[0002] 随着我国经济持续快速稳定的增长,建筑事业迅速发展,建筑规模迅速扩大,现在 我国一年的房屋建筑面积比所有发达国家的一年建成的房屋建筑面积的总和还要多,据预 测在本世纪头二十年内,建筑业将是发展的黄金期,到2010年城镇人均建筑面积将得到26 平方米,农村人均建筑面积将达30平方米,到2020年全国房屋建筑面积将达686亿平方 米,如此巨大的建筑规模,在历史上是空前的,在世界上是绝无仅有的,我国的近几十年是 房屋建筑的高潮期,建筑规模将大幅度增加,而我国目前的既有建筑物绝大多数是高耗能 的非节能型建筑,遗留下的能源消耗严重制约了国家的发展,因此,建筑节能涉及重大公众 利益,和国家可持续发展的战略,必须由国家力量来强制实施,政府有关部门已经采取必要 措施,实施建筑节能,下发了一系列文件,并相继制定了相关的规范与标准,如建筑部以第 143号部长令下发的《民用建筑节能管理规定》明确规定:施工单位违反建筑节能设计强制 性标准的,严重的可吊销资质证书并重新返工,所有建筑物不做外墙保温不予验收。因此, 建筑节能活动在建筑业已轰轰烈烈的进行着。外墙保温和装饰受到重视,并成为建设部重 点推广的建筑节能体系。目前外墙保温主要采用《胶粉聚苯颗粒保温系统》和《膨胀聚苯板 薄抹灰外墙保温系统》两种方式,但都存在很大的缺陷。胶粉聚苯颗粒保温系统存在的缺点 是:整个工序均在外墙作业,施工繁琐、厚薄不易掌握、间隔时间长、当保温层厚度要求较大 时,需要多道施工,工期会更长或者会导致保温层开裂,因而,对节能要求达到65%时胶粉 聚苯颗粒保温系统的应用就受到限制,导致近年来部分城市制定强制规定,严禁采用该系 统做外墙保温,并强制要求使用EPS板或XPS板做外墙保温板。膨胀聚苯板薄抹灰外墙保 温系统虽然是外墙保温的最佳选择,可是存在的缺陷仍然是:整个系统实施工序仍需在外
墙上一道一道的操作,施工速度慢,材料浪费大,施工成本高。因此存在的技术难题是:一是 要实现工厂化生产,即预先在工厂将保温板上一层一层的叠加其他层生产出成品快装板, 也就无需在外墙上一道一道工序地施工了,该难题已基本解决;二是如何将成品的快装板 贴靠到外墙上,这一难题还没有被真正解决。CN2903239公开了一种《外墙保温墙漆涂装一 体化板》实用新型专利,存在的缺陷是:其仅在腻子层和耐碱玻纤网格布之间设置有四根外 挂锚栓,加固钢丝来实现板在墙面上的牢固度,显然是不科学的,从力学方面讲,钢丝的长 度越长其牢固度就越小(因为其设计的钢丝必须在板周围显现的地方安装紧固),因此,长 度就影响了板在墙面上的粘贴力,且板面平衡度也无法掌控,并且外露钢丝还会产生"冷热 桥"反应,钢丝容易腐蚀影响牢固度,给安全带来一定的隐患,再说建筑物的阴阳角、线条、 拐角、门窗洞口等部位就更难操作,施工难道并未降低,施工费用仍然很高。CN2898168公开 了一种《复合保温板侧面隐形锚固件》实用新型专利,存在的缺陷是:其只能在快装板的侧 面做隐形锚固,这样势必会影响板和墙面的粘贴度,因为一个600匪X 1200MM面积的板仅 在它的外围侧面安装几根隐形锚固件是很难使整个板面均衡受力,根据聚苯板自身柔韧的
3特点必将会使中间部位空鼓或凸出,导致附着力降低,抗风压性能不够,另外隐形锚固件的 压片设计在保温板侧面的中层,压力面积太小,压力层厚度太薄,如果保温层附重太大或高 层的风压都会给建筑物的安全带来一定的隐患。因此,要想真正实现将工厂化生产的快装 板安全高效地粘贴到外墙上,必须解决的关键问题是,能在快装板的任何位置安装任何数 量的锚固件,还要保证通过锚固件在墙体安装快装板时不破坏已经成型的板面。
发明内容:
[0003] 为克服现有技术的缺陷,本发明旨在提供一种外墙保温装饰一体化快装板,结合 隐形锚栓,可实现在快装板的任何部位根据需要安装任何数量的锚栓,从而实现高效、安 全、牢固地将快装板安装在外墙上。采用本外墙保温装饰一体化快装板,再装上与之配套的 紧固件后,可直接将其牢固地贴靠在外墙上,无需任何其他工序。 [0004] 本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
[0005] 外墙保温装饰一体化快装板,包括内表面贴靠在墙体上的保温板,以及逐一附着
于保温板外表面上的界面剂层,耐碱破纤网格布层或钢丝网层,抗裂抹面层,饰面层,在保
温板内埋设有带柱形压脚的内压片,所述压脚设有与板体外紧固件连接的螺纹。
[0006] 所述紧固件总体呈圆柱状, 一端与所述压脚螺纹连接,另一端插入墙体的安装孔
中,紧固件的腰部设有与件体本身垂直的外压片。
[0007] 所述内压片可为除圆形以外的任何其他异形片材,如三角形,四边形,五边形,六
边形,椭圆形,半圆形等,以防止在压脚上拧紧紧固件时,内压片在保温板内转动。
[0008] 所述压脚与所述紧固件的螺纹连接方式为,压脚为内螺纹,紧固件上与压脚连接
的一端为外螺纹;或压脚为外螺纹,紧固件上与压脚连接的一端为内螺纹。
[0009] 所述紧固件插入墙体安装孔的一端外壁设有倒剌。
[0010] 与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果体现在:
[0011] 1、保温板内嵌插有带压脚的内压片,然后在内压片所在的板面逐一粘贴界面剂 层,耐碱破纤网格布层或钢丝网层,抗裂抹面层,饰面层等,压脚通过螺纹与紧固件连接,内 压片和外压片因螺丝原理将保温板压紧在中间,可实现在板的任何位置安装锚栓,整块板 面均衡受力,不会产生空鼓或凸起现象,抗风压性能提高,既不损伤装饰面,也不破坏它的 完整性。
[0012] 2、内压片、外压片的面上沿径向设有加强筋,压脚及紧固件插入墙体安装孔的一 端都设有加强筋,既增加了锚栓的硬度,也能防止在安装紧固件时旋转打滑。 [0013] 3、紧固件插入墙体安装孔的一端设有倒剌,安装时让其和墙体安装孔中的水泥粘 结为一体,增强板与墙体的连接度,提高外墙保温层的安全性能。
[0014] 4、可将嵌插有内压片的快装板成品在施工现场组装紧固件,方便运输,组装快捷。 [0015] 5、隐形锚栓可用聚酰铵、聚乙烯或聚丙烯制成,硬度强、不腐蚀、不产生冷热桥、重 量轻,其成品外表美观、经久耐用、组装快捷,可实现工厂化生产。

具体实施方式:
[0024] 实施例1 :参见图1、图2,本实施例的外墙保温装饰板隐形锚栓由嵌插于保温板7 内的带柱形压脚的内压片l和紧固件4构成,(保温板7采用常规的膨胀聚苯乙烯泡沫板 即EPS板或聚苯乙烯挤塑板即XPS板),压脚2和内压片1为整体构件,为了增强其硬度,内 压片的面上沿径向设有加强筋3a,压脚的外壁也设有轴向加强筋3b,压脚与紧固件通过螺 纹连接,其连接方式为,压脚为内螺纹,紧固件上与压脚连接的一端为外螺纹;或压脚为外 螺纹,紧固件上与压脚连接的一端为内螺纹。紧固件上设有与件体本身垂直的外压片4a, 将紧固件分为两段,与压脚连接的一端为螺纹端,该部分应等于或略小于压脚的长度,以保 证两者拧紧时,内压片、外压片能将保温板7紧紧地夹在中间,紧固件的另一端插入墙体5 的安装孔中,其外壁设有倒剌4b,安装时让其和墙体安装孔中的水泥粘结为一体,增强板与 墙体的连接度,使得插入安装孔后不能被拔出,紧固件上外压片的面上沿径向设有加强筋 3c、带倒剌的一端设有轴向加强筋3d,以增强其硬度。内压片可设计成除圆形以外的任何 其他形状,如三角形、四边形、五边形、六边形、半圆形、椭圆形等,以保证在压脚上拧紧紧固 件时,内压片在保温板7内不会旋转。参见图3、图4,具体实施时,第一步,在规格的保温板 7上安装带柱形压脚的内压片,根据内压片的外形在保温板上打孔,如果保温板外粘贴瓷砖 饰面层,则内压片的数量以6个/m2为宜,如果粘贴涂料复合板饰面层,则以4个/m2为宜, 要求内压片及压脚都不得高出保温板的板面,以凹陷板面约O. 5匪为最佳。第二步,在已安 装了内压片的保温板上逐一附着其他层面,如附着复合板或铝塑板,则直接在保温板板上 涂抹界面剂,再粘上复合板或铝塑板,压实压平即可备用;如附着瓷砖饰面层,则先涂刷界 面剂,再上耐碱破纤网格布或钢丝网,然后涂上防水抗裂抹面砂浆,待干后,用瓷砖粘结剂 粘贴上瓷砖即可;如附着涂料饰面层,则先涂刷界面剂,再上耐碱破纤网格布8,然后批刮 弹性腻子和抗碱底漆,若是真石漆或浮雕漆则可直接喷涂无需上底漆,待干后,用保护膜保 护饰面层IO备用。第三步,参见图5,在施工现场将紧固件4安装到成品的快装板上,先把 紧固件带外螺纹的一端拧入压脚的内螺纹中,直至拧紧,此时紧固件4上的外压片4a紧贴 在快装板待与墙体5贴靠的面上。按施工要求在墙体上弹好线,每块快装板的规格一般为 600MMX 1200匪,当然也可根据施工的要求制成任何形状和大小的,板与板之间的间隙约为 IO匪,先在紧固件的头上涂抹颜料或稀释后的水泥,在墙上留下印记,然后在墙体上的印记 处钻孔,孔的深度应大于紧固件带倒剌一端的长度约IO匪为宜,之后在孔内用搅拌好的水 泥砂浆填满,还需在快装板与墙体贴靠的面上按满涂或框涂的方式涂上胶粘剂6,最后,参 见图6,将紧固件插入墙体5的孔中,用力平压快装板,以使快装板上的胶粘剂和墙体挤压密实。快装板之间的缝隙采用密封条或弹性防水密封胶来填平密封,防止雨水从缝隙间渗 透到墙体。墙体上的阴角、阳角、檐口、伸縮缝、门窗、洞口、挑檐、女儿墙收头等处,均可根据 该部分的形状及大小预先裁制好或定型了的保温板,其他工序同上,就是说本快装板可实 现在墙体的任何位置进行高效、牢固的安装。
[0025] 实施例2 :参见图1-图6,本实施例的外墙保温装饰一体化快装板,包括内表面贴 靠在墙体5上的保温板7,以及逐一附着于保温板外表面上的界面剂层,耐碱破纤网格布或 钢丝网层,抗裂抹面层9,饰面层IO,在保温板内埋设有带柱形压脚的内压片,所述压脚设 有与板体外紧固件连接的螺纹。所述紧固件总体呈圆柱状, 一端与所述压脚螺纹连接,另一 端插入墙体的安装孔中,紧固件的腰部设有与件体本身垂直的外压片。内压片可设计成除 圆形以外的任何其他形状,如三角形、四边形、五边形、六边形、半圆形、椭圆形等,以保证在 压脚上拧紧紧固件时,内压片在保温板7内不会旋转。所述压脚与所述紧固件的螺纹连接 方式为,压脚为内螺纹,紧固件上与压脚连接的一端为外螺纹;或压脚为外螺纹,紧固件上 与压脚连接的一端为内螺纹。所述紧固件插入墙体安装孔的一端外壁设有倒剌。当紧固件 拧紧于压脚上时,紧固件上的外压片紧贴于保温板7的内表面。快装板上安装紧固件的工 序以及将该快装板安装于墙体上的工序同实施例1。
Claims (4)
- 外墙保温装饰一体化快装板,包括内表面贴靠在墙体上的保温板(7),以及逐一附着于保温板外表面上的界面剂层,耐碱破纤网格布层或钢丝网层,抗裂抹面层,饰面层,其特征在于,在保温板(7)内埋设有带柱形压脚的内压片,所述压脚设有与板体外紧固件连接的螺纹;所述紧固件总体呈圆柱状,一端与所述压脚螺纹连接,另一端插入墙体的安装孔中,紧固件的腰部设有与件体本身垂直的外压片。
- 2. 根据权利要求1所述的外墙保温装饰一体化快装板,其特征在于,所述内压片为三 角形,或为四边形,或为五边形,或为六边形,或为椭圆形。
- 3. 根据权利要求1所述的外墙保温装饰一体化快装板,其特征在于,所述压脚与所述 紧固件的螺纹连接方式为,压脚为内螺纹,紧固件上与压脚连接的一端为外螺纹;或压脚为 外螺纹,紧固件上与压脚连接的一端为内螺纹。
- 4. 根据权利要求1所述的外墙保温装饰一体化快装板,其特征在于,所述紧固件插入 墙体安装孔的一端外壁设有倒剌。
