现有的内墙装饰板功能单一, 一般都不具有温度调控的功能,所以对室内 空气和温度的调换都要利用空调设备来调控, 不利于环保和节能。 发明内容 本发明的目的在于提供一种室内环保温度控制装饰板,具有良好的传热性 能及流体自均布性能, 向室内供热或供冷气, 装饰、 吸声效果好, 绿色环保, 安装简便。
本发明采用的技术方案:一种室内环保温度控制装饰板,包括面板、背板、 阀门、 温控器管、 密封件, 其背板上设置有倒齿固定钉。
所述的面板设置在散温层的表面, 面板表面设置有装饰网紋, 背板设置在 保温层的表面, 背板表面设置有吸声紋路。
所述的散温层、保温层通过隔梁联接在一起, 构成带有进水气槽和出水气 槽的封闭空腔, 设置有密封件及温控器管。
所述的进水气槽连通进水气阀门通口接头,出水气槽连通出水气阀门通口 接头。
所述的进水气阀门通口接头、出水气阀门通口接头分别连通供水、气管路。 本发明所具有的积极有益效果:
1. 由散温层、 保温层与隔梁构成带有进、 出水气槽的封闭空腔, 空腔内 设置有化学原料液体或太阳能温水, 配合地下井水调温, 具有良好的传热性能 及流体自均布性能, 向室内供热或供冷, 提供冬暧夏凉的舒适环境, 利于人体 健康;
2. 背板上设置有倒齿固定钉, 便于与固定在建筑物内墙上的水泥浆插接 和磁性定位, 安装简便快捷, 定位准确, 安装牢固;
3. 设置有进、 出水气自动阀联接温控器进行冷暧流量调节, 使室内温度 自动调温, 控制室内温度的高低, 方便与建筑物的供水、 气管路连通, 提供水 冷暧或气冷暧;
4. 防火、 装饰、 吸声效果好、 无噪音, 无纤维及粉尘污染, 对室内环境 和人体无毒害, 绿色环保;
5. 规格尺寸系列化, 可根据建筑物内墙尺寸随意安装, 可作为室内冷、 暧空调使用, 达到室内环保又节能; 还可根据需要的尺寸拼合施装, 作为防火 天花板、 防火隔墙板、 室内装饰防火板使用, 可用水冲洗, 装修成本低, 机械 强度高, 永久耐用。 附图说明 图 1为本发明结构示意图主视图;

图 4为图 2的剖示意图。 具体实施方式 参照图 1、 图 2、 图 3、 图 4所示, 一种室内环保温度控制装饰板, 主要 包括面板 1、 背板 2、 倒齿固定钉 3、 散温层 4、 进水气槽 5、 隔梁 6、 保温层 7、 出水气槽 8、 进水气阀门通口接头 9、 出水气阀门通口接头 10、 温控器管 11及密封件等; 其面板 1材质为铜铁铝分层一体合金, 设置在散温层 4的表 面, 散温层 4材质为铜铝合金, 面板 1的表面设置有装饰网紋, 起到散热、 装 饰作用, 背板 2材质由铁树脂纤维分体合成, 设置在保温层 7的表面, 背板 2 的表面设置有吸声紋路, 起到保温、 吸声作用, 在背板 2上设置有倒齿固定钉 3, 用于安装时与固定在建筑物内墙上的水泥浆插接。
所述的散温层 4、 保温层 7通过铜铝合金材质的隔梁 6联接在一起, 构成 带有进水气槽 5和出水气槽 8的封闭空腔, 并设置有密封件及温控器管 11, 空腔内设置有化学原料液体或太阳能温水, 配合地下井水及温控器调温,温控 器管 11为现有技术, 可外购, 进水气槽 5连通进水气阀门通口接头 9, 出水 气槽 8连通出水气阀门通口接头 10,所述的进水气阀门通口接头 9、 出水气阀 门通口接头 10分别连通建筑物的供水、 气管路, 适用于水冷暧或气冷暧。 所 述的保温层 7材质为树脂纤维, 采用模压热合而成。
Claims
1. 一种室内环保温度控制装饰板, 包括面板、 背板、 阀门、 温控器管、 密封件, 其特征在于背板 (2 ) 上设置有倒齿固定钉 (3 )。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的室内环保温度控制装饰板, 其特征在于所述的 面板 (1 ) 设置在散温层 (4) 的表面, 面板 (1 ) 表面设置有装饰网紋, 背板
(2 ) 设置在保温层 (7) 的表面, 背板 (2 ) 表面设置有吸声紋路。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述的室内环保温度控制装饰板, 其特征在于所述的 散温层 (4)、 保温层 (7)通过隔梁 (6 )联接在一起, 构成带有进水气槽 (5) 和出水气槽 (8) 的封闭空腔, 设置有密封件及温控器管 (11 )。
4. 根据权利要求 3所述的室内环保温度控制装饰板, 其特征在于所述的 进水气槽 (5)连通进水气阀门通口接头 (9 ), 出水气槽 (8 )连通出水气阀门 通口接头 (10)。
5. 根据权利要求 1所述的室内环保温度控制装饰板, 其特征在于所述的 进水气阀门通口接头(9)、 出水气阀门通口接头(10)分别连通供水、气管路。
