本发明涉及压力锅技术领域,具体涉及一种具有快速卸压功能的电压 力锅。本申请是基于申请日 2010年 9月 14日的、申请号为 201010280561.3 的中国发明专利申请, 上述专利申请的内容作为参考引入本文。
背景技术
电压力锅因能快速烹饪且其烹饪的食物营养损失少而受到人们的广 泛喜爱。它因以省时,省电,方便快捷成为家电行业快速增长的电器之一。 然而,使用电压力锅的用户在快速烹饪美食后因不能快速打开锅盖而不能 立即享用美食, 这已成为使用电压力锅的用户的最大困扰。
电压力锅烹饪工作结束后, 因锅内有高压, 必须等锅体冷却后, 才能 打开锅盖。常用的冷却方法有打开泄压阀排气降压冷却方法和自然冷却方 法。 打开泄压阀排气降压冷却方法存在以下问题: 如果锅内是流质食物, 食物会随着高压气流从排气口排出, 有可能烫伤用户, 并且流质食物会落 在锅盖上, 容易滋生细菌, 带来卫生问题, 且用户清洗困难。 自然冷却方 法存在以下问题: 需要等待的时间比较长, 一般超过 30分钟, 如果是高 原地带, 需要等待的时间更长, 给用户带来不便。
现有的使用水冷原理进行降温卸压的电压力锅, 其包括锅盖和锅体, 锅盖上设置有进水孔, 上衬垫座设置有排水孔, 当需要降温卸压时, 需将 电压力锅搬到离水管较近的地方, 使用水管从进水孔输入大量自来水, 水 经过锅盖后, 从上衬垫座排出, 从而冷却电压力锅, 实现卸压功能。 现有 技术存在操作不便、 浪费水资源、 安全性差的问题。
发明内容
本发明提供一种操作便利、节约水资源、 安全性好的具有快速卸压功 能的电压力锅。
一种具有快速卸压功能的电压力锅, 包括锅盖和锅体, 锅盖包括塑胶 面盖和不锈钢盖, 锅体包括上衬垫座和塑胶外壳, 电压力锅还包括水泵和 水箱, 水泵设置在锅体内部, 水箱设置在锅体侧面, 锅盖设置有用于将水 分流到不锈钢盖上表面的喷水结构,上衬垫座设置有用于接收从不锈钢盖 上表面流下来的水的集水结构, 集水结构的底面开设有排水孔, 水箱的上 端设有开口, 水箱的开口位于排水孔的下方, 水泵的进水口与水箱的出水 口连通, 水泵的出水口与喷水结构连通。
其中, 喷水结构包括储水腔和设置在储水腔的外围的喷水装置, 喷水 装置围绕储水腔,储水腔由塑胶面盖下表面中部和不锈钢盖上表面中部围 成, 喷水装置具有均匀分布的缝隙, 储水腔与喷水装置的缝隙连通, 塑胶 面盖的内侧下部和不锈钢盖的外侧下部之间形成渗水间隙,集水结构包括 集水槽和环形的排水槽, 排水槽与集水槽连通, 渗水间隙位于集水结构的 上方, 排水孔开设在集水槽的底面。
其中, 喷水结构包括储水腔和设置在储水腔的外围的喷水装置, 喷水 装置围绕储水腔,储水腔由塑胶面盖下表面中部和不锈钢盖上表面中部围 成, 喷水装置具有均匀分布的缝隙, 储水腔与喷水装置的缝隙连通, 喷水 装置的外围设置有集水环, 集水环围绕喷水装置, 集水环的底面与不锈钢 盖上表面紧密接触,集水环设有开口,集水环的开口位于集水结构的上方。 其中, 锅盖和锅体使用旋合方式连接, 水泵的出水口通过转接装置与 喷水结构连通, 转接装置包括转接孔、水管接头 、转接头和水管接头 B, 转接孔和水管接头 C均设置在锅盖, 且转接孔和水管接头 C连通, 转接 头和水管接头 B均设置在锅体, 且转接头和水管接头 B连通, 水泵的出 水口与水管接头 B连通, 水管接头 C通过软水管与储水腔连通, 当锅盖 和锅体旋合时, 转接头插入转接孔中。
其中, 锅体的侧面开设有凹槽, 凹槽开设有卡位槽, 水箱包括水箱外 壳和水箱盖, 水箱外壳设置有与卡位槽配合连接的卡爪, 水箱外壳的上端 设有开口,水箱盖设置在水箱外壳的开口,水箱盖的底面为下凹弧形结构, 水箱盖的底面设有开口, 水箱盖底面的开口设置有过滤网, 水箱盖位于排 水孔的下方, 水箱外壳的下端设有出水口, 水箱外壳的出水口设置有放水 阀。
其中, 放水阀包括阀芯、套设在阀芯上部的密封圈和套设在阀芯下部 的锥形弹簧, 阀芯堵塞水箱外壳的出水口, 锅体的凹槽的底面开设有进水 孔, 进水孔设置有顶柱, 顶柱与水箱外壳的出水口对应设置, 进水孔通过 水管接头 A 与水泵的进水口连通, 当顶柱顶起阀芯时, 放水阀打开; 水 箱外壳的出水口设置有 0型密封圈 A, 转接头设置有 0型密封圈 B。
其中,转接头和水管接头 B均设置在上衬垫座,上衬垫座设置有用于 与锅盖的手柄对位的侧面台阶。
其中, 电压力锅还包括设置在锅体正面的控制面板, 控制面板内部设 置有控制电路, 控制电路与水泵电连接。

本发明的有益效果:
本发明包括锅盖和锅体, 锅盖包括塑胶面盖和不锈钢盖, 锅体包括上 衬垫座和塑胶外壳, 电压力锅还包括水泵和水箱, 水泵设置在锅体内部, 水箱设置在锅体侧面,锅盖设置有用于将水分流到不锈钢盖上表面的喷水 结构, 上衬垫座设置有用于接收从不锈钢盖上表面流下来的水的集水结 构, 集水结构的底面开设有排水孔, 水箱的上端设有开口, 水箱的开口位 于排水孔的下方, 水泵的进水口与水箱的出水口连通, 水泵的出水口与喷 水结构连通。 水泵、 水箱、 喷水结构和集水结构配合实现水循环降温, 操 作便利、 节约水资源、 安全性好, 且降温卸压的速度快, 与打开泄压阀排 气降温的时间基本相当, 可避免流质食物落在锅盖上, 本发明具有很大的 市场价值。

具体实施方式
如图 1至 7所示, 以下结合附图对本发明进行详细的说明。
一种具有快速卸压功能的电压力锅, 包括锅盖和锅体, 锅盖包括塑胶 面盖 10和不锈钢盖 11, 锅体包括上衬垫座 12和塑胶外壳 13, 电压力锅 还包括水泵 14和水箱, 水泵 14设置在锅体内部, 水箱设置在锅体侧面, 锅盖设置有用于将水分流到不锈钢盖 11上表面的喷水结构, 上衬垫座 12 设置有用于接收从不锈钢盖 11上表面流下来的水的集水结构, 集水结构 的底面开设有排水孔 15, 水箱的上端设有开口, 水箱的开口位于排水孔 15的下方, 水泵 14的进水口与水箱的出水口连通, 水泵 14的出水口与 喷水结构连通。 当然, 锅体还包括内罩 43、 与内罩连接的内罩垫圈 44、 置于内罩 43下方的发热圈等部件, 这些是电压力锅的常用部件, 在这里 就不再赘述。
在降温卸压时, 预先将水注入水箱, 水箱的水从出水口流入水泵 14 的进水口, 水泵 14的出水口将水送到喷水结构, 喷水结构将水分流到不 锈钢盖 11上表面, 从而对不锈钢盖 11进行冷却, 水从不锈钢盖 11上表 面往下流, 集水结构接收从不锈钢盖 11上表面流下来的水, 集水结构的 水通过排水孔 15流回水箱, 如此循环。 本发明中, 水泵 14、 水箱、 喷水 结构和集水结构配合实现水循环降温,操作便利、节约水资源、安全性好, 且降温卸压的速度快, 与打开泄压阀排气降温的时间基本相当, 可避免流 质食物落在锅盖上, 本发明具有很大的市场价值。
不锈钢盖 11 的上表面可以为中间高边缘低的弧面或斜面, 水可以沿 着弧面或斜面向不锈钢盖 11的环形边缘流动; 当然, 不锈钢盖 11的上表 面也可以开设导水槽, 导水槽中间高边缘低, 水可以沿着导水槽向不锈钢 盖 11的环形边缘流动, 水流过不锈钢盖 11的上表面即可进行降温。
水泵 14设置在锅体内部, 是为了更好地隐藏水泵 14, 使得电压力锅 的外观比较好看, 当然水泵 14可以设置在锅体的外部, 同样可实现本发 明的目的。水箱设置在锅体侧面, 是为了便于将水注入水箱和观察水箱的 水位, 当然, 水箱设置在锅体内部, 同样可实现本发明的目的。
喷水结构用于将水分流到不锈钢盖 11上表面, 集水结构用于接收从 不锈钢盖 11上表面流下来的水,它们的具体形式可以有多种, 以下列举优 选的两种。
作为一个优选实施例,喷水结构包括储水腔 16和设置在储水腔 16的 外围的喷水装置 17, 喷水装置 17围绕储水腔 16, 储水腔 16由塑胶面盖 10下表面中部和不锈钢盖 11上表面中部围成, 储水腔 16为一个能够储 水的腔体。 喷水装置 17具有均匀分布的缝隙, 储水腔 16与喷水装置 17 的缝隙连通, 储水腔 16的水可以通过喷水装置 17的缝隙向外流出, 分流 到不锈钢盖 11上表面。 喷水装置 17可以为圆环形状, 喷水装置 17可与 塑胶面盖 10固定连接。均匀分布的缝隙可以保证水以不锈钢盖 11中心为 圆心, 向不锈钢盖 11上表面的各个方向分流, 使水充分与不锈钢盖 11上 表面接触, 降温效果好。 塑胶面盖 10的内侧下部和不锈钢盖 11的外侧下 部之间形成渗水间隙 18, 从喷水装置 17的缝隙向外流出的水, 从渗水间 隙 18流向不锈钢盖 11 的环形边缘。 如图 5所示, 集水结构包括集水槽 19和环形的排水槽 20, 排水槽 20与集水槽 19连通, 渗水间隙 18位于集 水结构的上方, 排水孔 15开设在集水槽 19的底面。 环形的排水槽 20位 于不锈钢盖 11 的环形边缘的下方, 且对应配置, 保证能够完全收集从不 锈钢盖 11上表面的中部通过渗水间隙 18向环形边缘分流的水。本实施例 中, 水充分流过不锈钢盖 11上表面, 最后从不锈钢盖 11的环形边缘流入 集水结构, 使水充分散热以减少降温时间。
作为另一个优选实施例, 喷水结构包括储水腔 16和设置在储水腔 16 的外围的喷水装置 17, 喷水装置 17围绕储水腔 16, 储水腔 16由塑胶面 盖 10下表面中部和不锈钢盖 11上表面中部围成。 喷水装置 17具有均匀 分布的缝隙, 储水腔 16与喷水装置 17的缝隙连通, 储水腔 16的水可以 通过喷水装置 17的缝隙向外流出。 均匀分布的缝隙可以保证水以不锈钢 盖 11中心为圆心, 向不锈钢盖 11上表面的各个方向分流, 使水充分与不 锈钢盖 11上表面接触, 降温效果好。 如图 3所示, 喷水装置 17的外围设 置有集水环 21, 集水环 21围绕喷水装置 17, 集水环 21的底面与不锈钢 盖 11上表面紧密接触, 集水环 21设有开口, 集水环 21的开口位于集水 结构的上方。集水环 21可与塑胶面盖 10固定连接。本实施例中的集水结 构不要求具有环形的排水槽 20, 只要求其可以对应集水环 21的开口, 能 够接收从集水环 21 的开口流出的水即可。 储水腔 16 的水通过喷水装置 17的缝隙向外流出, 分流到不锈钢盖 11上表面, 然后被集水环 21阻挡, 由于集水环 21的底面与不锈钢盖 11上表面紧密接触, 即集水环 21与不 锈钢盖 11上表面之间没有缝隙,水不会继续往不锈钢盖 11的环形边缘流 动, 而是往集水环 21的开口流动, 通过集水环 21的开口流到集水结构。 本实施例中, 水不会流到不锈钢盖 11上表面的环形边缘, 不锈钢盖 11的 环形边缘比较干燥, 有利于清洗锅盖。
需要说明的是, 除上述两种喷水结构外, 本发明还可以使用其它喷水 结构, 只要其能将水分流到不锈钢盖上表面即可; 比如, 喷水结构包括储 水腔和喷水装置, 储水腔为设置在塑胶面盖 10内部的空腔, 喷水装置为 连通空腔的向下的槽缝, 该空腔的水可以从该槽缝向下流出, 分流到不锈 钢盖 11 的上表面, 这种结构的喷水结构同样可以实现本发明的目的。 除 上述两种集水结构外, 本发明还可以使用其它集水结构, 只要其能接收从 不锈钢盖 11上表面流下来的水即可。 为便于水蒸汽外散, 集水结构可以 与外界空气导通; 当然, 也可以在锅盖设置水蒸汽排气口。
本发明可应用于旋合式压力锅, 锅盖和锅体使用旋合方式连接。水泵
14的出水口通过转接装置与喷水结构连通, 转接装置包括转接孔 22、 水 管接头 C 23、转接头 24和水管接头 B 25, 转接孔 22和水管接头 C 23均设 置在锅盖, 且转接孔 22和水管接头 C 23连通, 转接头 24和水管接头 B 25 均设置在锅体,且转接头 24和水管接头 B 25连通,水泵 14的出水口与水 管接头 B 25连通, 水管接头 C 23通过软水管 26与储水腔 16连通, 当锅 盖和锅体旋合时, 转接头 24插入转接孔 22中。 当锅盖和锅体旋开时, 转 接头 24和转接孔 22分离, 从而便于取下锅盖。 具体的, 塑胶面盖 10开 设有避空孔 45, 软水管 26—端与水管接头 C 23连通, 软水管 26另一端 穿过避空孔 45与储水腔 16连通。 水可以从水泵 14的出水口依次流过水 管接头 B 25, 转接头 24, 转接孔 22, 水管接头 C 23, 软水管 26, 再流到 储水腔 16。 上述转接装置应用于旋合式压力锅, 转接头 24和转接孔 22 分别设置在锅体和锅盖,便于锅盖和锅体的分离;这种转接装置结构简单, 连接可靠, 且安全耐用。
当然, 转接装置还可以为其它结构; 比如, 上述转接孔 22、 水管接 头 C 23、 软水管 26可以使用一根具有转接头的水管代替; 又比如, 将转 接孔 22和水管接头 C 23设置在锅体, 将转接头 24和水管接头 B 25设置 在锅盖, 同样可实现连接的目的。
作为一个优选的实施例, 水箱可从锅体抽取。锅体的侧面开设有凹槽 27, 凹槽 27开设有卡位槽 28, 水箱包括水箱外壳 30和水箱盖 31, 水箱 外壳 30设置有与卡位槽 28配合连接的卡爪 32, 水箱外壳 30设置在凹槽 27时, 卡爪 32卡入卡位槽 28中, 从而固定水箱外壳 30。 水箱外壳 30的 上端设有开口, 水箱盖 31设置在水箱外壳 30的开口, 水箱盖 31的底面 为下凹弧形结构, 下凹弧形结构可以使水向底面最低点流动。 水箱盖 31 的底面设有开口, 水箱盖 31底面的开口设置有过滤网 33, 过滤网 33可 以过滤杂质, 保证水循环顺利进行, 当过滤网 33上杂质较多时, 可以清 洗水箱盖 31。 水箱盖 31位于排水孔 15的下方, 水箱外壳 30的下端设有 出水口, 水箱外壳 30的出水口设置有放水阀, 放水阀用于控制水的流通。 水箱可从锅体抽取, 为使用者提供使用便利。
本实施例中, 放水阀包括阀芯 34、 套设在阀芯 34上部的密封圈 35 和套设在阀芯 34下部的锥形弹簧 36,阀芯 34堵塞水箱外壳 30的出水口。 锅体的凹槽 27的底面开设有进水孔 29, 进水孔 29设置有顶柱 37, 顶柱 37与水箱的水箱外壳 30的出水口对应设置,进水孔 29通过水管接头 A 38 与水泵 14的进水口连通, 当顶柱 37顶起阀芯 34时, 阀芯 34与水箱外壳 30之间形成流水间隙, 放水阀打开。 将水箱从凹槽 27拿出, 盛装水时, 阀芯 34和密封圈 35在锥形弹簧 36弹力作用下堵住出水口,水不会泄漏; 而将水箱放回凹槽 27时, 顶柱 37对准水箱外壳 30的出水口, 顶柱 37顶 起阀芯 34, 水流过放水阀, 流到水泵 14的进水口。 控制水的流通的放水 阀可以有多种不同结构, 以上仅列举其中的一种。
水箱外壳 30的出水口设置有 0型密封圈 A 39,转接头 24设置有 0型 密封圈 B 40。 0型密封圈 A 39可以很好地密封水箱外壳 30的出水口和进 水孔 29之间的连接间隙, 防止漏水, 达到密封目的。 0型密封圈 B 40可 以很好地密封转接头 24与转接孔 22之间的连接间隙, 防止漏水, 达到密 封目的。
作为另一个优选的实施例, 水箱不能从锅体抽取。锅体的侧面固设有 水箱, 水箱上端设有开口, 水箱的开口设置有水箱盖 31, 水箱盖的底面 为下凹弧形结构, 水箱盖 31的底面设有开口, 水箱盖 31底面的开口设置 有过滤网 33, 水箱盖位于排水孔 15的下方, 水箱的下端设有出水口, 水 箱的出水口通过软水管与水泵 14的进水口连通。 本实施例中, 水箱与塑 胶外壳 13可以一体成型, 水箱不可抽取, 打开水箱盖, 即可往水箱注水。 本实施例可降低产品的生产成本。
转接头 24和水管接头 B 25均设置在上衬垫座 12, 当然, 转接头 24 和水管接头 B 25也可以设置在其它部位。上衬垫座 12设置有用于与锅盖 的手柄对位的侧面台阶 41。 侧面台阶 41外侧低而内侧高, 当锅盖和锅体 旋合时, 手柄进入侧面台阶 41的内侧, 实现对位, 而此时, 转接头 24插 入转接孔 22中。 本实施例中, 斜面台阶 41高 0.5〜2厘米。
电压力锅还包括设置在锅体正面的控制面板 42, 控制面板 42内部设 置有控制电路, 控制电路与水泵 14电连接, 控制面板 42上设有用于控制 水泵 14的冷却键, 控制面板 42为用户的操作界面, 通过控制面板 42可 向控制电路发送指令。 以下举例说明水泵 14的控制过程: 控制电路预先 存储有水泵 14工作时长的程序, 比如时长为 4分钟, 当用户按下冷却键, 控制电路打开水泵 14的电源, 水泵 14开始工作, 到达 4分钟时, 控制电 路自动关闭水泵 14的电源, 水泵 14停止工作; 在这 4分钟内, 如果用户 判断可以打开锅盖即浮子阀已经落下, 希望水泵 14停止工作, 可再次按 下冷却键, 控制电路即时关闭水泵 14的电源。 当然, 控制电路还可与电 压力锅的发热盘电连接, 控制发热盘的工作方式。
本发明还可应用于压盖式压力锅, 锅盖和锅体铰接, 水泵 14的出水 口通过软水管 26与喷水结构连通。 当然, 本发明也可应用于落盖式压力 锅、 夹钳式压力锅等。
本发明的电压力锅将食物烹饪好后, 水箱盛装有适量的水, 启动控制 面板 42上的冷却键, 水泵 14开始工作, 水泵 14将水箱的水输送到储水 腔 16, 水从喷水装置 17的缝隙向外流出并在不锈钢盖 11的上表面流动。 水从渗水间隙 18流向不锈钢盖 11的环形边缘, 然后流到集水结构。 (或 另一种方案, 水被集水环 21阻挡, 通过集水环 21的开口流到集水结构)。 集水结构的水通过排水孔 15流回水箱。 这样在水循环流动过程中, 锅内 的热量会被水不断地吸收并带走,从而使电压力锅内的压强快速下降到大 气压, 使用者可以安全地打开锅盖并享受美食。

本发明创造设有水泵和水箱, 水泵设置在锅体内部, 水箱设置在锅体 侧面, 锅盖设置有用于将水分流到不锈钢盖上表面的喷水结构, 上衬垫座 设置有用于接收从不锈钢盖上表面流下来的水的集水结构,集水结构的底 面开设有排水孔, 水箱的上端设有开口, 水箱的开口位于排水孔的下方, 水泵的进水口与水箱的出水口连通,水泵的出水口与喷水结构连通。水泵、 水箱、喷水结构和集水结构配合实现水循环降温,操作便利、节约水资源、 安全性好,且降温卸压的速度快,与打开泄压阀排气降温的时间基本相当, 可避免流质食物落在锅盖上。本发明创造可以批量生产, 具有良好的市场 前景。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种具有快速卸压功能的电压力锅, 包括锅盖和锅体, 锅盖包括 塑胶面盖和不锈钢盖, 锅体包括上衬垫座和塑胶外壳, 其特征在于: 所述 电压力锅还包括水泵和水箱,水泵设置在锅体内部,水箱设置在锅体侧面, 锅盖设置有用于将水分流到不锈钢盖上表面的喷水结构,上衬垫座设置有 用于接收从不锈钢盖上表面流下来的水的集水结构,集水结构的底面开设 有排水孔, 水箱的上端设有开口, 水箱的开口位于排水孔的下方, 水泵的 进水口与水箱的出水口连通, 水泵的出水口与喷水结构连通。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种具有快速卸压功能的电压力锅, 其特 征在于: 所述喷水结构包括储水腔和设置在储水腔的外围的喷水装置, 喷 水装置围绕储水腔,储水腔由塑胶面盖下表面中部和不锈钢盖上表面中部 围成, 喷水装置具有均匀分布的缝隙, 储水腔与喷水装置的缝隙连通, 所 述塑胶面盖的内侧下部和不锈钢盖的外侧下部之间形成渗水间隙,所述集 水结构包括集水槽和环形的排水槽, 排水槽与集水槽连通, 渗水间隙位于 集水结构的上方, 所述排水孔开设在集水槽的底面。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种具有快速卸压功能的电压力锅, 其特 征在于: 所述喷水结构包括储水腔和设置在储水腔的外围的喷水装置, 喷 水装置围绕储水腔,储水腔由塑胶面盖下表面中部和不锈钢盖上表面中部 围成, 喷水装置具有均匀分布的缝隙, 储水腔与喷水装置的缝隙连通, 喷 水装置的外围设置有集水环, 集水环围绕喷水装置, 集水环的底面与不锈 钢盖上表面紧密接触, 集水环设有开口, 集水环的开口位于集水结构的上 方。
4、 根据权利要求 2或 3所述的一种具有快速卸压功能的电压力锅, 其特征在于: 所述锅盖和锅体使用旋合方式连接, 所述水泵的出水口通过 转接装置与喷水结构连通, 转接装置包括转接孔、 水管接头 、 转接头和 水管接头 B, 转接孔和水管接头 C均设置在锅盖, 且转接孔和水管接头 C 连通, 转接头和水管接头 B均设置在锅体, 且转接头和水管接头 B连通, 水泵的出水口与水管接头 B连通, 水管接头 C通过软水管与储水腔连通, 当锅盖和锅体旋合时, 转接头插入转接孔中。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的一种具有快速卸压功能的电压力锅, 其特 征在于: 所述锅体的侧面开设有凹槽, 凹槽开设有卡位槽, 所述水箱包括 水箱外壳和水箱盖, 水箱外壳设置有与卡位槽配合连接的卡爪, 水箱外壳 的上端设有开口, 水箱盖设置在水箱外壳的开口, 水箱盖的底面为下凹弧 形结构, 水箱盖的底面设有开口, 水箱盖底面的开口设置有过滤网, 水箱 盖位于所述排水孔的下方, 水箱外壳的下端设有出水口, 水箱外壳的出水 口设置有放水阀。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的一种具有快速卸压功能的电压力锅, 其特 征在于: 所述放水阀包括阀芯、套设在阀芯上部的密封圈和套设在阀芯下 部的锥形弹簧, 阀芯堵塞水箱外壳的出水口, 所述锅体的凹槽的底面开设 有进水孔, 进水孔设置有顶柱, 顶柱与水箱外壳的出水口对应设置, 进水 孔通过水管接头 A 与所述水泵的进水口连通, 当顶柱顶起阀芯时, 放水 阀打开。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的一种具有快速卸压功能的电压力锅, 其特 征在于: 所述水箱外壳的出水口设置有 0型密封圈 A, 所述转接头设置有 0型密封圈 B; 所述转接头和水管接头 B均设置在上衬垫座, 上衬垫座设 置有用于与锅盖的手柄对位的侧面台阶。
8、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种具有快速卸压功能的电压力锅, 其特 征在于: 所述电压力锅还包括设置在锅体正面的控制面板, 控制面板内部 设置有控制电路, 控制电路与所述水泵电连接。
9、 根据权利要求 2或 3所述的一种具有快速卸压功能的电压力锅, 其特征在于: 所述锅盖和锅体铰接, 水泵的出水口通过软水管与喷水结构 连通。
10、根据权利要求 4所述的一种具有快速卸压功能的电压力锅, 其特 征在于: 所述锅体的侧面固设有水箱, 水箱上端设有开口, 水箱的开口设 置有水箱盖, 水箱盖的底面为下凹弧形结构, 水箱盖的底面设有开口, 水 箱盖底面的开口设置有过滤网, 水箱盖位于所述排水孔的下方, 水箱的下 端设有出水口, 水箱的出水口通过软水管与水泵的进水口连通。
