実施の形態1.
図1は、この発明の実施の形態1による蓄電モジュールを示す回路図である。
図1において、蓄電モジュール1は、複数の蓄電セルC2A~C2Nと、交流電圧源としての矩形波発振部3と、複数の動作電圧生成部4A~4Nと、複数の過電圧検出部(異常検出部)5A~5Nとを有している。
Claims (5)
- 電気二重層キャパシタあるいはリチウムイオンキャパシタからなり、かつ直列接続された複数の蓄電セルを有する蓄電モジュールに設けられる蓄電モジュールの過電圧検出装置であって、
前記複数の蓄電セルのそれぞれに並列接続され、かつ外部電源から電力を受け、前記複数の蓄電セルのそれぞれの端子間電圧を監視し、その端子間電圧が所定の基準電圧以内である場合に、前記蓄電セルが正常であることを示すためのオン信号を出力し、前記蓄電セルの端子間電圧が前記基準電圧を超過した場合に、オフ信号を出力する複数の過電圧検出部
を備える蓄電モジュールの過電圧検出装置。 - 前記外部電源からの交流電圧を整流して、整流後の電圧を前記複数の過電圧検出部のそれぞれに加える複数の動作電圧生成部
をさらに備える請求項1記載の蓄電モジュールの過電圧検出装置。 - 前記蓄電セルは、N極とP極とを有し、
前記外部電源には、前記交流電圧を発生する交流電圧源が設けられ、
前記動作電圧生成部は、
前記複数の蓄電セルのうちの1つの蓄電セルのN極と前記交流電圧源との接続点を基準として、各蓄電セルの電位差分を前記交流電圧に順次加えてレベルシフトするレベルシフト部と、
レベルシフトされた交流電圧を整流する整流部と、
整流された交流電圧を平滑化する平滑部と
を有する請求項2記載の蓄電モジュールの過電圧検出装置。 - 前記動作電圧生成部は、
前記交流電圧源に直列接続され、前記レベルシフト部をなす第1のコンデンサと、
前記第1のコンデンサに直列接続された抵抗、あるいは前記第1のコンデンサに直列接続されかつ互いに直列接続された抵抗及びインダクタからなる直列接続体と、
N極とP極とを有し、前記平滑部をなす第2のコンデンサと、
アノード端子が前記直列接続体の2つの端子のうち前記第1のコンデンサの反対側の端子に接続され、かつカソード端子が前記第2のコンデンサのP極に接続され、前記整流部をなす第1のダイオードと、
カソード端子が前記第1のダイオードのアノード端子に接続され、かつアノード端子が前記複数の蓄電セルのうちの1つの蓄電セルのN極と前記第2のコンデンサのN極とに接続され、レベルシフト量を決定する第2のダイオードと
を有する請求項3記載の蓄電モジュールの過電圧検出装置。 - 前記動作電圧生成部は、
前記交流電圧源に直列接続され、前記レベルシフト部をなす第1のコンデンサと、
前記第1のコンデンサに直列接続された抵抗、あるいは前記第1のコンデンサに直列接続されかつ互いに直列接続された抵抗及びインダクタからなる直列接続体と、
N極とP極とを有し、前記平滑部をなす第2のコンデンサと、
カソード端子が前記直列接続体の2つの端子のうち前記第1のコンデンサの反対側の端子に接続され、かつアノード端子が前記第2のコンデンサのN極に接続され、前記整流部をなす第1のダイオードと、
アノード端子が前記第1のダイオードのカソード端子に接続され、かつカソード端子が前記複数の蓄電セルのうちの1つの蓄電セルのP極と前記第2のコンデンサのP極とに接続され、レベルシフト量を決定する第2のダイオードと
を有する請求項3記載の蓄電モジュールの過電圧検出装置。
