Abstract
本发明涉及一种室内环保温度控制装饰板。包括面板、背板、阀门、温控器管、密封件,其背板上设置有倒齿固定钉;便于与固定在建筑物内墙上的水泥浆插接,安装简便快捷,定位准确,安装牢固;由散温层、保温层与隔梁构成带有进、出水气槽的封闭空腔,具有良好的传热性能及流体自均布性能,向室内供热或供冷气,提供冬暖夏凉的舒适环境;方便与建筑物的供水、气管路连通,提供水冷暖或气冷暖,提供水冷;防火、装饰、吸声效果好,无噪音,无纤维及粉尘污染,对室内环境和人体无毒害,绿色环保;可作为室内冷、暖空调使用,还可根据需要的尺寸进行拼装,作为防火天花板、防火隔墙板、室内装饰防火板使用,可用水冲洗,装修成本低,整体强度好,经久耐用。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于建筑材料领域,涉及一种室内环保温度控制装饰板。
背景技术
目前,建筑物的内墙面普遍采用纤维类装饰板、矿棉类隔板、石膏板、人造板、瓷砖、大理石或花岗岩,存在着重量大,易破碎,施工时费工费时等不足,而且装饰、吸声效果差,纤维及其产生的微尘对室内环境及人体有害。
现有的内墙装饰板功能单一,一般都不具有温度调控的功能,所以对室内空气和温度的调换都要利用空调设备来调控,不利于环保和节能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种室内环保温度控制装饰板,具有良好的传热性能及流体自均布性能,向室内供热或供冷气,装饰、吸声效果好,绿色环保,安装简便。
本发明采用的技术方案:一种室内环保温度控制装饰板,包括面板、背板、阀门、温控器管、密封件,其背板上设置有倒齿固定钉。
所述的面板设置在散温层的表面,面板表面设置有装饰网纹,背板设置在保温层的表面,背板表面设置有吸声纹路。
所述的散温层、保温层通过隔梁联接在一起,构成带有进水气槽和出水气槽的封闭空腔,设置有密封件及温控器管。
所述的进水气槽连通进水气阀门通口接头,出水气槽连通出水气阀门通口接头。
所述的进水气阀门通口接头、出水气阀门通口接头分别连通供水、气管路。
本发明所具有的积极有益效果:
1.由散温层、保温层与隔梁构成带有进、出水气槽的封闭空腔,空腔内设置有化学原料液体或太阳能温水,配合地下井水调温,具有良好的传热性能及流体自均布性能,向室内供热或供冷,提供冬暖夏凉的舒适环境,利于人体健康;
2.背板上设置有倒齿固定钉,便于与固定在建筑物内墙上的水泥浆插接和磁性定位,安装简便快捷,定位准确,安装牢固;
3.设置有进、出水气自动阀联接温控器进行冷暖流量调节,使室内温度自动调温,控制室内温度的高低,方便与建筑物的供水、气管路连通,提供水冷暖或气冷暖;
4.防火、装饰、吸声效果好、无噪音,无纤维及粉尘污染,对室内环境和人体无毒害,绿色环保;
5.规格尺寸系列化,可根据建筑物内墙尺寸随意安装,可作为室内冷、暖空调使用,达到室内环保又节能;还可根据需要的尺寸拼合施装,作为防火天花板、防火隔墙板、室内装饰防火板使用,可用水冲洗,装修成本低,机械强度高,永久耐用。

具体实施方式
参照图1、图2、图3、图4所示,一种室内环保温度控制装饰板,主要包括面板1、背板2、倒齿固定钉3、散温层4、进水气槽5、隔梁6、保温层7、出水气槽8、进水气阀门通口接头9、出水气阀门通口接头10、温控器管11及密封件等;其面板1材质为铜铁铝分层一体合金,设置在散温层4的表面,散温层4材质为铜铝合金,面板1的表面设置有装饰网纹,起到散热、装饰作用,背板2材质由铁树脂纤维分体合成,设置在保温层7的表面,背板2的表面设置有吸声纹路,起到保温、吸声作用,在背板2上设置有倒齿固定钉3,用于安装时与固定在建筑物内墙上的水泥浆插接。
所述的散温层4、保温层7通过铜铝合金材质的隔梁6联接在一起,构成带有进水气槽5和出水气槽8的封闭空腔,并设置有密封件及温控器管11,空腔内设置有化学原料液体或太阳能温水,配合地下井水及温控器调温,温控器管11为现有技术,可外购,进水气槽5连通进水气阀门通口接头9,出水气槽8连通出水气阀门通口接头10,所述的进水气阀门通口接头9、出水气阀门通口接头10分别连通建筑物的供水、气管路,适用于水冷暖或气冷暖。所述的保温层7材质为树脂纤维,采用模压热合而成。
Claims (5)
1.一种室内环保温度控制装饰板,包括面板、背板、阀门、温控器管、密封件,其特征在于背板(2)上设置有倒齿固定钉(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的室内环保温度控制装饰板,其特征在于所述的面板(1)设置在散温层(4)的表面,面板(1)表面设置有装饰网纹,背板(2)设置在保温层(7)的表面,背板(2)表面设置有吸声纹路。
3.根据权利要求2所述的室内环保温度控制装饰板,其特征在于所述的散温层(4)、保温层(7)通过隔梁(6)联接在一起,构成带有进水气槽(5)和出水气槽(8)的封闭空腔,设置有密封件及温控器管(11)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的室内环保温度控制装饰板,其特征在于所述的进水气槽(5)连通进水气阀门通口接头(9),出水气槽(8)连通出水气阀门通口接头(10)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的室内环保温度控制装饰板,其特征在于所述的进水气阀门通口接头(9)、出水气阀门通口接头(10)分别连通供水、气管路。
