫限制集团信息判断模块: 在成员用户的主叫、 被叫和前转流程, 根 据集团设置的呼叫限制属性, 判断成员用户是否能够呼叫接续; 计费模块: 根据呼叫信息, 计算成员用户呼叫的费用, 并出具呼叫的话 单。
语音提示模块: 在成员用户主叫、 被叫和前转流程不允许接续的时候, 提示不能接续的原因。
呼叫接续模块: 在成员用户主叫、 被叫和前转流程, 判断呼叫能够接续 后, 接续呼叫。
其中, 呼叫限制集团用户信息存储模块, 呼叫限制集团信息判断模块, 计费模块, 语音提示模块和呼叫接续模块等, 在实施中一般由 SCP实现。 其 中接续的实现还需要 MSC的配合。
本申请还提供了一种呼叫限制业务的业务控制点 (SCP ) , 所述业务控 制点设置为: 在移动交换中心触发所述集团成员用户的呼叫限制业务时, 根 据集团成员用户所属集团的呼叫限制属性对所述集团成员用户的呼叫业务进 行限制;
其中, 业务管理接入点对用户划分集团, 在所述业务控制点中为所述集 团设置呼叫限制属性;
所述移动交换中心根据用户签约信息在集团中的集团成员用户发生呼叫 业务时, 触发所述集团成员用户的呼叫限制业务到所述业务控制点。
所述业务控制点包括呼叫限制集团信息存储模块和呼叫限制集团信息判 断模块, 其中:
所述呼叫限制集团信息存储模块设置为: 保存所述业务管理接入点为所 述集团设置的呼叫限制属性;
所述呼叫限制集团信息判断模块设置为: 所述在所述移动交换中心触发 所述集团成员用户的呼叫限制业务时, 才艮据所述集团成员用户所属集团的呼 叫限制属性对所述集团成员用户的呼叫业务进行限制。

应用示例 1 :
下面以主叫流程为例说明本实施方式的方法, 假设主叫用户签约了呼叫 限制集团业务。 假定默认优先级为限制时间 >白名单>黑名单 >小区的 CELLID。 各种呼叫限制因素的优先级也可以进行配置。
如图 3所示, 本实施方式呼叫限制业务中主叫业务逻辑流程包括:
S301 : 主叫用户所在 MSC, 按照主叫用户的签约信息, 触发主叫用户所 在 SCP的呼叫限制集团业务, 即主叫流程触发; S302: SCP根据 IDP (初始检测点) 消息获得主叫用户号码, 被叫用户 号码和主叫用户位置信息, 其中, IDP消息的位置信息( Locationinformation ) 参数携带主叫用户的当前所在小区的 CELLID;
S303: SCP根据主叫号码, 判断主叫用户是否是呼叫限制集团用户, 如 果是则转 S304; 否则, 转 S319;
S304: SCP才艮据主叫号码得到主叫用户所在集团编号;
S305: SCP根据主叫用户所在的集团编号获得主叫用户所在集团设置的 去话限制时间, 去话黑名单, 去话白名单和去话限制小区的 CELLID;
S306: SCP取得当前时间, 并判断当前时间是否为主叫用户所在集团设 置的去话限制时间;

下面以被叫流程为例说明本实施方式的方法, 假设被叫用户签约了呼叫 限制集团业务, 假定默认的优先级为限制时间 >白名单>黑名单>小区的 CELLID。 各种呼叫限制因素的优先级也可以进行配置。
如图 4所示, 本实施方式呼叫限制业务中被叫业务逻辑流程包括: S401 : 主叫用户接入的 MSC, 按照被叫用户的签约信息, 触发被叫用户 所在 SCP的呼叫限制集团业务, 即被叫流程触发;
S402: SCP根据 IDP消息获得主叫用户号码, 被叫用户号码, 被叫用户 位置信息, 其中, IDP的 Locationinformation参数携带了被叫用户的当前所在 小区的 CELLID;
S403: SCP根据被叫号码, 判断被叫用户是否是呼叫限制集团用户, 如 果是则转 S404; 否则转 S419;
S404: SCP根据被叫号码得到被叫用户所在集团编号;

下面以前转流程为例说明本实施方式的方法, 假设用户 B签约了呼叫限 制集团业务的有条件前转流程, 可以是无应答前转或者遇忙前转。 主叫用户
A呼叫用户 B, B无应答, 呼叫前转到用户 C。假定默认的优先级为限制时间 >白名单 >黑名单 >小区的 CELLID。各种呼叫限制因素的优先级也可以进行配 置。
如图 5所示, 本实施方式呼叫限制业务中前转流程业务逻辑包括:
S501:用户 B被叫流程触发且用户 B振铃无应答后,用户 B所在的 MSCb, 按照用户 B的签约信息, 触发用户 B所在 SCP的呼叫限制集团业务, 即前传 流程触发;
S502: SCP根据 IDP消息获得用户 B号码, 用户 C号码, 用户 B位置信 息, 其中 IDP 的 Locationinformation参数携带用户 B 的当前所在的小区的 CELLID;

在获取到所述去话白名单时, 判断被叫号码是否在该去话白名单中, 如 果是, 则允许主叫业务;
在获取到所述去话限制小区的小区标识时, 判断所述集团成员用户所在 小区的小区标识是否在获取到的去话限制小区的小区标识中, 如果是, 则禁 止主叫业务。
15、 如权利要求 13所述的 SCP, 其中, 所述集团成员用户发生的呼叫业 务包括被叫业务,
所述呼叫限制属性包括: 来话限制时间、 来话黑名单、 来话白名单和来 话限制小区的小区标识中的一种或多种;
所述呼叫限制集团信息判断模块设置为:
在获取到所述来话限制时间时, 判断当前时间是否包含在来话限制时间 中, 如果是, 则禁止被叫业务;
在获取到所述来话黑名单时, 判断主叫号码是否在该来话黑名单中, 如 果是, 则禁止被叫业务;
在获取到所述来话白名单时, 判断主叫号码是否在该来话白名单中, 如 果是, 则允许被叫业务;
在获取到所述来话限制小区的小区标识时, 判断所述集团成员用户所在 小区的小区标识是否在获取到的来话限制小区的小区标识中, 如果是, 则禁 止被叫业务。
16、 如权利要求 13所述的 SCP, 其中, 所述集团成员用户发生的呼叫业 务包括前转业务,
所述呼叫限制属性包括: 去话限制时间、 去话黑名单、 去话白名单和去 话限制小区的小区标识中的一种或多种;
所述呼叫限制集团信息判断模块设置为: 在获取到所述去话限制时间时, 判断当前时间是否包含在去话限制时间 中, 如果是, 则禁止前转业务;
在获取到所述去话黑名单时, 判断前转号码是否在该去话黑名单中, 如 果是, 则禁止前转业务;
在获取到所述去话白名单时, 判断前转号码是否在该去话白名单中, 如 果是, 则允许前转业务;
在获取到所述去话限制小区的小区标识时, 判断所述集团成员用户所在 小区的小区标识是否在获取到的去话限制小区的小区标识中, 如果是, 则禁 止前转业务。
17、 如权利要求 14-16任一所述的 SCP, 其中, 所述呼叫限制属性中还 包含所述限制信息的优先级信息,
所述呼叫限制集团信息判断模块还设置为: 在获取到所述呼叫限制属性 时, 根据所述优先级信息, 按照所述限制信息对所述集团成员用户的呼叫业 务进行限制。
