Claims (9)
- 天井に固定された吊り下げ部と、
前記吊り下げ部に吊下げられる円筒形状のパイプ部と、
前記パイプ部に連結される本体とを設け、
前記本体は上方に延びた円柱形状の連結部を備え、
前記連結部の上部には水平方向に貫通した連結孔部を有し、
前記パイプ部の下部には水平方向に貫通したパイプ孔部を有し、
前記連結孔部と前記パイプ孔部とが連通するように前記連結部が前記パイプ部に挿入され、
連通した前記連結孔部と前記パイプ孔部とに挿入されるボルト部と、
前記ボルト部に締結されるナット部とを有し、
前記ボルト部は前記連結孔部と前記パイプ孔部とを貫通するねじ部と、
前記ねじ部の端部に位置するヘッド部とから形成され、
前記ヘッド部は前記パイプ部の外周部の形状に合わせた曲面部を備え、
前記曲面部が前記ナット部によって前記外周部に接して固定されるように前記曲面部の方向を誘導するヘッド方向ガイド部を有することを特徴とする天井扇風機。 - 前記ヘッド方向ガイド部は、円弧状の前記曲面部の円弧端部から延びた突起部であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の天井扇風機。
- 前記突起部は、球形状に形成されたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の天井扇風機。
- 前記ヘッド方向ガイド部は、円弧状の前記曲面部の中央部に設けた切欠部と、前記ヘッド部の中心から前記ヘッド部の外縁までの距離をヘッド部外縁長さとし前記パイプ孔部の中心から前記ヘッド部外縁長さまでの前記外周部から水平方向に延びたガイド部とから形成され、前記切欠部の切欠の大きさを前記ガイド部の外形の大きさより大きくし、前記切欠部に前記ガイド部を通過させて前記曲面部の位置合わせを行うことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の天井扇風機。
- 前記ナット部の中心から前記ナット部の外周までの長さであるナット部長さが前記ヘッド部外縁長さより長くしたことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の天井扇風機。
- 前記切欠部を前記ヘッド部の中心に対して点対称に2箇所備えたことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の天井扇風機。
- 前記ねじ部の長さが前記外周部から前記ガイド部の先端までのガイド部長さに前記パイプ部の直径を加えた長さより短くしたことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の天井扇風機。
- 前記本体は羽根部を回転させるモーター部を備え、前記ガイド部に隣接して前記天井から延びた電源配線部と前記モーター部から延びたモーター配線部とを電気的に接続する接続部を設けたことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の天井扇風機。
- 前記接続部は、前記ナット部より前記ヘッド部側に位置することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の天井扇風機。
